Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe dem JR-Station und einigen Skiausrüstungen Geschäft. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber einige können nicht flüssig in Englisch kommunizieren. Wir reservierten ein Zimmer mit Abendessen und Frühstück mit verschiedenen Wahlen. Sie haben auch während der Abendessensitzung kostenlos Saki angeboten. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und werden in Zukunft wieder sein.

It is a hotel with history. The maintenance and service is good. Breakfast and dinner buffet are good too. The pick up service from the station can be arranged immediately upon arrival, highly appreciated. The outdoor hot spring is good.

Es ist sauber. Ich habe in etwa zehn nahegelegenen Izakayas und Restaurants gegessen und getrunken, aber das Essen in diesem Hotel war wunderschön präsentiert, köstlich und preiswert – und damit das Beste. Schade, dass sie mittwochs geschlossen haben und ich woanders essen muss, aber ich konnte alles, was ich brauchte, im Hotel bekommen und mich entspannen. Es gibt einen Laden nebenan, also war es ein sehr praktisches Hotel. Ich habe das Gefühl, meine Zeit damit zu verschwenden, mir zu überlegen, was ich das nächste Mal essen soll. Hier kann ich entspannen und werde definitiv wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Es war der beste Ausflug nach Sado. Vielen Dank

Very pleasant comfortable stay. So close to the loop bus, bus stop and only 1km walk from the Sake brewery. The bed was a small double however we didn’t mind as it was so comfortable and we slept really well. Only 1 very tiny, tiny issue was that we were near the elevator and guests returning from late night revelling were quite noisy. Would stay here again and try their breakfast.

Really love the hotel. Convenient, 10 mins walk from Echigo Yuzawa Station. Rental shop next door is cheaper than in Gala Yuzawa n they provide free shuttle. Room spacious and good amenities. Dinner and breakfast variety and sometimes has halal beef. They have game room so kids can enjoy. Value for money. Will repeat staying here.

The place is very close to Gala Yuzawa station around 8mins walk. The place is great with attentive staff. There is an available shuttle service where you can call the hotel to fetch you. Downside is that there is no available restaurants nearby so you have to go to Echigo Yuzawa. You can avail the shuttle service. Would have been great if there’s supplementary breakfast. There’s a 300yen fee for bath.

Property is set in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Very clean and modern. Well maintained after its renovation. There are plenty of free parking space. Room is big but unfortunately without shower/bath - a big negative for the property. There are two common showers for the whole hotel which must be busy during peak seasons. I recommend the hotel especially during off peak season when you can use the public showers. Otherwise you have to use the bathing facilities in the onsen.

Ocean View Japanese Style Room is nice & good size   Breakfast & dinner included, good food too. Onsen, both indoor & outdoor are very nice. Every night there is a show in the lobby & there is a shuttle bus taking the hotel guests to Kitazawa flotation plant. A good arrangement for the guests.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. It was quite a walk to the sightseeing spots so we had to go to the station to catch a loop bus. The hotel was clean and has nice onsen. It's convenient that Dormy Inn provides drinks or even noodles and icecreams. The rooms are not big though.

Das Frühstück war köstlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und wirkte viel wertiger als der Preis vermuten ließ. Die Schwefelquelle war ebenfalls toll! Ich würde gerne wiederkommen. Es ist viel besser als ein typisches Businesshotel!
