They charged an extra half room fare for early check-in which was not required at all because at vaishno devi most of the people just come & have a shower and then leave for the darshan.

We stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

Beautiful property, far from main town. Need to have your own convenience. Good food. Kitchen manager is excellent looking after us as a family.

Courteous staff, property maintenance is up to the mark. Best thing was the staff helped us with early check-in (basis availability) without even we asking for it. Free pick up and drop till banganga. Overall a must stay place for good experience

Good property with very good staff who is always eager to help. The food preparation is great and clean and tidy rooms. Few exceptional staff i encountered 1. Happy and yudhvir are awesome chauffeurs and make you feel like home. 2. Chef ankit and staff ganesh and tamanna are great in the cafe. Also happy to help and serve hot and tasty food. 3 the manager gaurav and front desk staff komal and kavya really helped us throughout the stay. I requested a late checkout as my transportation back home was delayed, they were happy to accommodate 4 sujeet in the spa worked wonders which this technique. Highly recommend for a family stay.

I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

Das Hotel in Srinagar ist sehr gut. Es ist gegen den Berg gebaut und ist sehr sicher. Unten befindet sich der einzige Eingang zum Berg, und das UN-Beobachterlager befindet sich unterhalb des Hotels. Es gibt einen Ort zum Essen, wenn Sie ausgehen, und es ist sehr praktisch, ins Zentrum von Srinagar in der Nähe zu gehen und zum Banda-See zu laufen. Das Zimmer ist nicht klein und heißes Wasser reicht aus. Das Frühstück war gut.
