Das Hotel liegt neben The Curve, in der Nähe von Ikea, Harvey Norman und Lotus. Kann auch zu One Utama gehen, muss aber ein Fahrzeug benutzen. Reinraumzustand. Die frische und schöne weiße Farbe lässt den Raum geräumig und komfortabel wirken. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, ein Kinderzimmer und einen Swimmingpool für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die in diesem Hotel übernachten. Was die Qualität des Essens angeht, gibt es zum Frühstück viele einfache Buffetoptionen, aber der Geschmack ist nicht enttäuschend. Insgesamt 4/5 für diesen Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend, die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Im Kühlschrank gab es Willkommensgetränke und kleine Snacks. Die Lage zum T1 ist hervorragend; von unserem Zimmer aus konnten wir sogar das Terminalgebäude und den Tower sehen. Es gibt einen überdachten Verbindungsgang, der in etwa 5-6 Gehminuten direkt zum T1 führt. Alternativ wird auch ein Shuttleservice angeboten. Beim Check-out um 4:30 Uhr stand der Shuttle bereits vor der Tür und brachte uns in nur zwei bis drei Minuten direkt zum T1. Für den Transfer zum T2 steigt man einfach am Haltepunkt mit dem Aufzug zu Level 1, Säule 4 hinunter und nimmt dort den Transferbus – das ist äußerst praktisch. Abgesehen vom etwas höheren Preis ist es meiner Meinung nach eine sehr gute Option für einen Zwischenstopp.

Der Vordertisch war super geur, der Toilettengeur.. mit Fliegen.. Check in Prozess war langsam.. Das Schwimmbad war stinkend und zu viel Chlor. Frühstück war durchschnittlich, nicht schmackhaft Kinderbett wurde nicht richtig gereinigt, itchy.. Toilette klein und Tür wurde nicht richtig gemacht ... Die Aussicht war gut, Deco Zimmer ok

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible for customers, which is a big plus. The receptionist was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Bangi Resort Hotel. Der Eincheckungsprozess war reibungslos und angenehm, dank Herrn Aizat, der unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich war. Er hat sogar mein Zimmer von einem Deluxe auf ein Premium-Zimmer aufgebaut, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler und angenehmer machte. Besonderes Dank an das Team für den Komplimentaren Geburtstagsküche für meine Frau Es war eine bedenkliche Überraschung, die unsere Feier extra sinnvoll machte. Insgesamt, großartige Service, schöne Umgebung und eine erinnerebare Erfahrung. Sehr empfohlen! 🎉🏨✨

Sunway Resort Hotel is a very nice hotel with a beautiful view overlooking Sunway Lagoon, creating a relaxing and premium atmosphere. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices and caters well to different tastes. The hotel is also directly connected to Sunway Pyramid, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining with easy access to many food options. However, as this is a 5-star hotel, I expected fresh milk to be served during breakfast instead of only full cream or low-fat milk. Offering fresh milk would further enhance the overall experience. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would still recommend it.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, though the fruit selection was the same during our 3 night stay and didn’t seem very fresh. The meatballs tasted a bit artificial, and the kids’ cereal could be improved. Overall, it’s a great place for families with kids, not too far from Kuala Lumpur, with lots of activities to enjoy.

This is my first time staying at the One World Hotel, which is recommended by my friend. It’s a very grand and clean 5-Stars hotel, which is located away from the usual busy Bukit Bintang. The hotel is directly link to the 1-Utama shopping mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy or eat anything. Upon arrival, there is bellboy helped to load the luggage and placed aside till check-in. The service is fast and efficient. The check-in is hassle free. However, it is not for the check-out, as you need to join together in the same queue as those who check-in. There is no quick and fast self check-out. The room comes with two Queen beds, which is good and ideal for a family stay. It is clean and tidy. It also comes with some complimentary drinks, snacks and also bathtub which my kids love to bath in. For the breakfast, it is just located directly near the lift at a lower floor after the lobby. The spread is amazing, the quality of the food is great and it tastes really nice and delicious. One of the highlight is the prata, which is freshly made on the spot and it is crispy and tasty. Next is the pastry, especially the Pain au chocolat, the chocolate is so rich and creamy. Likewise for the buttery croissant. They do sell them in their bakery too. It is definitely a breakfast not to be missed! They have amazing swimming pools which has the normal usual one and another is for the kids to play in. The overall experience is great and we have a wonderful time staying in One World Hotel. We will definitely come back again next time. Thank you One World!

I experienced several issues that were disappointing and did not meet basic hotel standards: No toiletries were provided, including essential items such as a toothbrush. Additionally, a disposable laundry bag was also not provided. A dirty towel was left behind the door, which appeared to be from a previous guest. This raises concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping service. The pillow in the room had an unpleasant smell, similar to stale saliva or old drool, making it uncomfortable and unhygienic to use. As a guest, I expect a clean room and basic amenities to be properly prepared before check-in. Unfortunately, this experience fell below expectations. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and improve housekeeping and room inspection procedures
