Das ist das zweite Aufenthalt. Es ist immer noch so zufrieden wie das letzte Mal, aber beim letzten Austritt haben wir nicht eine Minute verzögert. Es wird angenommen, dass das Zimmer zu nervös ist. The hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't use it, which is why I cannot comment on it in more detail. However, I have seen some people using it. There was breakfast served every morning, but the selection was basic. I wish they had regular corn flakes for cereals in addition to the three other types. However, bagels, muffins, sausages and fried egg discs plus different juices are enough to give you strength for the start of the day. Here are the positives and negatives of this hotel: ++ Conveniently located near the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, CVTC and Marshfield Clinic. There are many restaurants and fast-food places around, and there is a bus stop close by, as well as a Kwik Trip gas station. + The room was cozy and clean. + The room had a futon and a good desk. - Wifi did not always work reliably; sometimes, I had to enter the credentials repeatedly after some time went by. -- Poor sound insulation: When someone walked above my room, it felt like that person was tramping. Fortunately, the guest above me moved out, but if you want silence, insist on a room on the second floor. Overall, I had a good time at the hotel, and the staff was friendly. I feel like it provides good value for money.

The only frustrating part is we had to come a day early for our stay due to bad weather coming Saturday night where we live & we had to be sure we could get home by Sunday. I spoke with the Trip.com gentleman and with me on the line he called the Delta hotel because I wanted to switch Saturday night to Thursday night due to bad weather coming. We were there to meet our new born granddaughter. After he spoke with Crystal, a customer service representative at Delta, he said everything will be fine, but I will need to make Thursday’s reservation directly with Delta reservations so he transferred me. Before he transferred me, I asked him if Saturday will be canceled and we will not have to pay. He said Delta Customerservice will take care of that so as I spoke to Crystal about it, she said you need to talk to Trip.com to get that taken care of because Trip.com does not refund, I told her I did talk to Trip.com and they told me that Delta will take care of it. And she said she would look into it so she transferred me to the reservation line and I made the reservation for Thursday, March 12. As we checked in, I brought this situation up and the gentleman at the front desk said to ask about it Friday morning because I had to check out then check back in. So Friday morning I went to the desk to discuss the situation and to check in again because this booking was through Trip.com. The manager was there and she explained to me that they don’t give a refund, but I explained to her that I talked to Trip.com and Crystal, from Delta and she said she would take care of it. To me taking care of it was canceling, and we would not have to pay for that extra day so the manager stated she would look into it. Saturday morning, as I checked out, Crystal was at the front desk and I went through the hole discussion again, and she did have something written down that she looked at, and she said we need to cancel through Trip.com the third-party reservation and that Delta will not refund us for Saturday night. I do understand the rules, but also as customer service from both Trip.com and Delta I would think because we’ve stayed Thursday night that we should not have to pay for Saturday night being that it was the same amount of nights. In the end we paid for a night that we did not stay therefore I feel either Delta or Trip.com got paid twice for that night cause I’m sure that room was taken by another customer, my hope is that we can be refunded for the Saturday night we were charged for and did not stay on top of this. We ended up paying more which I was fine to do being that we had to book through Delta for Thursday night, which I will always book directly with a hotel, and no longer a third-party since they do not consider blizzard weather a reason to get home. Please consider a refund for Saturday night. Thank you, Mindy Kottke.

LLuvmarleyThis is my second time to stay here. I have a service dog who is an ESA, which I had informed the hotel of when I made the booking. I had stayed there the previous weekend and when I checked in, there weren’t any issues with any of the staff with my having an ESA staying there. I only had an incident with the night manager who complained about the dog being in the hotel. This is when I was on the way to eat at the restaurant. The host & the server had no issues with the dog being there and they commented that she was actually more behaved than many small children that come the food was amazing btw. I twice had the dog near me as well in the pool area tethered while I was swimming & while I was in the hot tub & there were no issues with the staff then. However, the next time I stayed, they would not let me have the dog with me in the pool area tethered. They then ended up kicking me out of the hotel as I would not leave the pool as I felt this to be unjust as the dog wasn’t bothering anyone. Also, she cannot be in the room by herself as she will cry & bark which would bother our neighbors. I also will not leave her in the car. Basically because of my ESA dog-a Pomski of 14lbs, I was kicked out of the hotel at 10:30 at night escorted by 3 policemen on a Saturday with nowhere to stay. I had to sleep on my friends couch for a few hours, and find another place to stay the next day which excepted my ESA dog without any issues. I will not be staying at this resort again because of this horrific experience.

GGastnutzerIch wurde nicht im Checkout gesagt, dass ich die Farbe unserer Armbandbande ändern musste und wir waren in den Pools für 4 Stunden, bevor es bemerkt wurde. Ich hatte einen 5 Jahre alt, ich sah in der lazy River, als die Lebenswache sah lazy River sagte mir, dass ich gehen musste. Ich versuche zu erklären, dass ich gesagt wurde, dass ich so lange bleiben könnte, wie ich wollte, plus schreien für den 5-jährigen und ich sagte dem Kerl, dass ich auf dem Vorderbüro gehen würde. Auf meinem Weg nach oben bin ich in Jackson Manager der Lebenswachen gelaufen. Sehr nett junger Mann. Er hörte mich betrügen, meine Nichte, wir waren Regelbruch. Ich dankte ihm und seinem Personal für all ihre harte Arbeit. Er fragte, ob er helfen könnte. Ich erklärte, ich hatte keine Ahnung, dass ich die Farbe der Handgelenke ändern musste und es ist mein erstes Mal hier. Ich hatte schon geprüft und ich hatte gehofft, es sei nicht zu spät. Er versichert mir, dass es keine Probleme geben würde. Ich ging zum Vorderbüro und stand in einer langen Linie. Jackson kam oben für etwas, das mich in der Linie sah und hatte meine Handbande, so dass ich nicht warten musste. Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung! Jackson ist wunderbar! Er kümmert sich wirklich um die Kundenerfahrung! Danke Jackson! Früher nahm ich meine Nichte zum Geschenkgeschäft, fand sie einen kleinen Ty Beanie Tasche. Der Band hatte Metallverbindungen auf ihm, aber es war kaputt. Der Manager bot es tatsächlich an, um es mit etwas anderem zu ersetzen, aber mein Nichte hatte ihr Herz auf das gesetzt und es war letztes. Dieser Manager hat es so gut wie neu behebt!! Top-Noch-Service von diesen beiden Männern!

GGastnutzerThe cleaning staff was amazing, the pool was decently clean but there were signs of wear. The breakfast wasn't very good, on the lower end of free breakfasts for hotels. The Front desk staff was basically non-existent, left the previous check-in person's information on the screen when we started to check-in. The keycards to get in stopped working before check-out time. One of our rooms keycard stopped working the day before checkout and the other room the keycard failed for the rooms at least sometime before 8 AM on checkout day, we were lucky we left someone in the room when we were loading the car. Toilet flush would make noises in the shower and it just felt like the rooms were poorly constructed. It is a nice stay right now, and the price is good, the room cleaning staff did a wonderful amazing job, I cannot give them enough compliments, the beds were very comfy and everything worked well now. I just fear that as time goes on things will break and won't be fixed, (there was a very large chip in our tub) but while things are relatively new it should be a good place to stay for someone wanting to explore the Wisconsin Dells.

GGastnutzerMy adult son and I had to travel up to Rhinelander on the weekend for a funeral. There was also a sports convention going on , so all the hotels were pretty pricey including Cobblestone. Once I got over the price shock, we enjoyed the hotel very much. It was new, so clean, and beds were very comfortable. We had a room that had 2 queen beds, plus another area with a sectional sofa and another tv. I think any group with small children would have loved that room and the tv channels catered to kids! We didn't understand how the tv remote worked, so when I called the front desk a very pleasant young woman came up and showed us how it worked. Although that was wonderful, I think printed instructions by the tv would have worked and saved them some time! The breakfast was good....powdered scrambled eggs, but lots of other voices to go with it. There was a family restaurant right next door, but was only open for breakfast and lunch. I would definitely stay there again!

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, beginnend mit dem Zeitpunkt, zu dem wir das Hotel eintraten. Frau Stephanie, wir sind unglaublich dankbar für Ihre freundliche Hilfe und Verständnis. Sie erkannten, wie erschöpft wir von unseren Abenteuern auf der bemerkenswerten Sturgis Motorcycle Rally waren, so dass sie unsere Eincheckung beschleunigt und uns mit verschiedenen Ressourcen zur Verfügung gestellt haben, um uns unsere Energie wiederherzustellen. Sie haben wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam gemacht und schnell reagiert. Wir schätzen es ganz ehrlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich, und die Aussicht vom 23. Stock ist fantastisch. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Das Harley-Davidson Museum liegt nur wenige Meilen vom Hotel entfernt und wir konnten viele faszinierende Orte in der Nähe von Fußgängern erreichen. Die Stadtblicke sind atemberaubend. Wir hoffen, irgendwann wieder nach Milwaukee zurückzukehren, und wenn wir das tun, werden wir sicherlich das Pfister Hotel wieder wählen. Vielen Dank!
