The Marriott Hotel on Canal St was such a convenient location for walking to the major tourist attractions…Bourbon Street, St. Louis Cathedral, the Ferries and paddlewheel boats. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel front desk and concierge service was so helpful to ensure that i knew how to get to my destinations. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I could not make it to the hotel because my flight was canceled and they lost the state over there

There was a used soap bar in the shower when we arrived. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very soft, it was not comfortable. When we arrived the room was warm and the water was hot. Part of the way through our first shower the water got cold and the heater quit working. The next day it got COLD outside and there was absolutely no hot water, got out of a cold shower and the air was blowing very cold. They did send someone up to fix the issues and we had hot water that evening. When we woke up in the morning the room was 79 degrees though the heater was set at 70. It was very hot. The shower was cold again and there was brown water leaking through the ceiling tiles above the shower. The location was convenient and the view of the river was really nice.

酒店大堂大氣，但是房間比想象中的舊且空間略小。整體來説對於Marriott的品牌來説，有點點不及期待。地理位置完美，離French quarter很近。如果趕上活動日的話隔音並不完美。

アメニティーがあまり充実していませんでした。 歯ブラシなどもなく、、、 日本のマリオットはパジャマがありますが、パジャマなどのサービスもありませんでした。 色々と自分で持っていく必要があります。 立地だけは最高によかったので、どこにいくのもスムーズでした。そう言う意味ではまた泊まりたいですし、お勧めです。

Zentral gelegenes Stadthotel. Nähe zu Bourbon Street, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Mississippi. Trotzdem ruhig. Parken konnte dazu gebucht werden!!! Valet Parking.

Room was on the fifth floor with a window cleaning machine hanging over the windows. To make it worst there were several bags of trash on the machine. Items were there for the entire stay.

Great location. A bit on the outskirts of the French quarter. A good 15 minute walk to French Market. Hotel was clean and modern.

Hotel was clean quiet and close to all the major sites of new orleans. Bourbon street and the french quarter.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to New Orleans. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar and pantry store are a great addition to the stay which offers several options for a bite to eat, a drink, or a quick snack. One this to note is that the windows are not sound proof so you will hear all of the fun shenanigans on Canal.St.

Everything was fine except for the commutation abilities with some of the front desk staff. Both checking in and checking out, the assistants had such heavy foreign accents that even after asking them to repeat several times we still didn’t understand what they were saying. And it was important stuff not like requesting extra towels for instance. So yeah, I could understand if we were in another country, but in the United States one should have a reasonable expectation that the assistant helping them can speak the language. It was a real hindrance dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3.
