This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

We were very frustrated upon arrival as we had advised our flight and ETA and nobody was there to pick us up. We had to pay US$32.00 to take a taxi which was crazy and upon arrival at hotel we were told that the phones were donw (as we did try to call several times without a response). There should have been some form of communication even via Whats app or email and there was none. The phones had been down since 10 am that morning. Before storm started In the evening we had dinner and the service of 3 people was super slow with a number of people being frustrated. On the other hand next day for lunch we had Monica and she was amazing waitress.

Super close to the airport. Excellent for transit. The airport transfer service is complimentary and reliable. Driver made clear instruction on pick up so that it was smooth. Transfer to the airport was arranged on arrival to the hotel. The room is big with high ceiling. There is nothing to complain about the room. Just there is no supermarket / restaurant near by the hotel.

Das Hotel macht besonderen Service und Pflege des Personals, sehr freundlich und sehr auf die Bedürfnisse zu achten. Besonders der Service von Lucas, der mir geholfen hat, alle, die ich über das Hotel hatte, zu klären.

Sehr komfortabel, es gibt Frühstück im Untergeschoss, die Umgebung ist sehr gut und die Umgebung ist sehr sicher. Neben einem großen Handelsplatz kann man die Straße zerschlagen. Es ist eine sehr sichere Region. Die Reise ist auch sehr bequem

Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt hier in der letzten Woche, da ich den Flughafen als Ausgangspunkt für meine Reise nutzte. Das Holiday Inn ist dafür perfekt. Super einfach zu erreichen von nationalen und internationalen Flughäfen. Unkompliziertes Einchecken. Hilfsbereites Personal. Großes Badezimmer. Bequemes Bett. Tolles WLAN. Gutes Frühstück. Schöne Bar und Ruhebereich. Dieses Hotel kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Came back here again after 5days trip to easter island. It is good that they keep the luggages. Location is just perfect. Three minutes from costanera center and 5 minutes from MUT. VERY nice neighborhood.

Amazing hotel right in the heart of town, walking distance to the restaurants, parks and city center. The rooms are on the smaller side but it wasn’t a problem at all. We’ve enjoyed the view from the pool, their wine bar and restaurant and cozy lounge with free coffee and delicious desserts. Everyone in our party staying in Santiago longer have extended their stay. Definitely staying here again when back to Santiago.

Excelente hotel, con piscina y sauna que pudimos disfrutar cómodamente y habitación verdaderamente de cuatro estrellas. Las vistas también son buenas y la ubicación inmejorable.
