Excellent location and a very spacious room. Theres a gym too. The service provided by the lady who checked us in was bad. She didn’t brief us on anything at all. Just processed it. Later that day, we sat at the cafe and noticed another Recep lady briefing a couple she was helping to check in. Talking about the gym, laundry area, nearest Tesco etc. On the first day at about 6 pm, I noticed my room was still cold and called the Recep. Unfortunately the same lady who checked me in earlier answered the phone. She just gave vague directions on how to on the aircon and I told her I already did that for hours and adjusted the temp to 26 but it was still freezing cold. She didn’t bother to help further even when I called two more time. Later at about 1 am, I woke up freezing cold and called the Recep. This time a guy answered and readily said he will come and check the air con for me when I told him the earlier gal didn’t help at all. When he came up, he realised that the aircon was on AC and not heating mode. And reset it for me. Thank God for him. Learnt from my phone that the temp was 4 deg that night due to some cold front and rain. I had suffered 6.7 hours of freezing cold because of the laziness of the other lady earlier. Not happy about it. Very unprofessional and unbecoming of service staff.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!

I’ve stayed here many times and there is a reason I come back. Great location, rooms etc but it’s the people. The front desk crew, the managers and the breakfast staff cannot do enough for you! Ivan from maintenance went above and beyond to get my fire stick to work! Thanks for everything! See you again!!

Absolutely lovely place to stay its what u need in one place kitchen was so clean bed was dead comfy dead close to james street station was literally across the road from staycity

Das Wasser im Bad drenkte sehr langsam. Der Empfangsmann war sehr hilfreich und half, das Problem zu lösen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Lage war großartig.

Mit Liverpool als Geburtsstadt war der Ort für uns einfach zu finden. Der Empfangsmann war sehr willkommen und gab uns alle Informationen, die wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten, die Ein- und Auscheckung einer Brise. Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber, und hatte alle Einrichtungen, die wir für unseren Aufenthalt benötigten. Mit 2 Badezimmern war ein zusätzlicher Bonus. In einem Stadtzentrum können Sie nicht eine gewisse Menge von Außenlärm vermeiden, aber es war nichts, dass Ohrschneider nicht sort lol Es gab eine Abfahrt, ein Restaurant und 2 kleine Geschäfte innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung, und wir haben das Restaurant und Tesco dort genutzt. Alles in allem war es ein fabulöser Aufenthalt, und wir würden wieder bleiben.

Se suponía que a relajarme pero para empezar las fotos nada que ver con el lugar, unas camas todas aguadas , el piso todo descuidado, el sofá muy antiguo que no se podía hacer cama, se escuchaba la puerta cada ves que abrían los del otro flat en fin logré descansar hasta cuando regresé a mi casa ir ahí solo fue tiempo y dinero perdido.

Great stay at the apartment! Super spacious and very modernly designed inside! Was super close to city centre, all the bars, food spots, supermarket, noise was not loud enough at night to wake us up, which we were worried about but pleasantly surprised by! Apartment could do with some amenities like salt or oil etc, for this wanting to cook in the apartment without buying a fridge of ingredients😆 otherwise, great stay :)
