The hotel is very picturesque and traditional. I attended a family wedding and the food and service was exceptional. Breakfast was ample and served in a beautiful room. Our room was a twin and quite functional, but the bathroom could perhaps do with a little tlc. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa - because we didn’t know we had to pre-book, and unfortunately it was fully subscribed. I would stay here again and it was good value for money.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this hotel at Xmas. This year I had an issue with a another travel partner that failed to communicate booking details with me and then claimed my booking was not on their system despite it showing up on the hotel’s system. Ruby & Suzanne at reception were phenomenal. Their kindness, persistence and excellent customer service were second to none. I am so grateful to them. In addition the grounds of this hotel are stunning, it’s a great location, very clean, comfortable and brilliantly priced. If you’re visiting Bradford or Leeds I would highly recommend this hotel.

This place has a lot of potential, but also leaves a lot to be desired. Having booked a cabin, we were tucked away from most other rooms however the noise between our block of 3 cabins travelled terribly. We could hear full clear conversations from our neighbours, meaning our rest was dictated by the plans of others around us. The cabin itself was okay, but felt in need of a good refresh. There was a general musty smell within the room and the inner window didn't shut due to wood swelling. The space appeared generally clean, but again, felt as though it was in need of a deep clean to get rid of dust and dirt. The location itself is lovely, staff and service was good, but for the price we paid for the room and the space we got, I dont feel this was good value.

Das Personal war wunderschön, hilfsbereit und der Service war großartig. Wir waren jedoch zu spät, unsere Zimmer zu erhalten, da sie bei der Reinigung hinterher waren. Das wäre normalerweise kein Problem, aber wir mussten einfach check-in, loswerden unsere Taschen und gehen. Das Personal versuchte, das Zimmer bereit zu machen, was groß war. Das Zimmer war ok, ein wenig müde, brauchte einige Update/Fixing, da es einen Toilettenrollhalter fehlte und das Papier durch das Fenster schüttelte, aber sonst war es schön. Einige der Hallen waren ein wenig geluft aus irgendeinem Grund, es gibt Plug-in zu versuchen und zu bedecken, aber sie scheinen nicht viel zu tun. Hatte keine Nahrung, so kann ich nicht kommentieren

Schöne Lage. Hatte ein wunderbares Zimmer auf der Ecke mit fantastischen Blicken. Das einzige Problem, das wir erwähnt, war, dass es kein Toilettenpapier und nur eine Beutel heißer Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen gab, so dass wir nicht jeden Abend einen schrecklichen Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen haben konnten. Wir würden wieder bleiben und Spa-Anlagen nutzen. Der Pool und Dampfraum und die Sauna waren perfekt. Essen war 5*

We had an overnight stay for dinner and breakfast and were very impressed with the hotel, set in an old Manor House which is well maintained to keep the original style alive. The food was nice and the experience was great even despite the original restaurant room being closed for refurbishments. The bar is set in the Manor House’s drawing room which made for a nice setting after having dinner in the evening. Overall it was a very nice stay and was reasonably priced for what was on offer and we hope to stay again!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, zu kurzen Aufenthalt 😊 ein schön vorgestelltes Hotel und Zimmer, wunderschöner Blick und absolut das schönste professionelle Team, die Profissional, effizient, polit und höflich waren

Wir blieben 2 Nächte im Hotel und fanden das Zimmer wirklich komfortable, das Personal wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Wir nutzten nicht die Spa-Anlagen, wie immer zu spät angekommen, aber der Pool sah wirklich einladend aus. Die Lage war auch gut, nur wenige Minuten von der M1. Ich würde ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ausführlich empfehlen.

Was für eine Suche! Das Restaurant und die Bar sind einfach schön und die Zimmer waren so erstaunlich. Wird sicher wiederkommen.
