The service at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff - at the pool, the restaurant, the room - will not only do almost anything to make your stay more comfortable, they will suggest how they can do so. (Which, if you’re someone less likely to ask for things, really opens up the luxury experience.) Our room was meticulously cleaned each day by lax*** He is a gentle, welcoming soul who proactively supplied us with anything we seemed to use with high frequency. Hotel rooms are very clean and designed well. The room size are good enough. They have garden facing and pool facing rooms. All the staff in the hotel are supportive and kind to help , they have a great approach towards the guests. I would strongly recommend this hotel to all the travellers. Esperance works at the hotel and looks at the bookings at the reception. She was very helpful in allocating the room , very fast and also helped in extending the stay. Thanks a lot for the wonderful hospitality. Would recommend to my friends and will visit again.
