Came with a lot of facilities, very clean and great location, right beside KSL shopping. Rooms are comfortable too! Second time staying here and will return again!❤️❤️
First time book R&F 19 floor for 6pax. Room are cleaned with shampoo, toothbrush, big towel & kitchen usage. Ground floor has many restaurants and 24hrs mini mart. Yummy 12pm lunch bbq & wanton mee that closed at 3am! Car park outside the building it’s free for I think 3 hrs if not overnight need to park inside big carpark , we paid 16rm for overnight just outside the condo( no need to walk so far to carpark as we have elderly )
The only step back was they only gave us 1 room card for the whole family. The bed are not super comfortable but it’s ok for 1 night :) it will be also good if common room has 2 single bed in future.

The place was a little run down, and only shower foam and towels were provided. All other amenities were not provided, so do remember to bring your own! We especially liked that there is a designated parking lot provided for the stay, so that we did not have to register and park at the visitors' lots. The carpark access card could be detected from within the car to open the gantry and that was also good. Check in and check out procedures were standard and fuss free.

The WiFi service was terrible/unreliable. The staff was very responsive and polite, but the solution to address the router issues was only temporary. Overall the room was clean, but there was a sewage odor coming up from the bathroom drains which was unpleasant and we had to ensure the bathroom door remained closed at all times.

Had a mixed feeling about my stay here. The cleanliness was a question mark. Tables were sticky, toilet had poop line & smelled like pee, found mold in a bowl, mirror was horrible. Good point that the management responded asap & sent cleaner. But cleaner wasn't properly trained. I had to give instructions on how to clean & helped her clean 🤷🏻♀️
Location was great & pool is super clean, perfect for a dip after a long day.

The location is a bit far from the mall but it has a bridge connecting to it. The mall has a lot of restaurants and convenience store. The room was so clean and well maintained. Provides slippers (beware the slippers sole is not rubberized. Easy to slip and fall) and toothbrush and small bottle of water is also provided. Though only 1 tissue roll in each toilet. There's only1 cons in the room, the aircon at the living room keeps turning off which is a bit hassle.

GGastnutzerWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w

YyshahaThe overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

Keys collection is very easy and with very helpful staff patiently explain to us how to navigate to our apartment lift from the carpark.
The view from our apartment was superb too.
Rooms were clean but the bathroom amenities are limited so please bring along your own shampoo and body wash.
The beds are a bit too hard for us too. There are 3 bathrooms in this 4 bedder apartment which is wonderful.
SShwe YeeThis resort is value-for-money. The family suite came with 2 bedrooms and a rather spacious hall (with aTV, a sofa, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, sink, and a mid-sized refrigerator). The walls look freshly painted. The mattresses were nice and firm. Just that the bedsheets smelled a bit musty, although clean. ( I think the hotel needs to change the detergent.) There was 1 wardrobe in each room, and a TV in one of them. Generally clean and pleasant. There were 3 swimming pools. Private beach was clean, waters near the shore were surprisingly clear, and we even sighted some zebra-fishes and jellyfish. There were lots of little crabs on the beach. All these should be indicators that pollution levels should be low. It was a pleasant stay overall. Just wished there were more indoor things to do (e.g. bowling) during rainy weather.

4. Der Drinageschlauch der Waschmaschine wurde nicht verbunden. Das führte zu einem weiteren größeren Wasserpudel im Zimmer.
5. Schließlich brach einer der Kunststoffsitze, als ich auf sie saß. Ich bin unter 70 kg, so dass es sehr überraschend war, dass der Sitz gebrochen ist. Ich fiel, aber dankbar habe ich keine gebrochenen Knochen erlitten.
Nachdem sie meine Feedback geschrieben haben, schickten sie jemanden, um die Lücke in der AC und Waschmaschine zu reparieren. Aber ich durfte nicht auf dem Stuhl sitzen.
Insgesamt war dieser Ort nicht gut gereinigt, nicht gut gepflegt. Ich würde vorsichtig sein, hier zu bleiben.
