Sehr geräumige Zimmer und zwei funktionale Toiletten, aber empfehlen Sie, Ihre eigene Seife und Shampoo zu bringen. Das Bett und der Kissen hat ein Geschmack von Must gerüchtet, so dass es nicht das Beste. Sie bieten Gepäckspeicherdienst, aber beachten Sie es ist nicht ein Büro, wo Sie jederzeit sammeln können, Sie müssen die Mitarbeiter zu berichten und je nach Ihrem Glück, ihre Antwortzeit kann variieren. Lage ist gut nur im Gegensatz zu R&f Mall.

Insgesamt ein sehr komfortabeler Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer ist sauber mit einem schönen Meerblick vom 40. Stock. Sowohl das Bett als auch das Sofa sind sehr komfortabel. Ich mochte auch, dass die Handtücher vor ihrer Bereitstellung gesund und individuell versiegelt wurden - alles fühlte sich sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung ist fast wie das Hotel, mit Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta, Duschekappe und anderen Merkmalen. Check-in ist offiziell um 3 Uhr, aber sie erlaubten uns, früher zu prüfen, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Der Hauptabfall ist der Eincheckungsprozess. Sie müssen die Schlüssel von ihrem Büro sammeln, das ist etwa ein 10-minute Fuß vom tatsächlichen Block und erfordert Kreuzung Straßen. Es kann sehr ungünstig sein, wenn Sie kein Auto haben, vor allem mit großen Gepäck oder jungen Kindern. Das Badezimmer hatte auch einen unbehaglichen Geruch, möglicherweise aufgrund des Drinage-/Pipe-Systems oder fehlender Lüftung. Abgesehen von der Eincheckung und dem Geruch des Badezimmers war alles andere gut und wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war super sauber, gemütlich und schön dekoriert. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, immer uns mit einem Lächeln 😊 Die Lage ist bequem, und alles fühlte sich so komfortabel wirklich machte uns zu Hause fühlen. Sehr empfehlen!

Wartete für 1 Nacht alles war großartig! Der Wohnort liegt in der Nähe des Paradigm Malls, so dass es leicht zugänglich ist, Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber/Verwaltung war freundlich und reaktiv, und die Anweisungen für Ein-/Auscheckung waren klar und problemlos. Die Einheit selbst war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet perfekt für größere Familien oder Gruppen. Jeder hatte genug Platz, um komfortabel zu entspannen.

The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children.
