Die zweite, wirklich schöne Schwimmbad in der Innenstadt, sieht nicht so groß aus, aber sie hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und warmes Wasser, wo Sie sich entspannen und genießen Sie die Umgebung. Drittens, was ich wirklich genießen ....Voll inklusive Grill-Dinner nur für 7 USD, die Wächter suchen Sie und versuchen, Ihnen mit allem, was sie kommen, um zu Ihnen zu fragen und empfehlen die besten Gerichte oder einfach nur Obst oder Saft bringen. Das Zimmer ist gut, nur das Parken ist ein wenig schwierig zu parken, weil es zu klein war. Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, so dass keine Sorgen um das Finden eines Restaurants und so weiter

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

Good location and near to the airport. The room is quite spacious and the hotel facilities are complete. The bathroom is moslem-friendly as they provide the bottom faucet in the shower area for ablutions. However, the Aircon in the Gym was not working so the Gym was quite hot and there is no air circulation. The pool needs to be cleaned every morning.

新開業酒店，員工都很友好，房間衞生比較乾淨。餐廳味道不錯，價格略貴。亮點是有個能看海景的游泳池，到海是黃色的🤪

The hotel is located not far from the biggest mall in Palu. It is convenient to walk to the mall and back to the hotel. There is an Alfamidi (convenient store) across the hotel as well. The room is big with decent amenities. But the water for shower is not always hot, it’s warm. Breakfast menus are almost similar every day. The staff at the reception desk are kind, and helpful, and the staff helped me get my taxi driver at 4 a.m. However, the staff at the breakfast room should be trained again. There are no spoon, fork, tissue, coffee, cream and sugar on each table if you sit outside. One of the staff threw his sandal to the cat when he saw it walking around the outside area of the restaurant which is rude. Another time, I put my book on one of the tables inside and I went to take other food but they cleaned my table and put my book on the chair which is disrespectful. I hope the hotel fix this because I really like staying at SwissBel.

Die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind sehr schön und freundlich und das Essen ist sehr gut, wenn der Besuch der Karawane sehr gut ist, so das Ziel des Aufenthalts und Entspannen mit der Familie 👍
