Subject: Complaint Regarding Recent Stay (Feb 25 – Mar 1, 2026) Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my stay at your hotel from February 25 to March 1, 2026. While the hotel's recent renovations have resulted in pleasant hardware and the location is convenient for transportation, my overall experience was significantly marred by several service and management issues. The specific areas of concern are as follows: 1. Delayed Response to Maintenance Issues For the first two nights of our stay, the drainage in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to flow very slowly. This issue was reported to the front desk immediately but was not addressed. It was only on the third day, after we mentioned it again to a manager we encountered in the restaurant, that the problem was finally resolved. The slow response to a basic room maintenance request was disappointing. 2. Construction Noise Disrupting Rest Throughout our stay, we were disturbed by loud construction noise coming from the adjacent room. This occurred early in the morning (around 7:30 AM) and again in the early afternoon (around 2:30 PM), making it impossible to rest during these times. A peaceful environment is a fundamental expectation for hotel guests, and I believe construction work should be scheduled in a way that minimizes disturbance. 3. Breakfast Quality and Variety The breakfast offerings were monotonous and the food was generally quite salty. Furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of options suitable for guests with Chinese culinary preferences. As an international hotel, a more diverse menu catering to different cultural tastes would be beneficial. 4. A Serious Security and Safety Incident (Most Critical Issue) This incident, although it happened to my travel companion, is the most serious matter I must raise. At around 3:00 AM, she was abruptly awakened by loud knocking on her door. Looking through the peephole, she saw two strange men standing outside. Feeling terrified, she immediately secured the door with the latch. Subsequently, the phone in her room rang, but she was too frightened to answer it. When she complained to the front desk the next morning, the explanation provided was that it was ”Muslim faithful reminding each other to pray.” We find this explanation shocking and completely unacceptable. Two unknown men knocking on the door of a lone female guest's room and then calling her in the middle of the night is a severe breach of safety and privacy. It is the hotel's fundamental duty to protect its guests from such disturbances and threats. This explanation is not only unconvincing but also reveals a critical failure in your security protocols and staff training. Conclusion: In summary, while the physical hardware of the hotel has improved with the new renovation, the management standards and overall service quality were, in our experience, subpar. The issues we encountered, especially the last one concerning personal security, have severely undermined our trust in the hotel. I urge the management to take these issues seriously, particularly the security incident, and provide a reasonable explanation for what occurred, along with assurances that measures will be taken to prevent such situations in the future. Loving this place. Will definitely come again with the kids. Recommended for families with kid or others that love water and nature. Wonderful and peaceful resort. But aircond not really cold. Maybe need to maintenance it. Love the friendly and helpful staff

Simple business hotel but convenient to move around. Rooms need a bit of refurbishment but it's ok. Overall, satisfied with the room. Staffs are helpful and interactive. Walking distance to a local laundry shop. Not a bad option.

Wir hatten einen großen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Der Service war wirklich ausgezeichnet, von der Sicherheitspersonal bis zum Empfangsteam und Concierge, jeder war freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfreich. Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft mit einem erfrischenden, willkommenen Trink willkommen und konnten sogar frühzeitig überprüfen, was wir wirklich geschätzt haben. Die Sicherheitskräfte waren besonders freundlich, hielten uns mit unserem Gepäck und öffneten uns die Autotür. Es ist wirklich ein 5-Sterne-Service. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, das Bett, das Beleuchtung und die allgemeine Atmosphäre waren ausgezeichnet. Was ich am meisten liebte war der starke Wasserdruck in der Dusche, was es sehr komfortabel und angenehm machte. In Bezug auf die Lage ist es ziemlich bequem, in der Nähe von Gaia Mall und dem Flughafen.

Bettblatt unrein, nicht weiß, aber schon grau werden 🙈 Duscheboden Sehr sehr schleifend, es ist gefährlich für Kinder oder ältere Menschen !! Kann nicht auf Kundenanfrage passen

Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced
