Pros: 1) Close to the airport (but there's some airplane noise); 2) The pool and surrounding area are nice (but the water smells strongly of chlorine); 3) Rooms on the ground floor have convenient private access to the pool; 4) There's an ATM on site; 5) 24-hour security and reception; 6) If you ask reception several times, they'll bring you an extra towel or blanket; Cons: 1) The hotel clearly needs renovation and restoration, especially the furniture and fixtures; 2) Breakfast is very meager and completely lacks European food; there's not even cheese or butter (they use margarine instead), it's like breakfast in a cheap small hotel... 3) The waiters, while trying their best, are very inattentive to the requests and orders of restaurant patrons. They mix up orders, forget to order food preparation, and don't even apologize... pathetic. 4) The Wi-Fi in the room is slow. 5) Only one robe and one set of slippers are provided per double room. 6) The shampoo and shower gel are of extremely poor quality, not up to NOVOTEL standards. 7) The rooms are not soundproofed - airplane noise and the sound of the mosque's loudspeakers will disturb you constantly, even at night. Conclusion: this hotel is clearly outdated and requires renovation and serious updating, as well as high-quality oversight from the Managing Director and owners. NOVOTEL is an international, high-quality hotel brand, but this hotel, unfortunately, falls short of these high standards. I wish the hotel positive changes as soon as possible!

Das Favehotel Banjarbaru für eine schnelle 2-Nacht-Geschäftsreise verblieben. Der Garten war schön und der Poolbereich bietet eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber komfortabelair ‑ klimatisiert, saubere Bettwäsche, Kaffee- und Teestation und tägliche Hausaufbewahrung. Der Flughafenshuttle und kostenfreie Parkplatz waren bequeme Extras. Auf der Nebenseite war der Service uneinheitlich, wenn die Kontrolle in staff schien überwältigt und Frühstücksservice könnte langsam sein. Obwohl der Gesamtwert gut ist, sauber in einigen Zimmern und die Gesamtreaktionsfähigkeit des Personals fühlte sich manchmal unter den Erwartungen. Perfect for a budget ‑friendly stay near the airport or shoppingit’s just fine for a short stay, but service and upkeep could use a boost for a more soamless experience.

Overall, my stay at Swiss-Belhotel Banjarmasin was pleasant. The location is right in the city center, which makes it very convenient. One of the best highlights is the complimentary boat trip to the Lok Baintan Floating Market—a great experience. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the carpet looked a bit dirty, and the amenities were not very complete (for example, no comb was provided). On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent and offered a good variety.

Es handelt sich um ein relativ altes Hotel mit einem großen Areal und etwas in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung. Der Service ist erstklassig und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich.

Nicht schlecht. Um Mitternacht erhöhte sich die Zimmertemperatur, fühlte sich heiß. Sofort anrufte der Empfangsmann und folgte sofort.

Frühstück ist gut, viele Auswahl. Aussicht ist schön. Würde hier bleiben.

Cek in molor hampir 2 jam karena kamar belum ready ..sdh pesan kamar 1bulan lebih ,,ternyata pas mau cekin kamar blm ready😌😌alhasil anak kesenggol gelas pecah dan harus bayar (hotel untung dengan orang yg boking kamar harus’y sudah jam cekout tapi dia ngga cekout dan kena cas bayar lagi,,tapi yg d rugikan justru yg sdh boking kamar karena jam’y berkurang
