Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

Großer 2-Nacht-Ruhe im Novotel Liverpool City Centre. Die Lage war perfekt für alle Sights Bars und Restaurants. Wir gingen zum Barry Manilow Konzert und die Arena war etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, was großartig war. Wir hatten im Restaurant Ropewalks im Hotel ein frisch gekochtes Essen, wir bestellten Fisch und Chips und New York Cheese-Kake. Das Essen war lecker und sehr vernünftig preis zwei Kurse für £20. Der Pool war ursprünglich kalt, aber nach ein paar Minuten zum Schwimmen war es gut. Ich dachte, es war ein sehr gutes Hotel mit guten Einrichtungen in einer perfekten Lage und würde es sehr empfehlen, jemanden, der nach Liverpool sucht, zu besuchen.

Lage & Park 🚗: Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage und kann von der Straße, die in und aus St Helens führt, zugegriffen werden. Es gibt einen Park mit vielen Räumen. Es ist kostenlos für Gäste, aber stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Registrierung mit dem Touchscreen im Empfangsbereich registrieren. Zimmer 🛏: Das Zimmer war eine anständige Größe und hatte Tee- und Kaffeemaschine. Das Bett ist komfortabel, obwohl die Kissen für mich ein bisschen weich waren. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte wirklich gut, was immer ein positiver ❄️ ist. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was Sie erwarten: TV, Kühlschrank, Safe, Eisen usw. Das Zimmer war völlig still und ich konnte keinen Lärm von außen hören. Restaurant 🍽: Ich habe nur das Frühstücksrestaurant zugegriffen, das ein Buffet mit heißen und kalten Wahlen war. Nicht die umfangreichsten Menüoptionen, aber das heiße Essen war sehr gut gekocht, war warm und frisch und wenn Sie ein gekochtes Frühstück mögen, ist es wert zu bezahlen.

Amazing experience, everything was just perfect. The hotel is the only 5* hotel in Liverpool and it certainly lived up to its expectations. We didn’t eat Breakfast or Dinner in the hotel, the £29 price tag was a bit too steep for breakfast we thought. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. Although we had booked the Deluxe room, we did think the bed should have been larger than just a normal double, but it didn’t spoil our experience. The hotel is 5 min walk to Matthew Street and the Cavern and a 10 min walk to Lime Street Station.  Perfect experience would definitely stay here again.

Zunächst hatten sie unsere Buchung für 2 Königszimmer vermasselt, so dass der Sohn upgrade - gut. Dann geh in mein Zimmer - sehr dunkel, so seh nicht draußen. Die ganze Nacht wurde durch laut Hühnen, Beißen und Würzen geweckt. Zu müde, um wieder auf die Rezeption zu gehen. Ich war in allen Lüftungsschachteln usw. Lärm von Menschen, die zu allen Zeiten der Nacht verbracht werden. Die schlimmste Nacht schläft je in einem Hotel. Nehmen Sie Zimmer 606 nicht an.

Das Hotel ist in einer tollen Lage und das Hotel war perfekt sauber und die Gemeindebereiche waren groß und das Frühstück war groß. Wir bezahlten jedoch ein bisschen mehr für ein Zimmer mit guter Aussicht, aber es gab kein Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer, keine Handtücher, das Zimmer selbst war unglaublich grundlegende für den Preis. Das Spa war nicht besonders sauber, ich sah niemanden um sich herum, was im Spa selbst tut, und es war wegen der Halbzeit sehr beschäftigt. Es tiket alle Boxen nur gut, aber für das Geld warten wir mehr.

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!

All good on nye to see a band - the layout in the room wasn’t great and the music was very loud couldn’t have a conversation even though we were at the back . However the unexpected bonus of burger and chips was fantastic
