the service from staff was excellent. facilities great. we had breakfast verry good. food on site a bit expensive i thought we got takeaways' think les is moor. Chips £5.50 10ins pizza £14.95 personally i think a little steep. beers £7.50 could be about £5.90 just my opinion. And food chips could be about £3.50 and pizza about £9.50. i think moor people would eat in instead off ordering food to be delivered. yours the rhodes family.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

We used the hotel to stay the day before so that we can to get to LEGOLAND next day early morning. It’s very easier to across from the motorway and has a dedicated underground parking lot. We arrived when it was raining heavily therefore the parking helped a lot. Rooms were clean and nice and we had a bunkbed for our two kids. The only downside was the clearance between the top bunk bed and ceiling was really small and my son hit his head really hard. The hotel staff was really helpful and provided us with an ice pack as soon as possible. It’s extremely close to all Heathrow terminals as well as about 20 minutes driving distance from Windsor castle and LEGOLAND. I’d stay here again for sure.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, in Ascott ist sehr populär, es gibt 703 Busbahnhöfe, Uber ist sehr bequem. Begrenzte Bar .Service abgeschlossen bei 1030pm. Aufzug gebrochen so dass alle Feuertüren geöffnet, um Treppe zu ermöglichen. Dann kein warmes Wasser für Dusche am Morgen. Wir sagten, dass die Rezeption, die schrie und sagten, sie wussten, fragten, warum niemand uns wissen lassen, dass sie es zu reparieren versuchten. Links um zehn Uhr. Es war nichts mit dem Frühstück, sondern ging zu Hause früh, so dass wir eine Dusche haben könnten.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Gesamterfahrung, der Prozess von der Unterkunft bis zum Austritt ist sehr freundlich. Die Service-Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Einrichtungen sind komplett und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist bequem und die Lebensfunktionen in der Umgebung sind auch sehr bequem. Die allgemeine Wohnumgebung ist komfortabel, entspannend, eine angenehme Unterkunftserfahrung, die in der Zukunft eine Chance hat, wieder zu besuchen.

Neben dem Terminal T5 gibt es eine Tankstelle und einen kleinen Supermarkt gegenüber. Es ist relativ bequem, die Stadt morgens zu verlassen, und es wird nicht zu voll sein. Es ist eine Autostunde von der Stadt entfernt und viele Reisegruppen entscheiden sich für einen Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer ist sehr durchschnittlich. Bei der Buchung wurde gezeigt, dass es einen kleinen Kühlschrank gibt, aber tatsächlich ist dieser nicht vorhanden! Wir checkten bei meiner Tochter ein, aber unerwartet wurde uns ein Zustellbett gegeben. Die Klimaanlage durfte nicht heiß sein, daher war die Steppdecke auf dem Zustellbett praktisch. Das Wasser im Badezimmer lief sehr langsam ab, bevor ich mit dem Baden fertig war. Mineralwasser, Hausschuhe und Toilettenartikel sind im Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Sie müssen Ihren eigenen Adapter für die Steckdose im Zimmer mitbringen. Neben dem Waschbecken befindet sich eine Steckdose, die mit Ladesteckern für Apple-Handys verwendet werden kann. In der Nähe des Waschbeckens besteht Angst vor Wasser. Achten Sie daher bitte auf die Sicherheit wenn man es benutzt! Das Frühstück kann man nur als sättigend bezeichnen. Ob es schmeckt oder nicht, hängt vom persönlichen Geschmack ab. Die Frühstückszeit ist von 6:30 bis 10:30 Uhr.

We booked via Trip and ended up with a room that didn’t exist. I rang the day before to check everything was okay with our booking and unfortunately this led to us being downgraded to a room we could barely get into it was so crowded. We were told to recoup costs via Trip, when I said this wasn’t acceptable to me the hotel sorted it out for us. Upgrading us for the next night and being very generous with supplements. Although this was a bit frustrating I felt they did what they could. The service was great at the hotel desk and the waitress was so lovely on Saturday night. Nothing was too much and the rooms were warm and snuggly. Bathrooms well specced and the food delicious. It was a busy weekend but there was a real sense of the hotel staff working together and like a swan, peddling hard underneath but smile and calm on top. The Hotel was very oldy worldy, Lovely, with lots of history. The location was beautiful and quiet an ideal spot for the wedding we attended, the old barn part of the pub was lovely for the wedding, ideal. Now the pub, food was nice in the pub although my potatoes delivered with my meal were that late that id eaten half my dinner before they came out. Staff were very accommodating and removed the additional cost of £6 for potatoes from the Bill. The Hotel sections of the establishment is now in need of a freshen up, lick of paint. For a building built in A.D 1147 i suppose you would expect it but there is maintenance needed. Cleanliness was ok but needed hoovering around the bed posts a bit closer and a few cob webs removed from the room ceiling. Other than that it was a lovely stay, couldn't thought the staff and the surrounding area, lovely walks along the Thames.
