It was great trip to Darjeeling. Our room got upgraded by receptionist. She was very humble and kind. She given us the room with mountains view. All staffs were kind and helpful. It was great and comfortable stay. Views from hotel are amazing. Wish to stay again.

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

Eine seltsame Sache, um zu kommen ist, dass sie nicht zulassen Outside Food !!!! Ich.e Swiggy - Zomato etc , so es ist klar, dass Sie von ihrem Essen missbraucht werden ..... wenn dies die Politik dieser Immobilie dann freundlich haben es auf Ihrer Liste auch - !!!!!!! Alle Ihre Listen auf den Online-Plattformen sollten als “KEINE AUSSERE ERZEUGUNG” erwähnt werden - Sie können die Kunden nicht in der Dunkelheit halten und ihnen sagen, wenn sie einchecken!!!!!!!

Check-in war reibungslos und schnell. Ich wurde in mein Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und Hauspflege machte eine gute Arbeit. Das Hotel kümmerte sich um eine Frage mit leicht fehlgeschlagenen Badfächern auch. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

EEHSANEs ist wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Gute Umgebung.
Einige Leute werden sich über die Rückseite Bauaussicht und Lärm beschweren.
Aber glücklicherweise habe ich ein Front-Seite-Zimmer, wer schaut draußen im Stadthotel?
Aber für das Sound Hotel ändern Sie die Rückfenster zu Soundproof-Optionen.
Rein und dekoriertes Zimmer.
Frühstück ist ok, lieber würde ich sagen Gut, wenn nicht sehr Gut.
Die Rezeption sind sehr hilfreich, ich habe frühzeitige Eincheckung bei 12:30PM.
Nearby Shopping District.
Da es sich um einen besetzten Bereich handelt, so bereiten Sie sich für den ganzen Tag großen Verkehr vor.

TTanjilHonestly speaking, the hotel was great. The location was a bit far from the airport, BUT it is located at one of the cleanest places in Kolkata, making it a huge plus. Now for the details:
Room: 5/5. The decoration, the ambiance, the wall art.
Lobby and other places: 5/5. Absolutely loved the design and hotel architecture.
Bathroom: 3.5/5. Honestly, it is a basic bathroom, but I expected more from a 5 star hotel, even on the cheaper rooms. There was no bathtub, which I feel is fairly common everywhere I’ve stayed in.
ONE PROBLEM: A major issue I have faced was after turning on the water. It had a smell, which I am guessing is from the river beside it. I feel like the Hotel should add a water filter to avoid this problem, because the smell doesn’t go away until the water is turned on for at least 5-10minutes. If I wasn’t South Asian, I probably couldn’t have taken the smell as easily as I did. I would put this in High Priority to fix for attracting many more customers.
Bar and Food: 4/5. Good collection, great taste but very expensive.
Lastly, a shoutout to Al Jabbar and Al Sahid from the Housecleaning service, they were extremely polite, fast, very thorough with their cleaning and very well mannered. Absolutely a delight to talk to and learn about the local areas.
I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Very rare to find such good hotels, with some minor flaws.
