Nach dem Aufenthalt ist es auch als zufrieden, das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett ist komfortabel. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist angenehmen und es ist bequem. Das Hotel ist bequem und nahe dem Hauptflughafen nur zehn Minuten. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich und effizient, das Frühstück ist vielfältig, Qualität ist gut und die Gesamterfahrung ist überraschend.

Hotel lobby looks nice. But people smokes openly inside this air conditioning space, such a turn off. Check in without hassle. Very fast. 2 person at the counter working. Warm face towel and welcome drinks offered complimentary. Swimming pool available but its raining during my visit. Didn’t get to utilize it. Room is okay but air conditioning is bad. Not cold. Complaint to receptionist but doesn’t seem to have any impact after the maintenance check it. View from room 1909 is amazing since its the 19th floor. Overall for a 4star hotel, its overated and overpriced

Nice: Individual staff are definitely friendly and helpful. Location is good except the drop off and parking space during peak hours and days are challenging.
Disappointed: This is the 2nd time in 2 years that we stayed here. Couldnt get twin beds although our bookings had selected and remarks for twin beds as well, and we stayed for 8nights. The staff said we had to pay to upgrade instead for twin beds.
Swimming pool at the roof top has the best view of the city, but is a little small though.

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Pontianak, with excellent service and a lovely environment, far surpassing the previous Mercure I visited. However, the housekeeping could be more meticulous—partially used toiletries were resealed and left untouched. Additionally, the dining options downstairs are somewhat overpriced.
