The hotel is very clean and the room is spacious. The only two things that I dislike is the separate toilet and bath which is small plus no hook to hang clothes and need to climb a slope everytime you go in/out of the hotel.

Nice hotel withe rooms of various sizes. For me it was spacious enough. Bed was comfortable, would have liked one more cushion. Room was clean an I liked that i could open the window. It was quite hot in the room because the heater was turned on. Even if i turned it off hot air came out. Room was clean and had everything i needed. You can also get things at the front desk. Breakfast was buffetstyle and really very good with a lot of choises, both Japanese, local and western. Location was very convenient near the train station. About max a 5 minutes walk. Near the hotel there are a lot of places to eat or have a drink. At the station is a shopping mall.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem JR-Station und einigen Skiausrüstungen Geschäft. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber einige können nicht flüssig in Englisch kommunizieren. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer mit Abendessen und Frühstück mit verschiedenen Wahlen. Sie haben auch während der Abendessensitzung kostenlos Saki angeboten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden in Zukunft wieder sein.

I've not ever stayed Dormy Inn and this was the first time. It was very nice and impressive. Good onsen and clean facilities. I will try to find Dormy Inn chain near the places I plan to trip to. Thank you so much for the nice services the hotel provided.

Es gibt einen praktischen Shuttlebus zum Skigebiet, das Hotel ist extrem sauber, die Skiausrüstung ist in ausgezeichnetem Zustand und ein Lebensmittelladen befindet sich in der Nähe – es ist praktisch das perfekte Hotel!

Great location, wonderful staff, and excellent hospitality. The hotel provides a very convenient shuttle service between the property and Echigo-Yuzawa Station. We called for the shuttle without booking in advance and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. The public bath and in-room onsen were also great. Highly recommended.

長野到妙高高原站44分鐘火車，初夏一路都是養眼的綠色，郵件預約了14.10分的接站，回覆很快，人氣很高，這個點接站需要二張小巴，到酒店約十五分鐘，中途會經過纜車站，酒店紅頂歐式風格的滑雪高原酒店，接待大堂復古低調並不高大奢華，服務專業熱情對老年人和外國遊客非常耐心友好，訂的單人間，這個房型在主樓很少我覺得衹有二間或四間，主樓正對景觀的是雙人間，較多，其他是在無邊遊池套房樓的豪華套房，我的房間301是端頭房，景觀沒雙床房好窗也沒雙床房大但有兩面窗户，景觀也是不錯的，主樓較舊房間不大，單人房衹有23平方米，馬桶舊式手動沖水，衞生間還高一截，但我入住後非常喜歡，像東京帝國酒店一樣，舊但沒有殘破使用良好，房間無異味，很整潔，很安靜，温馨舒適。lounge 有飲料酒水，一嘗就感覺酒店嚴選品質，有自己很高的標準，沒有一樣糊弄，酒類咖啡非常出色。晚餐有懷石料理、烤肉和涮鍋，默認懷石料理，我吃的懷石料理，非常好，早餐衹有自助，品質優良。套房樓很新有網紅無邊泳池和大浴場，無邊泳池有壯麗的風景，大浴場很好室外區不大。酒店的服務和品質讓人印象深刻，慶幸還有價格適中的單人一泊二食，住一天覺太少，又下單了9月兩晚聯住的，這樣可以坐纜車上山上看看並體驗獲得國際金獎的水療，吃飯的話有三個品質很好的餐廳，午餐也有簡餐。很想體驗上高地帝國但一直訂不到，這裏非常棒。缺點就是301完全沒有無線網絡。之前住了共立集團的酒店草津温泉的季之庭，和這裏沒法比，這裡是真正優秀具有優秀傳統的日式服務酒店，對品質精益求精，季之庭純粹垃圾酒店。

Really love the hotel. Convenient, 10 mins walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Rental shop next door is cheaper than in Gala Yuzawa n they provide free shuttle. Room spacious and good amenities. Dinner and breakfast variety and sometimes has halal beef. They have game room so kids can enjoy. Value for money. Will repeat staying here.

Es ist sauber. Ich habe in etwa zehn nahegelegenen Izakayas und Restaurants gegessen und getrunken, aber das Essen in diesem Hotel war wunderschön präsentiert, köstlich und preiswert – und damit das Beste. Schade, dass sie mittwochs geschlossen haben und ich woanders essen muss, aber ich konnte alles, was ich brauchte, im Hotel bekommen und mich entspannen. Es gibt einen Laden nebenan, also war es ein sehr praktisches Hotel. Ich habe das Gefühl, meine Zeit damit zu verschwenden, mir zu überlegen, was ich das nächste Mal essen soll. Hier kann ich entspannen und werde definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Es war der beste Ausflug nach Sado. Vielen Dank

Der Personalservice ist sehr gut und sehr professionell. Das Hotel verfügt über Skiprodukte, die günstiger sind als Skiplatz und andere Skiprodukte. Im Hotel können Sie Skikarten kaufen und auch Rabatte erhalten. Es gibt auch eine Spezial-Transfer. Wenn Sie alle in der Länge des Busses warten sehen, warten Sie bereits an der Tür, und es ist sehr warm, wenn es schneeht. Gehen Sie nach dem Ausflug zu der Tong-Shuang-Station und 7-11 nur fünf Minuten.
