Overall experience is rather average. Checked in at 3pm and managed to get the 2 rooms i booked. However, when went to the rooms, one of the room has not been cleaned up yet. Contacted housekeeping via phone, chat and even went personally back to the reception to tell them the situation. Took 2 hours before we finally get a clean room Luckily I had 2 rooms, so my family can still stay in 1 onf the room while waiting. The hairdryer is not even working and calling operator is useless as no one pick up. Not much of other activities to do, perhaps kids may enjoy it more. Restaurants food are generally okok only and kinda expected that it is pricey. Don't think will go again

The check in and out process is pretty fast since I have reserved online. The staff are friendly. The front desk assisted me to change and upgrade the room for me after I checked the room. Comfortable bed and overall it's good. Downside is their lifts take quite awhile and it would be fantastic if they decided to improve the quality of their restaurant.

Das Hotel liegt neben The Curve, in der Nähe von Ikea, Harvey Norman und Lotus. Kann auch zu One Utama gehen, muss aber ein Fahrzeug benutzen. Reinraumzustand. Die frische und schöne weiße Farbe lässt den Raum geräumig und komfortabel wirken. Es gibt auch einen Fitnessraum, ein Kinderzimmer und einen Swimmingpool für diejenigen unter Ihnen, die in diesem Hotel übernachten. Was die Qualität des Essens angeht, gibt es zum Frühstück viele einfache Buffetoptionen, aber der Geschmack ist nicht enttäuschend. Insgesamt 4/5 für diesen Aufenthalt.

The hotel is conveniently located in Shah Alam, close to many amenities and attractions. However, the overall stay felt quite average. The hotel interior and facilities feel a bit old-fashioned, and the bathroom design was not to my liking — having to step into the bathtub to take a shower was inconvenient. The air conditioning in my room was also not cold, and I had to call for maintenance to fix it. Although the staff were polite and responsive, the overall comfort and condition of the hotel could be improved for a better guest experience.

Die Hotelzimmer sind gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, mit weicher Bettwäsche und guter Schalldämmung. Ideal für einen Transitstopp oder eine Übernachtung bei später Ankunft. Ein 24-Stunden-Shuttlebus verbindet das Terminal mit der Hotellobby. Auch zu Fuß ist der Weg nicht weit, und dank eines überdachten Verbindungsgangs ist man vor Sonne und Regen geschützt. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr effektiv. Die Minibar im Zimmer ist kostenlos und die kleinen Snacks schmecken gut. Am Terminal gibt es ebenfalls eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über ein eigenes Buffetrestaurant, sodass man jederzeit bestens versorgt ist.

Wir waren Transitpassagiere und entschieden uns für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, bevor wir am nächsten Tag einen frühen Flug nahmen. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Option in Flughafennähe und im Preisrahmen. Es war jedoch ganz anders als erwartet. 1. Nach unserer Ankunft am Vorabend nahmen wir den Shuttlebus des Hotels zum Hotel. Der Einstiegspunkt ist Terminal 2, Etage 1, Tür 3. In Terminal 1 sollte es auch einen Abholpunkt geben. Vor Ort gab es keine Schilder, und es gibt nur zwei Fahrspuren und etwa vier Parkplätze vor Tür 3. Man muss genau hinschauen, um sie zu finden. Ich habe das Personal gefragt, und sie wussten, wo sie zu finden sind. Das Hotel liegt nicht sehr nah am Flughafen; ein Grab-Bus kostet 70 RMB. 2. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist recht neu, aber es fühlt sich an wie ein umgebautes Lagerhaus mit sehr industriellem Flair, wie ein Quarantänecontainer während der Pandemie. Es ist jedoch sauber, und die Toilettenartikel und die Bettwäsche sind makellos. Wenn Sie damit zufrieden sind, ist es eine gute Wahl.

Hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Espira Kinrara! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut mit einer wunderbaren Vielfalt an Essen und freundlichen Service. Wir hatten Glück, ein Zimmer direkt vor dem Kinderpool zu bekommen, das für unsere Familie perfekt war die Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die Umgebung war sauber, friedlich und familienfreundlich. Insgesamt, eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung und wir würden sicher lieben, wieder zu kommen!

Saya menginap di Bangi Resort untuk menghadiri kelas di Dewan Melur. The overall experience was relaxing and pleasant. Room was spacious and clean, with a calming view of the golf course. Katil empuk, bilik mandi lengkap, and there was a work desk which made it easy to jot down notes after class. Cuma satu benda – aircond sejuk sangat! Maybe sebab cuaca hujan masa tu, so the room felt extra chilly. Nasib baik selimut tebal and comfy, so tidur tetap lena. Dewan Melur was perfect for the class – spacious, air-conditioned, and quiet. Staff hotel pun sangat membantu bila saya tanya arah ke dewan. Breakfast was delicious, *************. Banyak pilihan – from nasi lemak to western dishes. I especially loved the sambal, memang padu! Wi-Fi dalam bilik agak perlahan waktup malam, but it wasn’t a big issue since I was mostly focused on the class and resting. Overall, Bangi Resort is a great place for work-related events or a short escape from the city. I wouldn’t mind coming back again.

One of my favourite touches was the option to choose my preferred type of pillow — such a thoughtful detail that gave me a wonderfully restful night’s sleep before a long day ahead.
