Ich habe dieses Zimmer kurzfristig für einen Kurztrip nach JB gebucht. Das Personal war sehr effizient und erklärte mir gleich nach der Buchung den Check-in-Prozess und die Details. Ich buchte um 15 Uhr und checkte um 17 Uhr ein. Die Unterkunft selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, und das Bett war super bequem. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass der Fernseher Apple AirPlay unterstützt und die LED-Beleuchtung in verschiedenen Farben zur Auswahl steht. Das bereitgestellte Wasser in Flaschen war ebenfalls eine nette Geste. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Toilette hat kein Bidet. Ich werde beim nächsten Mal definitiv wieder hier buchen.

Convenient location and nice view. Room is cosy and comfy for stay. However, the noise from the road can be quite disruptive but nonetheless it is still recommended given that the hotel is quite well maintained and the towels provided smell fresh and clean. Plus point that the bagel breakfast place is just opposite the hotel.

Einen Abend auf Freitag Nacht bleiben. Bequem nach Einkaufen in Mid-valley Southkey. Eingang vom Mall ist gerade über Village Grocer. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit einem schönen Fenstersitz. Seht etwas datiert aus, aber sonst schon sauber genug aus. Das Zimmer war ruhig außer für die gelegentliche Schrei von Rennmooter auf der Autobahn neben dem Hotel. Frühstücksverteilung war ziemlich groß. Einige Schlagzeilen und Fehlern in Bezug auf den Geschmack von Nahrung. Lamm und Hühner Rendangs sind schön!

Ich checkte am Montag um 15:15 Uhr ein und es ging schnell und einfach. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig neben dem KSL-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Massagesalons, Friseursalons, einen Lotus-Supermarkt und viele wichtige Dinge gibt. Kostenlose Hausschuhe, Standard-Toilettenartikel und ein Minikühlschrank. Ich zahlte 52 $ für einen Aufenthalt (Kingsize-Bett) ohne Frühstück.

Decided to have an impromptu one night stay at Holiday Villa JB during CNY - a hotel we have stayed at for a few times already. Slightly dated but still quite well maintained. The carpark ramps are the only scary thing - so narrow that most Singaporeans just opt for the 35RM per entry valet. Kalaivani at the Reception was really friendly and funny! They have very little double bed units but thankfully we got one. Due to CNY, fire crackers were being popped until almost 1am! Don’t think this is a good option for families with small children who need to sleep early. Thanks for a good stay!

First time here and absolutely love the hotel Very clean and great stuff The rooms were a little small but overall still very good Just 5 mins walk to mid valley mall Breakfast was one of the best I’ve tried in Jb. Overall, I had a good stay and I continue to choose this hotel because I’ve stayed here before and genuinely like it. The rooms, location, and overall experience are still very pleasant. However, the check-in process this time was honestly quite horrendous. The wait was extremely long, and I noticed each guest took around 10-15 minutes to be processed. It also seemed that some staff were unsure of the procedures, which made the whole process feel very inefficient. For me it took almost 30 minutes of waiting time!😭 I hope the hotel management can review the workflow and see what can be done to smoothen and streamline the check-in, as this was the only part that really affected the experience. I still like this hotel and would prefer to keep returning, but if the waiting time continues like this, I’m not so sure I would in the future.

Staffs were really good, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel is clean and location is convenient, close to KSL. Below the hotel there is a small old school food court selling nice yummy hawker food. If you want extra decor for your room or event, it's available at an additional cost. Best to check with the hotel directly for what's offered and how much it is. Photo attached is the simple decoration surprise for my hubby. Last but not least thank you the Dian, for the arrangement.

This is my third time staying here, and I’m still satisfied with the service provided. The only downside this time was that the room didn’t have a safety deposit box, and it was located on the first floor in the middle section, so it was quite noisy due to traffic and people hanging out by the roadside. If you want a quieter room, request one on the 2nd–3rd floor at the end of the wing.

Hotel is very convenient, with direct access to the mall at lv1. Booked 2 rooms, and the staff were very kind to offer connecting room to us (great for family with elderly and kids!). Requested for the sofa bed to be made, and the sofa bed is surprisingly comfy and large enough to fit an adult. The room is also super spacious, and space for us to store luggage. Our luggage do not need to be placed on the floor. We will be back 👍
