La atención excelente, las instalaciones son de primera, todo está bien. Pero ya se nota que pasaron los mejores momentos del hotel.

The hotel is clean and modern. It has several restaurants around in this convenient location. The only slight issue was that it took the front desk like 10 minutes to find my reservation and also to verify that it was prepaid already. Other than that the stay was very comfortable.

GGastnutzerAl llegar a recepción nos comentaron que solo aceptaban reservas de booking y expedía, tardaron en darnos el servicio pero al final accedieron, es la primera vez que me niegan la reserva por usar Trip.com; adicional nos dieron la tarjeta para ingresar a la habitación sin programar, no pude abrir la puerta y tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir la tarjeta correcta; la habitación tenía un olor a humedad, y la que nos tocó (205) tenía destapado el techo mostrando la tubería que pasaba por arriba imaginé que el Olor venía de ahí; no funciona el elevador de planta baja (estacionamiento) lo cual nos causó Problemas porque uno de nosotros requería muletas. El desayuno es continental y es basto. Si vas solo por tomar un vuelo está bien, pero no es una opción grata para ir con la familia.

GGastnutzerMuy buena ubicación, el estacionamiento muy reducido. Tuve problemas con mi habitación pero muy amables lo resolvieron pronto, estuvo cómodo el desayuno no era lo que esperaba pero estuvo bien.
