Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Wunderbar letzte Minute lokale Gepäckauf für ein paar. Unglaubliche Spa-Anlagen und schönes komfortables Zimmer. Frühstück war super und Service war wunderbar!

Fab hotel close to Dover Port. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean with modern decor. Room was a fair size with a recently refurbished bathroom - shower only. Room was with a mini fridge, nice teas and option for room service. Excellent value for money with a good choice of amenities. Parking to rear of hotel. Can access hotel from the front and rear of property. Would highly recommend. Overall a really lovely stay. ☺️

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

Schönes Hotel, geblieben für ein langes Wochenende und verwendeten die Spa-Anlagen - sie gab uns eine kostenlose Upgrade, die ein schönes Touch war! Schöne Landschaften, Restaurant war schön und nur einen kurzen Szenenwandel zur Stadt Nur Kritik war der Pool sehr klein, ohne viel Platz verfügbar und die Sauna war nur männlich oder weiblich - aber der Rest des Aufenthalts und Einrichtungen mehr als für ihn gemacht! Auch empfehlen Sie den Nachmittagsthee :)

Ich habe Rowhill vor 15 Jahren zuletzt besucht. Leider hat es sein exklusiven, luxuriösen Aussehen und Gefühl verloren. Obwohl die Schlafzimmer haben sich verändert und ein moderneres Aussehen haben, ist das Ende nicht groß und Farbwahlen nicht nett auf den Farben. Sie scheinen ein Entspannungsraum hinzugefügt zu haben, was ein schöner Touch aber war. Ein wenig auf der dunklen Seite, um durch die Magazine auf dem Angebot flicken zu genießen. Die Bar-Essen war besser als nichts, sondern viel Raum für Verbesserung. Aber großartig Frühstück. Wie viele dieser Orte sind die nicht auf den Detail konzentriert. Das Spa-Gebiet braucht jetzt einen lieben Touch, so ist es auf dem gleichen mit vielen der neuen Spas aufkommen oder eine gute Preisbewertung! Alles sagen, dass das Personal wunderschön, hilfreich und professionell war. Ich habe den größten Teil meines Aufenthalts gemacht und würde noch empfehlen.

Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.

We booked this hotel for location and spa. The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool. Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities. The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day. At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm. When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel. The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while. The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time. The pool was cold and also dirty.

The perfect location and food in the restaurant is also good. If you plan to check-in after 10-11 PM, I would suggest having dinner before going.
