I was very pleased with the Heron House Court. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Walking distance to the Dry Tortugas Ferry Dock. The room was functional and well laid out. The price paid was a good value considering its Key West in the spring. My only suggestion would be early am coffee. Maybe a Keurig machine in the lobby since there is no in-room coffee. Roman (staff) was very welcoming and helpful.

The location was great. It is located a short distance from the University of Florida, and within 5-10 mins walk there are many various local restaurants that cater to all tastes in foods. The Depot Hotel is a quiet hotel set up in an old-style home, it is a well-looked and clean hotel. The staff members I met were welcoming and friendly. The hotel also has live DJs who play in the beer garden, and entertainment area on Friday and Saturday nights which is good but does go till late and makes it a little hard to sleep if you're tired. I would definitely stay here again if I come back in the future.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Nur was ich wollte! Einige Blöcke vom Konventszentrum entfernt. Trader Joes ist nur gegen das Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß. Alvaro und die Rezeption sind so freundlich.

Este alojamiento estaba muy cerca del aeropuerto , cerca de la estación de metro Earlington , cuando llegamos al alojamiento la persona que nos atendió dijo que la reserva estaba cancelada , yo e
n mi aplicación tenía la reserva confirmada es más yo la confirme , llamamos al alojamiento y el Sr. nos envió a otro alojamiento y nos dió una habitación compartida (menos mal que eramos solo los dos) yo había reservado una doble , lo mejor es que si dormimos bien sin ruidos , eso fue lo mejor y estaba limpio , para entrar al alojamiento se entra por una clave PIN que ellos te dan . Para una noche como era el caso de nosotros estaba bien , pero si lo pasamos mal al decirnos que estaba cancelada a las 11 de la noche

Love this gem on Seista Key. Got lucky the first time I booked and now I will not go anywhere else. Property is clean along with room. Staff are friendly and helpful when you need assistance. Great location on the best beach in the world.

Check-in closes at 9pm, and staff clock out. There isn’t a 24hours reception desk, so if you’re driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. We arrived at 10pm, to a locked gate, with no idea what the code to get in was, and as we do not have US phones, were unable to call the staff. A guest kindly let us into the resort, and there is a phone on top of a mail box with an out of hours number. After calling, staff were able to talk us through how to get our keys, but the series of steps definitely made it feel like an escape room.
Room: Small and compact room. This hotel is laid out like a series of small cabin style huts. To be fair it had all the essentials, and was clean. The sink was in the room separate from the toilet and shower which was a bit strange. All amenities provided. Unfortunately, the AC unit is very loud, but there is also a fan, which is quieter, and tolerable to have on when sleeping. It is hard to sleep with the AC on.
Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Free drinks on check in and check out, no nasty surprises with the resort fee, which is $21.50.
Breakfast options were limited, consisting of fruit (melon and pineapple), mini-pastries, granola yoghurt pots and waffles. Instant coffee in flasks. Waffles were made fresh by the staff.
Plenty of cats were roaming around the resort.
Extras: Only a small car park was available, with about 6 spaces. It costs $30 to park here overnight, but there is street parking available outside for $6/hr between 8am-10pm. You can hire bikes to explore Key West for $15 per day.
Location: Very lively location, best location, right in the heart of all the shops, bars and cafes, walking distance to all the attractions.

GGastnutzerThe stay is in little cottages, or bungalows, very cute. We loved and appreciated that our pups were allowed to stay with us! Since we had our pups with, we especially appreciated having our own cottage which made it a bit more private. This was a family trip so we had rented two cottages. Both of them were extremely clean and smelled very clean upon arrival. Each bed was made up very nice and we appreciated the all white bedding. Each cottage also had a kitchenette and small bathroom. We also enjoyed the tiki bar and food truck onsite.

GGriffinEddieEs gibt vier Zimmer. Der Manager hätte sehen können, dass wir zwei Tage zurück gebucht und planen, in einem Zimmer zwei Tage zu sein. Sie weckten uns aus einem Nap und sagten, wir müssten sofort rauskommen und in ein anderes Zimmer verschwinden. Ich bitte um Gnade, uns im Zimmer zu lassen, aber niemand wurde gegeben. Ich schüttelte den Boden. Wenn wir unseren Müll leer waren, waschen wir die Gerichte und ***** die Betten. Wir sind in 20 Minuten zurück. Wir wollten nicht mehr Arbeit für die Mädel. Glückliches Wochenende Juli für alle. Gott segne Amerika.

AAndreEs gibt keine Rezeption auf der Seite. Sie müssen die auf der Vordertür angegebene Nummer anrufen.
Das Zimmer und das Gästehaus waren sauber und wie beschrieben, aber Sie fühlen sich nicht interessiert für die Renovierung.
Die Fenster sind nicht klangsicher und deshalb hören Sie alles, wenn Ihr Zimmer in der Straße ist.
Die irische Pub auf der anderen Seite spielte Live-Musik bis 3.00 Uhr und die (drunken) Bar-Gäste sprachen lebendig bis 4.00 Uhr.
Sehr guter Frühstücksplatz direkt neben dem Gasthaus.

GGastnutzerDas ist ein fantastisches historisches Haus im Herzen des Key West. Checkin ist ein Brise, aber wenn Sie Menscheninteraktionen mögen, ist das nicht für Sie, wie Sie allein sind. Es gibt ein kleines F&B-Team auf der Vorlage, aber das ist es. Aber alle Anweisungen sind perfekt und es ist ein Brise in Ihr Zimmer zu kommen.
Das Haus ist erstaunlich und direkt neben der Duval Straße und allen Hauptattraktionen. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und einfach. Ich würde es definitiv empfehlen!

董董Die Umgebung ist gut, der Service ist enthusiastisch, die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut für Urlaub. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Sorten. Das Zimmer ist zwar vier Personen im Aufenthalt, aber nicht schlank, die Badewanne ist auch sehr bequem, das Warmwasser ist sehr gut, die Erfahrung ist insgesamt gut.
