Die Mitarbeiter dieser Reiseunterkunft sind sehr hilfreich. Alle gehen aus ihrem Weg zu helfen. Als wir ankamen, hielt Sanjay uns mit dem Parkplatz und lautete für uns Gepäck, während wir es sortierten. Wir wurden die Dinge gegeben, die wir gefragt hatten, als der Reiniger sie in unserem Zimmer vergaß. Das Frühstückspersonal war jederzeit sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Das Hotel ist in einer ausgezeichneten Lage und ist ruhig bei Nacht.

Rumme Zimmer mit guten Einrichtungen in historischen schönen Gebäuden mit sympathischen Erweiterungen. Massive Autopark und ziemlich gute Zimmer. Sehr reaktiv und interaktives Personal, das jederzeit eine positive Erfahrung gewährleistet (wir kamen um 10:30 Uhr). Im Hause Frühstück hat einen überlegenen Geschmack und der Chef hat eine hervorragende Meisterschaft des Classic English Breakfast.

A beautiful estate and so much to explore nearby. It's quite close to Windsor center and only a few min drive away from Windsor Castle. The layout of the hotel was a bit confusing at first because the main hotel reception is a little hidden, but easy enough to find after one or two attempts! The room is reasonably spacious for two and fairly clean. I only wish there was a fridge! One of our curtains fell on the second day of our stay. We were out when it happened and found it fallen when we got back. We went to reception to let them know (this was around 1pm) and they said they'll send someone over to take a look. We waited in our room until 6pm, called reception again, and no one came. We went down to reception the next day to inquire again and were told that maintenance had left for the evening, but that they will be sent to our room straightaway the next morning. We went out the next morning, came back, and found the curtain completely removed!! No replacement. We asked reception if someone was going to come replace the curtain and they basically said they couldn't fix it at this point, and that they could change us to a twin bed room (we were originally in a double) that was much, much smaller. Not the kind of situation I would expect from a hotel that flaunts its customer service. We also asked for room service on all three nights and not once were our bedsheets/duvet changed (we had an orange juice stain in the middle of our bed that was still there every day). Overall the location is great and the hotel is super aesthetic, but we didn't like the fact we had to stay in a curtain-less room for 2 nights with no compensation or alternative (and had to chase them to even do something about the fallen curtain).

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

Das Frühstück ist das tollste. Nur einige von ihnen werden an der Bar eingenommen. Andere müssen bestellen. Der Kellner hat nur ein oder zwei. Das Essen dauert lange und ist möglicherweise nicht Ihr Favorit. Wenn viele Gäste da sind, ist der Kellner beschäftigt und ausdruckslos. Ich weiß nicht, warum sie diesen Service wollen. Das große Schlafzimmer war ziemlich gut und die Umgebung war ziemlich gut. Leider wird der Frühstücksmodus nicht im Detail erwähnt, sonst hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht.

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.

Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to both train and bus services. The canal is just behind the hotel, offering plenty of restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines. The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return in the future!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, in Ascott ist sehr populär, es gibt 703 Busbahnhöfe, Uber ist sehr bequem.
