The reception service is nice and helpful. The room is spacious, but it’s not very clean. Some hair stuck in bathroom. The fitness is good but need to pay 250tl extra. The location is little far from city centre. It’s around 17 minutes to the metro station on foot.

First of all, there is no private parking garage. Parking is on the street in front and across from the hotel. Breakfast was very basic and they were short staffed. Room was good size, comfortable bed. Missing the sofa/chair. Missing iron and the ironing board. I had to request them which they brought to me but the iron was half broken. There were 2 small bottles of shampoo، 2 small bottles of conditioner and 2 small bottles of body wash and one very small bar of soap. There was a hair dryer, teapot, slippers and 2 free water bottles. The room was a non smoking room, but in the middle of the night I could smell heavy cigarette smoke.

I had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Ankara Cankaya. The hotel is modern, clean, and located in a peaceful area with easy access to the city center. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious and well-designed, with a comfortable bed, great lighting, and a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast buffet was fantastic—plenty of delicious options, both local and international, and everything was fresh and well-presented. The hotel’s facilities, including the gym and spa, were well-maintained and very relaxing after a long day. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, making it perfect for both business and leisure trips. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ankara. It’s definitely one of the best places to stay in the city.

Der Antwortservice des Personals war sehr gut. Auch wenn ich nicht nachgeschaut habe, war die Reaktion von Ergul und Gorken an der Rezeption sehr beeindruckend und hinterließ bei mir während der gesamten Reise einen positiven Eindruck.

Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind etwas alt, aber die Standards und die Hygiene sind noch vorhanden. Der Service ist sehr gut, es wird vorgeschlagen, den Zimmervorauszuziehen, um die Reservierungsstelle um Mitternacht zu kontaktieren, um sie zu bearbeiten, sehr rechtzeitig. Wundervolles Hotel, günstige Lage (viele Cafés und Geschäfte in der Nähe), sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer. Ich habe Unterkunft mit Frühstück gebucht, sehr leckeres Essen. Reaktionsfreudiges und freundliches Personal. Ich empfehle!

Die Lage des Hotels, Service, Sauberkeit, Service ist sehr gut, Zimmer sind schön, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Kissenbezüge sind schneeweiß, perfekt. Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne, aber das Frühstück verdient 5 Sterne. Vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter im Frühstücksraum, insbesondere an Herrn Husamettin und Chefkoch Adem Usta. Alle Mitarbeiter waren erfahren, fürsorglich und freundlich. Der Parkservice, der mein Auto vor dem Hotel abholte, und der Wachmann Aslan Işık waren sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist sehr erschwinglich, ich möchte mich beim gesamten Hotelpersonal und der Hotelleitung bedanken.
