Ich bin hier einmal im Jahr, da es nicht weit vom NEC in Birmingham entfernt ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, so nahe der Autobahn, aber es fühlt sich so ruhig und entspannt, wie Sie im Land sind. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es ist sehr gut. Ich war in diesem Hotel viele Male im Laufe der Jahre und nur einmal den Schwimmbad, der die einzige Nebenanlage zu diesem Ort ist, benutzt. Ich würde nicht wieder als nicht die entspannende Hotelerfahrung, die ich erwartet hatte, wie sehr beschäftigt, nutzen. Die Zahlung der öffentlichen Ausgaben über die Hotelbewohner scheint vorrangig zu sein, und das Wechselzimmer war mit den verwendeten Handtüchern hoch auf dem Boden aufgetaucht. Die Mitarbeiter standen um, mit ihren Partnern zu lachen und mussten abbrechen, um zu fragen, wo man Handtücher bekommt, dann musste ein anderes Mitglied der Öffentlichkeit fragen, wie man die Lockeln öffnet. Ich würde dieses Hotel weiterhin verwenden, aber nicht riskieren den Schwimmbad wieder.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von M42, kostenfreie Parkplätze, leichter Zugang zur Rezeption check in war einfache Aufzüge auf allen Etagen und das Zimmer war perfekt sauber und warm. Selbstservice für Frühstücksbuffet gute Vielfalt für jeden Geschmack. empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel für Freunde und Familie.

Das Zimmer ist etwas verdammt, das AC funktionierte nicht so hatte eine heiße Nacht. Die Dusche dauerte etwa 5 Minuten, um zu arbeiten, aber das Geld war insgesamt gut.

Hyatt Rengency Hotel Birmingham is a very nice and cozy hotel with great facilities. It offers halal food, and prayer mats are available upon request, which I really appreciated. The leisure facilities are lovely, with a heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. However, my stay was let down by the fact that the room did not have a smart TV as mentioned on the website, which caused a lot of wasted time considering that I planned to stay in most of the times. The hotel eventually upgraded us (to a similar room just a few floors higher) after several contact made to reception and a long wait, but I’m grateful to Kenza for her assistance. On checkout, Nandini was very kind and offered support for my next visit as a gesture for the inconvenience. There's also an issue with parking, which operates on a first come first serve basis. So if you park your car on day 1 and say you're staying for 3 days, you have to pay for the parking for 3 days ahead which is £27 for 24hr. During these days if you happen to take your car out and come back with no free parking space, you lose your money. Your slot is not reserved. It would be better if they charge us for parking when we are leaving the car park rather than making us pay in advance. Overall, a comfortable hotel with excellent amenities, but clearer information on room facilities would have made the stay much smoother. I would have come better prepared.

Das Hotel war in einer tollen Lage für Konferenz am Millennium-Punkt. Einfacher Zugang zur Stadt, aber schön gelegen in etwas ruhigerem Ort im Aston University Campus. Zimmer war schön und könnte sogar eine Reihe von Pfosten haben. Badezimmer schön, mit guten fluffy Handtücher. Ich dachte, die Produkte waren wahrscheinlich abgewässert und die Loo Rolle war die braunen scharf. Ich war auf der zweiten Etage und nur echte Beschwerde war, dass von 7am die Haupttürschlamm, es ist wie eine der Sound Cannons, die Sie aufwachen. Vielleicht ist eine ruhige Schließung eine einfache Behebung. Andernfalls sind die Mitarbeiter wirklich freundlich und hilfreich. Kostenloses Schwimmen/Gym pass für den Universitätspool ist ein wirklich schöner Touch. Alles in allem ausgezeichnet. Aber eine weiche Nähe an dieser Tür wäre erstaunlich.

Amazing Hotel. from start to finish. Underground carpark included in my room rate which included electrical car charging via pod point. Check on was straight forward. We was allocated level 4 room Patronas which had two double beds we had requested twin room so this was perfect. bathtub with rain shower over. Espa products which where nice. 60 inch TV in the lounge area with separate sofa. breakfast in the Sky lounge on 5th floor which was superb. full traditional buffet with the added bonus of Al a carte. hotel has a brilliant casino on the Saturday evening the had great live singers. Food in the casino was first class and the badmr was responsibly priced. Spa area had outside hot tub. pool saina steam room. all very clean and beautiful. onto of this the hitel is situated on resort world so lots to do from shopping in the outlet. peppa pig world for younger families. tutankhamen and Titanic experiences. The National Exhibition Centre. BP Pulce. music venue. outstanding service, location and service. I will be back.

Myself and my 12 year old daughter were given room 44 on Monday 30th March which we didn't realise was right above the Restaurant. Even after calling Reception to query the loud Ed Sheeran music that could be heard very loudly above the TV in our room, they turned it down a little but we heard the music all night until 11pm and then was woken again at 6:45am by the Breakfast piano music. The room appeared to have zero or minimal sound proofing resulting in a very poor nights sleep and a pointless stay. The facilities offered and breakfast options were also not very family friendly with only small cereal boxes aimed at children. Adding pancakes or waffles to the menu would be a good addition to compliment the range of breakfast toppings.

Pool and changing rooms were a little bit ‘tired’ looking. Rusty lockers. Tiles in the pool slippery and a bit dirty. Staff at pool was lovely and friendly. Very helpful and welcoming.  Breakfast and bar food were delicious. Breakfast staff very helpful, polite and attentive. We loved the air conditioning in the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Absolut zerstörend. Ich und Schwester besuchten (es ist unser beliebtestes Hotel, wenn ich sie besuche) für meine Geburtstagsbehandlung. Ehrlich gesagt kann das große Team nie genug für Sie tun x Sie machen unseren Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für diesen Besuch bei Josh, Charlotte und Debs (schauen Fab Debs.
