The location is good for the family ski holiday with all facilities available for this ski-in/ski-out hotel. The breakfast has a good variety while the dinner options are good especially the Teppanyaki restaurant with the local beef and abalone. The Japanese restaurant was also good with various dishes to choose from. The outdoor onsen at 白樺之湯 really worth the visit after the ski and I’d recommend to enjoy at day time. We have also tried the hotel massage services and it was really good and relaxing! The only thing for improvement is that the room themselves are a bit old and maybe should consider renovations in coming years. The shops have many food and drinks and souvenirs. We also got a big pack of fireworks that we can pay together with kids just outside the hotel on the snow slope. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the slopes and ski school are magnificent!

Das tolle warme Hotel, es gibt einen Bus um 15 Uhr vom Shenggao Station, 500 yen pro Person, direkt zum Hotel, das Hotel zum Shenggao Station ist um 9:50 Uhr morgens und 20 Minuten Fahrt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig, das Fenster ist der Berg Tang, die warme Tee ist großartig und es lohnt sich zu erleben. Es gibt auch eine Volksausführung in der Nacht.

The experience was superb! The onsen was good and relaxing. I love that they provide yogurt drink and ice lolly. There is also complimentary soba noodles at 9:30pm. What is more important is that they have free laundry and that the status of the machines can be viewed on TV!

I loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, the room was very spacious with a western style room attached to an 8 tatami tea room, and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the snowy exterior. The onsen with indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and most people staying at the hotel wore yukata which gave the whole experience a tranquil vibe. The bus from Morioka goes directly to the hotel. It was a perfect traditional Japanese hotel.

雰囲気もサービスもお料理も抜群に良かったです！ 帰り際、娘が不機嫌になり大泣きしてしまったところをスタッフの方が見ており、さりげなく小さなウサギのぬいぐるみを差し出しプレゼントしてくれました。お陰様ですぐに泣き止みご機嫌が良くなりました。 小さな子どもにも優しいホテルで有り難かったです。

Stayed for one night before heading to Geto Kogen ski resort. Right opposite the train station with restaurants and Lawson within walking distance. The breakfast was quite nice too and the price was very reasonable. Had an enjoyable stay overall.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und groß, der Aufenthalt am Tag ist genau das richtige, um den Schnee zu erreichen, die Schneeaussicht außerhalb des Fensters ist sehr schön, die vier Saisonen des Jahres sind sehr schön, warm ♨️ Beste, sehr groß, es gibt verschiedene Wasser- und Wärmepools, und ein sehr sauberes Saunazimmer, sauber und großzügiger, offener und warmer Pool, die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Buffets und Abendessen, und der Geschmack von chinesischen und westlichen Japanern ist sehr gut 👍 Die Service-Einstellung ist nicht so, dass man lügt. Einrichtungen, die Umgebung ist großartig. Gesundheit, Service.

The hotel is loaded with tourist groups who are unfortunately pretty rowdy and rude. Service at the hotel itself was excellent, and for the price and location it’s a reasonable stay, as a ski-in-ski-out hotel. Breakfast is a standard Prince Hotel buffet.

Es gibt ein Bad im Zimmer, obwohl es nicht im Freien liegt, ist es dennoch sehr interessant. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und die Klimaanlage ist ausreichend. Obwohl das Essen nicht sehr gut ist, ist der Preis auch etwas teuer. Das Hotel kann es in einer abgelegenen Gegend anbieten und der Catering-Service ist bereits sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Wäsche- und Trockenservice zur Selbstbedienung, was für Fernreisende sehr praktisch ist!
