I was about to give bad reviews due to some poor check-in experience, but everything after check in is so good that compensates this journey. First, the check-in process that brings me with bad experience: it is self-served and there is no any staff. By rights you should receive an instruction email with check-in PIN in advance, which I heard from other guests. However, I didn’t receive anything but Trip’s confirmation letter and I was unable to check in. And my sim card in Japan is just an internet card unable to make phone calls, which means I have no way to contact the hotel directly. My partner and I were desperately locked out of the hotel in the evening, after 7h hiking, with no other available hotel in the mountain. After waiting for over 1 hour, other guests helped us to enter the admin room where there is an ipad to call the hotel (why not make it available to guests without checking in?), and with the help of Trip’s agency, we finally checked in successfully. Then here is the staying experience: so good that makes me almost forgive the poor check-in experience. Each room is a spacious individual house and ours has a garden for BBQ. The food is also self-served, with the cooking stuffs and ingredients in the fridge. It was unexpected that you need to cook yourself (I don’t think it was listed on room info when I booked it), but it’s not bad that Wagyu, chicken, and vegetables are served. The rooms are big and cozy, and you can do the laundry after hiking. Everything is good about the hotel itself, just be aware of the self-checkin process and make sure you get the instructions before that.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Crystal Villa Shirahama. Das Haus war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut gepflegt. Einer der Highlights war die private Esel, die wir alle wirklich genossen es war entspannend und perfekt nach einem langen Tag der Reise. Das Haus ist voll ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr und Kochgeräte, so dass es sich wie ein bereit zu bewegen zu Hause fühlt. Sie können leicht Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten mit Ihren eigenen Zutaten kochen, die sehr bequem und komfortabel ist, vor allem für Gruppenaufenthalte. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, friedlich und perfekt für einen entspannenden Urlaub. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt, und ich würde diesen Ort sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der nach Komfort, Privatsphäre und einer ruhigen Getaway sucht.

Clean, looks antique yet the facilities are very modern. Warm enough for about 0 degree weather. Nice and comfort stay for all ages from child to elderly. Cooking utensils are well equipped that would be very sufficient for self cooking breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended.

In der Abenteuerwelt und auf dem Markt Das ist ein sehr bequemer Ort! Sobald ich die Tür öffnete, fiel das Haar. Weil es weiß ist, ist es leicht, sich zu entfernen, also kann es nicht sein. Ich dachte, als ich nach unten ging, Es gibt einen Schlauch in der Wäscherei. Es riecht so duftend. Als ich das Badezimmer öffnete, riechte ich das Bad. Ich bin ein bisschen unwohl, weil ich hier bin. Ich habe die Klarheit verringert. Die anderen sind zufrieden. Danke.

今次帶住三歲小朋友嚟住水晶白濱別墅酒店（Crystal Villa Shirahama），真係住得好舒服！整個別墅空間超大，私隱度高，有私人泳池同天然溫泉露天浴池，鬆晒！小朋友喺度玩到好開心，酒店設施同清潔度都非常優秀，感覺好有質素。 雖然要揸車先去到附近食嘢同景點（例如白良濱海灘或冒險世界），但係整體住宿體驗實在太正，絕對值得！強烈推介畀有小朋友嘅家庭，或者想住得豪華又relax嘅朋友～下次仲會再嚟！

位置很好，很好找，附近都是熱門的景點，海景房，對著大海景色一流，就是洗手間只有一間，一家四口還可以接受，沒有洗衣機，這點不太好，我們住了3天，如果有洗衣機會更好

Die Einrichtungen sind sehr sauber, sehr groß, sehr gut! Ich habe ein Kind, also kann ich ein Babybett mieten. Und ein Kind ist ein Knast, also kann ich Reis langsam essen!

ロケーションは最高です 施設もいい施設です、もう少し掃除が行き届いて欲しいですが 施設の前に車を停めたのですが 向かいの土地の老夫婦がギリギリ出れない所に車を止めて 出れないようにしてきます 探してもいないので ホーンを鳴らすと戦闘モードで出てきますので 気をつけてください 色々言いましたが 凄く良いロケーションでいい宿で 最高の白浜旅行でした
