Die größte Highlight des Hotels ist seine unschlagbare Lage, direkt in der Nähe des Flughafens mit einem kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und spotless, und das Nacht-Switch-Personal sind unglaublich geduldig und aufmerksam. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Wi-Fi während meines Aufenthalts nicht angeschlossen werden würde, und es war zu spät, um das Problem zu klären, als ich es merkte.

This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points.

Schlank Check-in und angenehmen Aufenthalt. lieben das 16. Stock-Frühstück, die Aussicht ist erstaunlich.

It is a nice and clean hotel. We are very impressed with the clean and the comfort and it’s in good location very convenient to go to shopping center and have a nice restaurants around. It’s highly recommend to stay in this hotel.

Great room and beds and enjoyed breakfast.  But the shuttle instructions were very confusing- it’s quite a walk from outside airport where other services do pick up, and hard to find spot as it’s in the middle of the car park, but well inside the building which made no sense. I waited closer to entrance of car park and once realised it was not coming, had to pay for a taxi which cost $25USD. This was annoying as I booked expecting an easy transit and Aldi because I wasted time and energy after a long flight.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer High-End-Gemeinde, umgeben von vielen guten Restaurants. Es gibt ein chinesisches Restaurant in der Diagonale gegenüber dem Street Food-Thema jedes Landes. Ich bestellte sechs empfohlene Gerichte, von denen jedes gut war. Bestellt eine Flasche chilenischen 18 Lohan, der Preis ist ähnlich wie im Supermarkt. Das Design und die Dekoration des Hotels sind sehr künstlerisch. Skulpturen und Gemälde werden im ersten Stock verkauft. Der Service ist gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig, es gibt viele Frühstücksoptionen und Begrüßungsgetränke werden serviert. Sie können sie auf der Terrasse im 9. Stock bestellen. Der Begleiter sagte, der Service sei viel besser als das nahe gelegene Ritz-Carlton. Ich habe mir auch einen Wasserkocher an der Rezeption geliehen, um heißes Wasser zu machen. Das Restaurant im negativen ersten Stock ist auch sehr gut und die Preise sind angemessen. Es gibt auch ein japanisches Restaurant neben dem Hotel. Es gibt Einkaufszentren an drei oder vier Kreuzungen.

這家是比較滿意的一家，服務很好從到門口就一直有人幫忙拿行李，地理位置也很方便，對面過個馬路就有大型mall，裏面有超市，有吃飯的有喝咖啡的。這酒店裡的spa也很舒服，總之這家性價比很高。

クラブキングルームを利用しました。クラブラウンジを利用できよかったです。クラブラウンジでは、ゆったりとした空間で、美味しい食事や飲み物を楽しめました。サーモン、お肉料理、サンドイッチ、ベーカリー、スイーツ、サラダ、どれも秀逸でした。滞在中は、クラブラウンジのコンシェルジェにいろいろと旅行についてのアドバイスをいただき、市内観光やワイナリーツアーを堪能できました。部屋も清潔でゆったりとくつろげる十分な広さで心地よい空間でした。ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても親切でした。また是非利用したいです。
