Das Goldient Boutique Hotel ist eine fantastische Wahl für die Unterkunft. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Das Design des Hotels ist modern und stilvoll, schafft eine komfortable und einladende Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut gepflegt, bietet alle notwendigen Einrichtungen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch groß, mit einfachem Zugang zu den nahe gelegenen Attraktionen und Restaurants. Im Golden Boutique Hotel hatte ich eine wunderbare Erfahrung.

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Kons sind seine kleinen Toilettengrößen. Es gibt nicht viel Raum, um einmal in der Innenstadt zu drehen und es wird eine Katastrophe für übergewichtige Gäste sein. Sein Design von zwei Schiebetüren, die am Diagonalpunkt schließen, ist nicht bewundernswert und die Schiebetüren sind kaum geschlossen! Der schlimmste Teil? Das Badezimmer Lichtstrahlt durch die Glastür (obwohl designiert verdorrt) trennen sie und das Schlafzimmer!! Vielleicht gut für eine Person, aber sicherlich nicht nein für 2 zu teilen! Zögern Sie, zurückzukommen.

Das Hotelpersonal trägt Ihren Koffer auf Ihr Zimmer. Sie geben auch Erklärungen zur Nutzung der Zimmerausstattung. Mir wurde der 3. Stock zugewiesen und das Zimmer und das Badezimmer hatten große Fenster und Türen. Man hat einen Panoramablick und das Gefühl der Offenheit ist das Beste. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die große Fenster mögen! Ich kann die Windböen und das Krähen der Hähne im Morgengrauen hören. (Bitte beachten Sie dies, wenn Sie geräuschempfindlich sind) Da es neu gebaut ist, ist es sauber und hat vor allem einen Blick auf das Restaurant, in dem man frühstückt. Es ist das Beste!!! Auf drei Seiten offen! Auch die Reisnudeln waren sehr lecker. Vor allem das Huhn! Auch Früchte wie Mango und Drachenfrucht sind frisch. Es wäre toll, wenn du dich beim Frühstück entspannen möchtest ^^

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

Phòng ốc rộng rãi, mới, sạch sẽ, sang trọng, bồn tắm cửa sổ view vườn hoa rất xinh. Đồ ăn sáng vừa đủ, đặc biệt nhiều loại bánh rất ngon. Nhân viên lịch sự, thân thiện. Cảm giác thư giãn, thoải mái khi nghỉ tại đây. Chắc chắn là lựa chọn đầu tiên của tôi khi nghỉ tại Đà Lạt.

Excellent customer service from all staff.Room was almost new and very clean.Breakfast was good.Omelette station and PHO soup station were nice touch.For the price of $32 definitely worth it.My suggestion is to put cup and teaspoon on table for hot cofffee.Overall,room and stay were good. Breakfast staff Minh and Chuc and Le ,and Tuan were all great! Phuc And Uyen in reception area were very helpful.Luggage’s was delivered to our room.Motorbike rental (150,000Viet)was arrange by Uyen.Their motorbikes look newer and no need to stress out to find rentals.You can park it in garage overnight with NO extra charge.Makes our stay in DALAT very convenient.You definitely need the semi-automatic motorbikes to visit Datanla Waterfalls(Alpine coaster) and do some loops. Ich habe im Deluxe Family City View Room im 3. Stock geblieben. Ich kann das Colin Hotel sehen und die Aussicht ist gut. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. Es war sehr teuer und es gab nicht viele Arten von Frühstück, aber es war lecker Ich blieb später in zwei Doppelzimmern für eine Nacht, aber das erste Stockzimmer riecht etwas lustig und war zu eng und veraltet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein bisschen hoch, aber wenn Sie auf dem 3. Stock bleiben, ist es es wert! Die erste Etage ist glänzend!

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe einer wichtigen Durchgangsstraße, daher vor allem durch Busse sehr laut. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und chic eingerichtet. Die Gastronomie dagegen eine Katastrophe. Im Restaurant gab es abends nur Getränke, keine Speisen. Man muss dann etwas wandern, bis man ein vernünftiges Restaurant gefunden hat. Frühstück das gleiche Problem, es gibt lediglich dürftige a la carte Speisen (Rührei) . Vom Hotel ist man in ein paar Minuten mit einem Taxi am Flughafen Da Lat.

Meine Frau und ich haben die Gelegenheit, dieses Hotel wieder zu besuchen und Ihnen danke Trip.com

Großes Hotel von Personal zu Dienstleistungen. Das junge und freundliche Personal unterstützt die Finanzen und wünscht mir auch einen guten Schlaf der Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und sehr Augenfang. Darüber hinaus hat das Hotel einen sehr schönen Blick. Sie sollten es einmal erleben, wenn Sie zum Hotel kommen

Lien Do Star Hotel - Das Hotel liegt bei 905 Tran Phu Street (die Hauptstraße, die durch die Stadt Bao Loc geht) ist eines der frühesten modernen Hotels in Bao Loc, die erste Auswahl von Touristen, wenn Sie in Bao Loc bleiben möchten. - Breite Parkplatz, kann man 3-4 Autos von 7-16 Sitzplätze nehmen. Der Service im Hotel ist auch sehr gut: Restaurant, Fitnessraum ... Rezeptionist ist professionell und freundlich. - Zimmer sind alt, aber sehr luxuriös und sauber. Alles ist großartig, nichts zu beschweren.

Personal ist glücklich und enthusiastisch, aber der Service ist nicht für mich geeignet

Ausgezeichnet, aber Frühstück bevorzugt Buffet
