Die Lobby war wunderschön und schön. Das Zimmer und das Waschzimmer waren im Vergleich zu Geld bezahlt. Obwohl die App erwähnte, dass der Spa hatte zusätzliche Kosten, aber auch Sauna war bezahlbar, was nicht in der App erwähnt wurde.

Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht, als ich im Apollo Hotel buchte, ich buchte es für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind und als ich dort ankam, gab es nur ein Doppelbett, sie sagten mir, sie würden mir ein Einzelbett geben, während ich war draußen und als ich um 20:30 Uhr ins Hotel zurückkam, gab es immer noch kein Bett. Schließlich gaben sie mir um 22:00 Uhr ein Feldbett mit fehlenden Federn, auf dem mein Vierjähriger schlafen konnte. Ich war also nicht glücklich Am Ende habe ich auf dem Boden geschlafen, damit meine Tochter das Bett mit ihrem Vater haben konnte. Es ist eine echte Schande zu sehen, dass ein Hotel, in dem ich übernachtet habe, als ich geheiratet habe, bergab gegangen ist. Es gab viele schmutzige Tabletts im Korridore auf dem Weg zum Zimmer, aber am Eingang des Hotels war wunderschön,

Breakfast at the weekend doesn't start until 8.00am. We were playing a Pickleball Tournament on their Acrylic tennis courts and needed to digest our food before running around! The hot items weren't all out which was irritating. Bacon, sausages and eggs were missing. As soon as the eggs arrived they were gone because everyone was queuing. If it says breakfast starts at 8.00, then it should all be available on time! Pools are great, (one specifically for children and one for adults. Sporting facility was excellent. Free parking for hotel guests. Bedroom was very clean and had everything one needed. No air con, but fan in cupboard. Magnifying mirror, iron & board, hairdryer. I had to stay at the hotel to continue playing my tournament, but wanted to have a last swim to ease my muscles before driving home in a terrible heatwave. They said check out had been at 11.00am and I would have to pay £10! I thought that was rather steep so declined. There was hardly anyone in the pool and a small kind gesture after paying for 2 nights would have lifted my spirits and given a better impression. The pool was also only open from 8.00am. Far too late if people want a swim before breakfast. Dogs seem to be allowed at the hotel in the bedrooms. 4 yapping dogs in one room is a bit much. Awful for the cleaners and I put the TV on to mask the noise! Drinks and food quite expensive. Great Indian in the village! It was great though being able to stay at the actual venue for the tournament. Cheaper through Trip com than the Tournament offer rate!

I had a great time at the Hotel and Spa - all of the facilities were clean and appealing. I loved the art deco feel and the spa was amazing - spacious and well maintained. All staff members that I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Great location for train station and town. My only suggestion would be to make the bar more appealing, perhaps subtle showing of some sports or entertainment - with so many other local pubs and bars there was nothing to keep me in the hotel bar. 

We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions but this time we requested a particular room for our stay a week in advance which was confirmed during a telephone conversation, only to be told on arrival that it was not available. Very disappointed

Dieses Hotel ist großartig. Ich bin nach Nan'an gekommen, um den Geburtstag meines Partners zu feiern, und das Hotel hat das Zimmer kostenlos aufgewertet. Der Service war besonders gut. Sie haben den Geburtstagskuchen für uns mitgenommen und uns geholfen, ihn aufzubewahren, falls wir ihn nicht aufessen konnten. Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet, mit kostenlosem Trinkwasser und Kapselkaffee im Zimmer sowie kostenlosem Wasser, Obst und Gemüse Snacks in der Lobby. Das Hotel hat auch viele Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sorgfältig vorbereitet. Die Betten sind bequem, das Hotel ist sehr neu und es ist ein tolles Flitterwochenerlebnis.

A repeat visit to Norton Park Spa Hotel. I really enjoy the peaceful location with beautiful grounds where you can walk through woodland or sit on a swing gazing out at the lake. The spa is perfectly acceptable - no idea why some have left bad reviews. Great sauna and steam room, plus real ice pile and strong, cold (or hot) shower available close to these two facilities which is great extra. Pool is big enough to swim laps (not just a token effort) and there are couple of heated, tiled loungers pool side too. I treated myself to a treatment of back massage and full body exfoliation with oil application, which was absolutely wonderful. Relaxation room after the treatment was welcome touch. I have used spas across the world at top hotels and this was up there with the best. Restaurant is really high quality, certainly above my expectations of British hotel catering. The breakfast buffet has everything you could require - although it is self-service on the tea/coffee which I'd rather have served to table - plus you can order extras for free, like poached eggs and porridge, which are then cooked to order. There are also some pay-for extras if required. Dinner was even more fantastic - have eaten there four times in two stays and cannot fault.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Old Thorns Hotel & Resort, das mein Verlobters Geburtstagsende feiert. Der ganze Ort ist schön, die Dekor ist erstaunlich, mit schönen Bildern überall, die es sowohl heimlich als auch luxuriös fühlen. Die Spa- und Fitnesseinrichtungen waren hervorragend, und der junge Mann an der Bar war besonders freundlich und machte uns einige tolle Getränke. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Dusche waren fantastisch, und der Golfplatz war schön und sehr gut gepflegt. Das einzige Gebiet, das ich glaube, etwas Verbesserung nutzen könnte, ist die Frühstücksauswahl. Es gab Obst, Brot, Joghurt, Eier und die üblichen Artikel für ein englisches Frühstück, aber nachdem Sie mehr als eine Nacht verblieben, wäre es schön gewesen, mehr Sorten wie Pancakes oder andere Frühstücksoptionen, um Dinge ein bisschen zu wechseln. Ich habe auch für das Geburtstagspaket zusätzlich gezahlt. Während ich nichts extravagantes erwartet hatte, fühlte es sich etwas irreführend für die £15 Gebühr, da es vor allem Ballons, eine sehr kleine Teddy-Bär, einige Schokolade und eine Karte, die genau das war, was auf den Bildern gezeigt wurde. Abgesehen davon war alles perfekt und wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Friendly service by everyone we met. Ladies on reception took special care of my 2 year old when we entered and gave her an Easter colouring activity whilst we checked in. Rooms are basic but ok. Bed is huge and very comfy. Air con doesn't circulate very well at all, under it, freezing, in the bed I'm boiling. Also what's the deal with no fridge in the room? Restaurant is ok, bit over priced for what it is really and it was a sunny day and so, so so hot.its only April and I was sweating! Could do with some air con or circulating air in there. Nice location though, if your a cricket fan you'll love it and opposite a golf course so nice view that side too. Have stayed before and will again
