GGastnutzerIch werde mit meiner Bewertung beginnen, indem ich sage, dass das Personal sehr hilfreich war und nur mit dem, was sie haben, arbeiten kann. Unsere Eincheckung war gut, aber beim Eingang in unser Zimmer war es wie ein Kühlschrank und die Heizung war sehr schlecht und auch nach einer Stunde oder mehr war kaum warm. Wir mussten einen Anschlussheizer, der gebrochen war!! Wir mussten es mit einem Teil des Haartrockners schlagen. Der Entwurf am Fenster war wie ein Gale Force Wind. Das Zimmer zeigte gut sein Alter, es gab kein Spiegel über den Kleidungstabel/Desk. Und die Gürtel waren Garten. Der Schwimmbad war OK, aber das Dampfzimmer und der Jacuzzi funktionierten nicht. Ich wartete viel mehr von einem Quecksilberhotel. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible.
I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price.

All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us.
We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey.
The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out.
Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

RRaymond_ReddingtonLocation & car park 🚗: This hotel is in a central location and can be accessed from the road that leads in and out of St Helens. There is a car park with lots of spaces. It is free for guests but make sure you register your registration using the touchscreen in the reception area.
Room 🛏: The room was a decent size and had tea and coffee making facilities. The bed is comfortable although the pillows were a bit soft for me.
The air conditioning worked really well which is always a positive ❄️.
The room had everything you'd expect: TV, fridge, safe, iron etc.
The room was totally silent and I couldn't hear any noise from outside.
Restaurant 🍽: I only accessed the restaurant for breakfast which was a buffet with hot and cold choices. Not the most extensive menu options but the hot food was cooked very well, was warm and fresh and if you like a cooked breakfast is worth paying for.

GGastnutzerThis hotel has an excellent location and features friendly, polite staff. However, it would benefit from having locks on the bathroom and toilet doors. Additionally, the quality of the ingredients for the traditional English breakfast, such as the sausages and bacon, could be improved. Otherwise, we had a really good stay and would consider returning.

GGastnutzerEs war schön, in Liverpool zu sein, es ist ein schöner Ort und das Hotel auch, aber es gab einige Verzögerungen beim Zimmerservice und mir gefiel die Lage meines Zimmers nicht, sie sollten die Möglichkeit geben, eine bevorzugte Lage anzugeben.

NNicola KatherineZunächst hatten sie unsere Buchung für 2 Königszimmer vermasselt, so dass der Sohn upgrade - gut.
Dann geh in mein Zimmer - sehr dunkel, so seh nicht draußen. Die ganze Nacht wurde durch laut Hühnen, Beißen und Würzen geweckt. Zu müde, um wieder auf die Rezeption zu gehen.
Ich war in allen Lüftungsschachteln usw. Lärm von Menschen, die zu allen Zeiten der Nacht verbracht werden.
Die schlimmste Nacht schläft je in einem Hotel.
Nehmen Sie Zimmer 606 nicht an.

GGonegaggaDas Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage und das Hotel war perfekt sauber und die Gemeindebereiche waren groß und das Frühstück war groß.
Wir bezahlten jedoch ein bisschen mehr für ein Zimmer mit guter Aussicht, aber es gab kein Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer, keine Handtücher, das Zimmer selbst war unglaublich grundlegende für den Preis.
Das Spa war nicht besonders sauber, ich sah niemanden um sich herum, was im Spa selbst tut, und es war wegen der Halbzeit sehr beschäftigt.
Es tiket alle Boxen nur gut, aber für das Geld warten wir mehr.

JJam007The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor.
I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

GGastnutzerBeautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!
