I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights this August 2022. My main purpose for staying in this hotel was staycation. And I chose a room with bath tub, because in case the pool water is cold, I wanted to use the bath tub instead. But unfortunately, the bath tub in my room (637) was malfunction (the plug didn't hold the water well so the water in the tub kept decreasing). I reported this issue to Guest Service via room phone, and the lady said she would inform the housekeeping/technician. But then, until the next day, and then until time for check out, no follow up whatsoever from the hotel. So, that was sort of ruining my staycation, because I couldn't use the pool because of the cold water, and I couldn't use the bath tub either. Eventually some hotel official approached me in the lobby to apologize, but that was after me checking out. So.. I guess there is an issue in internal control and quality assurance in this hotel. Quite the shame, considering this is a legendary 5 star hotel in Yogyakarta. But the service from breakfast staff was remarkable. And there were adorable doves looking for crumbs in the restaurant outdoor.

Gutes Hotel, einfach zu buchen. Wir buchten direkt zum Hotel, da wir ein Zimmer für 3 Personen benötigen und war nicht in einer Buchungsanwendung verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist in einem neuen Zentrum von neuen Cafés und einem großen Hangoutplatz. Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Eines etwas merkwürdiges war, dass sie uns nur einen Schlüssel geben, obwohl unser Zimmer ein Zimmer für 3.. und wenn wir um zusätzliche Schlüssel gebeten haben, haben sie um eine Einzahlung 🤦🏻‍♀️ gebeten. Frühstück war OK, genügend Wahlen mit Standard-Hotel-geschmack.

gut aussehen und schöne Service für Geschäfts- und Freizeit . Die Sauberkeit ist gut, aber die Mushala sollte besser sein, wenn die Ablution es nicht zu weit ist. Das Essen ist ok und der Service des Essens ist ruhig sehr gut. Vielleicht, wenn es lebendige Blume oder Orchideen Blume nicht eine Kunststoffblume, die besser ist.

Wir haben 2 Nächte mit 2 Zimmern geblieben. Hotel in Palagan Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig, da nicht auf der Hauptstraße, aber zu Fuß zu einem Kaffeegeschäft und Minimarkt. Nur rund 20 Zimmer mit luxuriösem europäischen Stil. Luxus Zimmer mit Balkon. Zimmergröße sehr groß um 40M2. Badzimmer auch sehr groß nicht standard Größe. 2 Waschbecken mit Regenschrank. Kostenlose Minibar für weiches Getränk & Schokoladebar. Keine externa Auskunfts-Informationen, um das Vorbüro, Restaurant und Hausaufbewahrung anzurufen. Begrenzte Fernsehkanal. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kommunizierend. Besonderes Dank an Mr. Wili im Vorbüro & Ms. Desi im Restaurant. Frühstück ala carte mit mini-Buffet-Depand auf der Besatzung. Parkplatz neben dem Hotel so nicht einfach, wenn es regnet. Eintritt in die Lobby mit Treppen, so dass es große Anstrengungen bedarf, um die Gepäck in die Lobby zu bringen. Es wird empfohlen, wenn Sie Luxus und Ruhe suchen.
