We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Copley Place, Boston. The room was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults with two queen beds and it was clean and well maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to access shopping and key attractions. We also enjoyed Bar10, which serves good food. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

Ich habe ein Upgrade-Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett und Hafenblick gebucht. Es war eines der größten und schönsten Zimmer, die ich dieses Jahr zum Preis eines Marriott Courtyard Downtown gebucht habe. Fast alles lässt sich über ein iPad steuern. Die Minibar ist mit Getränken und Snacks gefüllt. Der Preis ist hoch, und wenn man länger als 30 Sekunden wartet, werden die Getränke aufs Zimmer gebucht. Das Personal an der Rezeption hatte mich darauf hingewiesen, daher war ich nicht überrascht. Die Nutzung des Kühlschranks ist kostenpflichtig, wenn man seine eigenen Lebensmittel aufbewahren möchte. Abgesehen von der Lage ist alles andere für mich 5-Sterne-mäßig. Wie ich online gelesen habe, bietet das Encore einen Shuttleservice in die Innenstadt/nach Chinatown an. Ich werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich wieder in Boston bin.

It’s a beautiful hotel. Room is nice and comfy. Location is perfect. However, service is terrible. Like a 3-star hotel. When we arrived, there was no doorman at the door to help with luggages. After a 24-hour door to door travel, we had to carry our luggages up and still no one offered help. Housekeeping was not a 5-star ranking standard. Bedsheets were not changed even on the 5th night I stayed. From day 2, we have to call front desk to replenish water everyday. If u don’t call, no water is replenish. A request of a kettle took 30 mins. We ordered a few packages from Amazon and Target, took them two whole days to check where are the packages. Called front desk 3 times, went down to talk face to face with front desk 2 times. Finally they found it and brought it to the room.

Wirklich willkommene Mitarbeiter, die uns leicht zu prüfen früh. Sie hatten vor der Reise bestätigt, dass wir unsere Taschen rauswerfen können, aber da unser Zimmer bereit war, erlaubten die müde Reisende, in.Ideal für uns Post Boston Marathon, wo wir nur einen Tag in Boston wollten, zu prüfen, in Hopkinton, wo wir geblieben waren. Große Auswahl am Frühstück und viele Kaffee verfügbar sowie ein Shuttle, das wir nicht verwendet haben, weil wir gerne gehen! Das King Bed war soooo komfortable und wunderschöne Handtücher und schön sauber; freundliches Personal, das in den Korridoren lächelte. Benutzte den Fitnessraum, der Cardio-Ausrüstung und Gewichte und einen schönen, aber kleinen Pool hatte.

We had a great stay. It is very close to Fenway and has great eats nearby. The breakfast was very good. The service was fantastic. I left some clothing in my room, and they helped mail my items back in a timely manner.

Overall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

Sehr altes Hotel mit vielen Leuten. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Es ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der 200 Jahre alte Park in der Nähe des Hotels lädt zum Spazierengehen ein Schönes Hotel und gutes Frühstück

My last stay 3 weeks ago was excellent. But last night the room was freezing cold. 65 F . Out side was 5 F. The man on front desk was not polite. Changed the room from 326 to 832 with same temp. Sent a van driver to check the problem. And said he cannot do anything more. There was no engineering staff. Very unhappy with this uncomfortable night. Travellers, please be careful.

Rooms are nice, water park is good, arcade was fun. Restaurant was horrible. Very under staffed, waited for 20 mins for our drinks, which was water with lemon and then another 40 mins for our food which came out cold. And loud, it's so loud. We have an autistic son and we asked several hotel workers for help. Can we sit away from the live music...no. Instead they seated us directly in the middle of the whole restaurant. They could've had more activities for families since it's the winter. We tried it and it's not our cup of tea.
