I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Westborough, Massachusetts, and I came away genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It’s not often that a hotel balances comfort, service, and convenience this well, but the DoubleTree manages to pull it off in a way that makes the stay feel both easy and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived to the moment I checked out, everything felt smooth, intentional, and welcoming. Right away, the staff made a strong impression. Check-in was quick and efficient, but also warm in a way that didn’t feel forced or scripted. The team at the front desk was attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions. And yes, the signature warm cookie absolutely lives up to the hype. It’s a small gesture, but it sets a surprisingly positive tone, especially after a long trip. My room was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was extremely comfortable—firm enough for support but soft enough to feel restful. The linens were crisp, the pillows were perfect, and the blackout curtains actually kept the room dark in the morning. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with quality toiletries, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. I also appreciated how quiet the room was. Whether it’s the layout or the construction, I barely heard any hallway noise, which made it easy to relax and sleep well each night. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the indoor pool. A lot of hotels list “indoor pool” as an amenity, but not all of them are worth using. This one absolutely is. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm. The water temperature was ideal, and the space never felt crowded or noisy. Whether someone wants to swim laps, relax after a busy day, or let kids burn off some energy, the pool is a standout feature that really enhances the stay—especially during the colder months in Massachusetts. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet. I’ve experienced hotel breakfasts that feel like an afterthought, but the buffet at the DoubleTree Westborough was genuinely impressive. There was a wide variety of options—fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereals, and more. Everything tasted fresh and was replenished frequently. The staff kept the dining area clean and welcoming, and there was plenty of seating. Starting the day with a filling, high-quality breakfast right downstairs made mornings easy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is also excellent. It’s close to major highways, shopping centers, and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Parking was plentiful and free, which I really appreciated. Whether you’re visiting for business, traveling with family, or just passing through the MetroWest area, the convenience works well for any type of trip. Overall, my stay at the DoubleTree Westborough was outstanding. The welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, great indoor pool, and excellent breakfast buffet all came together to create a stay that felt effortless and genuinely enjoyable. I’d happily return and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated and has a very modern feel to the lobby. Also connected to Prudential center and tons of food options within 1-2 min walking distance as a result. Room is very clean and comfortable

Hatten wir eine so wunderbare Erfahrung hier, gingen wir ein wenig Wochenende Getaway, bevor unser erstes Baby kam, zuerst gab es uns eine erfreuliche Erhöhung unseres Zimmers, mein Honig und unser Freund genossen die Bar-Getränke und wurden ihre Getränke in der Zeit serviert Mann, Frühstück am nächsten Morgen, das Essen war wunderschön und wurde direkt in unser Zimmer für uns gebracht. Check-in und Check-out war so einfach mit den freundlichsten Front Desk-Betreuern. Die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer war unglaublich! 10 von 10 werden hier bleiben, wenn wir uns wieder in Boston finden.

Nos quedamos en este hotel porque quedaba cerca del colegio Philips Academy Andover. El hotel está al lado del restaurante Chili´s y también de una gasolinera. El desayuno está bastante bien con huevo revueltos y fruta.

Die Lage ist durchschnittlich und der Gesundheitszustand ist in Ordnung. Wir machten dort Geschäfte, also haben wir uns entschieden. Wenn Sie auf Reisen sind, wird es schwieriger, da ein Taxi in die Stadt 30 US-Dollar kostet und die Fahrt zur Harvard University ebenfalls 30 US-Dollar kostet. Es gibt keine Hausschuhe und Toilettenartikel im Zimmer, was in amerikanischen Hotels nicht der Fall ist, was sehr seltsam ist. Das Frühstück besteht hauptsächlich aus kalten Speisen. Behandeln Sie es einfach wie ein Express-Hotel. Vergleichen Sie es nicht mit Hilton in China, Sie werden enttäuscht sein.

Guter Grundaufenthalt. Frühstücksauswahl sehr begrenzt, aber für $22, Sie können nicht mehr erwarten. Hausaufbewahrung war nicht sehr gut. Wir liefen aus Seife/Dusche Gel; ich nahte einen Hausaufbewahrer und sie sagten: “Fragen Sie den anderen, der für Ihr Zimmer verantwortlich ist”. Thr „anderer Mann“ war damals nicht im Boden.

Der größte Vorteil dieses Hotels ist seine bequeme Lage. Es ist sehr nahe Logan Flughafen, mit einem Fahrrad von weniger als 30 Minuten. Das Hotel bietet auch eine gute Auswahl an Einrichtungen, darunter ein erfreuliches Frühstück, ein kostenloses Wäschereizimmer, ein Schwimmbad und ein Fitnesscenter, das unseren Aufenthalt viel Wert hinzufügt. Das heißt, es gab zwei Dinge, die ich enttäuscht fand. Erstens laufen die kostenlose Flugschiffe nur während bestimmter Stunden: 3:00 a.m. –11:00 a.m. und 3:00 p.m. –11:00 p.m. Wenn Ihr Flug zwischen 11:00 a.m. und 3:00 p.m. ankommt oder verlässt, müssen Sie Ihren eigenen Transport arrangieren. Zweitens, während das Frühstück inbegriffen ist, ist es nur bis 9:30 Uhr verfügbar , obwohl der Front Desk uns gesagt hat, es würde bis 10 Uhr serviert werden. Das Personal schließt das Frühstücksbereich um 9:30 Uhr schnell, so empfehle ich, vor 9:00 Uhr anzukommen. Auch, da das Frühstück selbstversorgt ist und die Gäste für die Reinigung ihrer eigenen Tische verantwortlich sind, waren einige Tische nicht sehr sauber und hatten noch immer Krümmungen von früheren Gästen hinterlassen. Insgesamt sind die Lage und die Ausstattung großartig, aber diese beiden Fragen haben sich von der Erfahrung entfernt und würden meine Entscheidung beeinflussen, ob ich hier nochmal bleiben möchte.
