En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Pros: - Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town. - Helpful staff - Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm - Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub - Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags - Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces. Cons: - Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross. - Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in. - Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed. - Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high. - Parking spaces were limited. - Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from. - Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

I booked two rooms. One room was successfully charged to my credit card, but the other was not. I contacted the hotel to explain that I was only about three hours away and asked them to hold the room so I could pay upon arrival. Unfortunately, my request was refused and one room was canceled. I then had to make a new reservation directly through the hotel’s website, which was quite disappointing. The rooms were not soundproof at all. There is no elevator, and when I asked for assistance, the reception declined immediately without offering any help. Parking is also very limited and requires an additional fee.

Das Hauptgebäude ist schön, aber hat einen engen Parkplatz, der... vorbehalten werden muss.. und wir wussten nicht. Jedenfalls auch beachten Sie, dass es 3 Gebäude im Gebäude, 1Min zueinander zu Fuß, und im Winter im Dunkeln des Abends, ist es nicht wirklich günstig, von einem Ort zum anderen zu gehen. Die 2 Gebäude, die wir vorgestellt haben, sind schön, voll renoviert, warm und schön dekoriert. Gut gemacht. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut; ich denke nur, dass das Frühstückszeiten mngt der verschiedenen Schlafzimmer auslaufen... als die Leute aufhörten, warten auf Tische. Meine Empfehlung: Erwachen Sie sich früh, gehen Sie frühstücken! ;-) Noch einmal sehr schöne Haus und Service.

2min Walk from Station and same location to get the Bus to Mont St Michel. Food and restaurants also close to the hotel.

It is a good hotel for those who is traveling to Normandy and have to stop for one-two nights. We had a very spacious room with dark wallpapers on the wall and with a balcony. Comfortable bed, coffee machine, sleepers (finally!!!) and two bath robes for me and my daughter. It is not new, you can notice it, however it was a very cozy environment. The hotel is in far from the beach, but close to the Hippodrome. Also, the were some shops and not expensive pharmacy near the hotel.

The location in city center is a nice location and convenient if you want to walk. The pool and spa facilities were very nice and the pool is warmed. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear, carpet, the shower handles. The bed needed a little more of a topper to make it a little more comfortable. A more ni fridge would be nice in the room so you can have cold drinks. The people were nice, the facility was clean with a good location. It worth staying.

Das Hotel war sauber. Vernünftige Parkgebühren. Lage ist ok, nur 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sehr empfohlen. P.S. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre Luftqualitätsbescheinigung für Ihr Fahrzeug zu bekommen, um Rouen Gemeinde ☺️

Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass ein 3-star Hotel zu einem ausgezeichneten Preis mit einem 4-star Hotel in einem nahe gelegenen Gebäude geteilt wird. Hierdurch genießen Sie ein gemeinsames Frühstück und Spa-Einrichtungen, die zu dem teuersten Hotel gehören. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze in den Straßen in der Nähe des Hotels - der Empfänger zeigte uns auf der Karte, als wir unsere Gepäck weggelassen. Es gibt Parkplätze im Hotel für eine Gebühr, 12 Euro pro Tag, aber als wir ankamen, war es voll
