Es war gut. Sauber. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Mikrowelle aus irgendeinem Grund, aber sie hatten einen in der Nähe des gemeinsamen Essensraums zur Verfügung, jederzeit zu verwenden. Das mit eingeschlossene Frühstück war ok, aber kleiner als anderes lokales Hotel blieb ich in coucherzeiten. Die Lage ist schön, um TH, A&w, Quiznos, Liquor Shop in der Nähe zu haben.

Kostenlose Cookies bei der Eincheckung und es ist so düster und rechtzeitig. Reaktionsgemäß auf E-Mail, hält das Zimmer für uns für super spät einchecken. Kostenlose Parkplätze, innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen Calgary. bietet Shuttle zu $5 auch. Zweite Zeit bleiben und wird immer unser Go-to, wenn wir fliegen! Trip.com bietet der beste Preis nach Münzen ab, großartig!

Ich war kürzlich im Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Von der Ankunft war das Personal freundlich und willkommen, machte die Eincheckung eine Brise. Die Lobby war hell und modern, was einen positiven ersten Eindruck erzeugte.
Mein Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, mit einem komfortablen King-Size-Bett, das einen guten Schlaf sicherte. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet mit Einrichtungen, einschließlich einer Mikrowelle, einem Kühlschrank und einem großen Flachbild-TV. Ich habe das kostenlose WLAN besonders geschätzt, das zuverlässig und schnell perfekt war, um auf Arbeit zu fangen und angeschlossen zu bleiben.
Einer der Highlights meines Aufenthalts war das komplimentäre Frühstück. Das Buffet bot eine Vielzahl von Optionen, darunter geschrotete Eier, Bacon, frische Früchte, Joghurt und eine Auswahl an Weidereien. Es gab auch eine Pancake-Maschine, die ein lustiger Touch war! Das Essen war sauber und geräumig, so dass ich in einer entspannten Umgebung genießen konnte.
Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, vor allem für Reisende, die den Flughafen nutzen. Es ist nur eine kurze Fahrt entfernt, und das Hotel bietet einen Shuttleservice, die sehr bequem ist. Ich habe diesen Service nutzt und war schnell und effizient, so dass meine Ankunft und Abreise stressfrei war.
Zusätzlich hatte ich die Möglichkeit, das Fitnesszentrum während meines Aufenthalts zu benutzen. Es war gut ausgestattet mit modernen Maschinen und Gewichten, und es war schön, diese Option zu haben, meine Trainingsroutine während der Reise zu erhalten.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Holiday Inn Express & Suites Edmonton International Airport sehr zufriedenstellend. Die Kombination von freundlicher Service, komfortablen Unterkünften und komfortablen Einrichtungen machte es eine große Wahl sowohl für Geschäftsreisende als auch für Freizeitreisende. 很不錯的酒店，早餐可以點雞蛋卷，也是免費的。在這裏過了一夜，總體滿意，很推薦，性價比高，過去最大的西埃德蒙頓購物中心開車很快的，那個商場值得逛逛，另外，那個河谷公園可以去走走，100多年的鐵橋。

An amazing stay at this hotel!! It met our needs completely. We came in for a 2 day conference from Vancouver, BC & couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Best Western Cedar Place Hotel for our stay. The location was great. The staff were exceptional, humble, kind & receptive to our many requests that came up circumstantially. I haven’t experienced this level of client service in the hospitality industry for a very long time. Every single staff member we came across over the phone & in person was exceptional & overall our stay was an amazing experience! Thankyou again.

Der Service war schnell und effizient. Frische Cookies zur Verfügung bei der Eincheckung. Zimmer war sauber und cool. Frühstück war ausreichend. Gewöhnliche Preis. Krabben, Bacon, Toast, Waffeln usw. Lage ist im Süden der Stadt mit vielen Restaurants, Theater und Costco. Wir würden hier nochmal bleiben.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise for three nights. While the location is undeniably beautiful and there were a few memorable moments during our stay, the overall service experience unfortunately did not meet the expectations I had for a hotel at this price point.
When we arrived on the first day, check-in felt somewhat rushed. The young female staff member assisting us (an Australian staff member) informed us that our room was not ready yet, which we understood as we had arrived a little early. However, she did not walk us through the hotel facilities, available activities, or provide much orientation to the property. Since the hotel is quite large, a quick overview would have been helpful for first-time guests.
We had a spa booking at the nearby Fairmont Spa at the Basin, and because our room wasn’t ready, we were advised that we would need to change there. That was a bit inconvenient as we had been hoping to freshen up in our room before heading to the spa.
We were given our room key cards anyway, but when we went upstairs to try accessing the room, the key cards didn’t work. We had to come back down to reception again to have a new set of cards issued, which added further inconvenience.
Later that evening, I called to request fresh milk for tea. Eventually, milk was delivered later, which I appreciated.
On the second day, housekeeping was another area where things fell short. By around 1:00 pm our room still hadn’t been serviced, so I called to request housekeeping. When we returned at around 5:00 pm, the room appeared to be only partially cleaned. Glasses and mugs were still dirty, and the tea bags and coffee pods had not been refilled. I had to call again to ask for the room to be properly tidied up.
We also stopped by the outdoor bar one evening and ordered hot alcoholic drinks. Unfortunately, it arrived only lukewarm. It appeared to have been pre-made and the staff simply poured it from a thermos rather than preparing it fresh. Considering it cost around $25, it didn’t feel particularly worth the price.
On the third night of our stay, the power in our room went out. As a result, we were unable to watch TV or charge any of our devices. Since the phone in the room was not working, my partner had to go to the front desk to report the issue. After waiting for nearly an hour, a technician eventually came to our room and informed us that the power would be restored soon.
Considering the price of the stay, I expected a more consistent level of service and attention to detail. Additionally, the bathroom was smaller than I anticipated for a property of this caliber. I had originally planned to stay at Fairmont properties in Quebec and Ottawa over the next two weeks, but this experience has made me reconsider.
That said, there were still some highlights during our visit. We celebrated our anniversary with dinner at Walliser Stube, which was a lovely experience overall. The steak and chicken dishes were slightly on the salty side, but the staff were attentive and kindly offered complimentary drinks to make up for it, which was a nice gesture. We were also given some honey, which was a thoughtful touch.
One of the best parts of the trip was the snowshoeing walk organized by the hotel. Our guide, Kelvin, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience very enjoyable. It ended up being one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, the property itself is stunning and the activities are well worth experiencing. However, given the premium price point, I was expecting a higher and more consistent standard of service throughout the stay.

GGastnutzerWe stayed at Royal Canadian Lodge in Banff from March 26–29 with my 7-year-old daughter, and overall we had a great experience.
Check-in was simple and straightforward. We arrived in the early evening, and Jason at the front desk was the most approachable and helpful hotel staff member I have ever dealt with. He remembered my daughter’s name, greeted her every day, checked in with us throughout our stay, and added little touches that made the trip feel extra special for both of us.
The renovated room itself was fairly standard for a hotel room, but comfortable. Our room had two queen beds, which worked well for us. The bathroom had a shower only, with no bathtub, but that was not an issue. The pillows were big and lumpy, all 8 of the pillows in our room were too high/tall for my daughter to use comfortably. There are robes provided in the room, it would be a nice touch if they could also provide kids size robes. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee, and kettle with tea provided in the room.
We ordered room service one night and tried the pulled pork poutine, which was the daily special from the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was not very good, and I would not recommend it.
The TV included free cable and on-demand programming, as well as pay-per-view movies. I had brought my laptop and an HDMI cord, and we were able to connect it to the TV easily to watch our own movies. Watching on-demand, my daughter discovered The Simpsons and loved it (lol)
The pool area was a big highlight for us. The pool is salt water rather than chlorine. The water itself was on the cooler side, but there was also a good-sized hot tub and a large steam room. My daughter quickly made friends with another family staying at the hotel, and the kids spent multiple hours a day in the pool together.
The gym was small but functional. In the four days we were there, it was empty every time we walked by.
Parking is $20 per day, which does add up. There is also free street parking behind the hotel if you are able to find a spot.
One fun feature in the lobby was the robot, which the kids absolutely loved. We were told that after construction is complete, it will be delivering items to guest rooms. During our stay it moved around the lobby, told jokes, and handed out free apples.
The hotel was reasonably priced compared with other options in the area. I chose it specifically for the pool setup, knowing we would be spending a lot of time there, and it worked out really well for that. Shops and restaurants on the main street were about a 10-minute walk away, or you could take the bus that stops outside the neighboring hotel for $2 per ride, with kids riding free.
I would definitely stay here again in the future. The price, location, rooms, and pool make this a very family-friendly hotel option in Banff.

-Clean room with comfortable beds
-Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical
-tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

GGastnutzerDas Bett war zu hart. Die Klimaanlage setzte sich von warm bis zum Gefrierschalter, obwohl ich es auf der Heiz-Nur-Einrichtung hatte. Das Hausbetreuungsteam versuchte, ins Zimmer zu kommen und zu reinigen 45 Minuten, bevor ich auschecken wollte.
Dann wurde meine Schlüsselkarte 10 Minuten vor der Abreisezeit deaktiviert, so dass ich aus dem Frühstück zurückgekehrt war und musste nach unten zum Vordertisch gehen, um sie zu reparieren. Die erste Dame an der Rezeption sagte, sie habe meine Schlüsselkarte wieder aktiviert, so ging ich nach oben und war noch verriegelt, und der Aufzug war zu langsam und ich wollte nicht wegen der Verspätung strafrechtlich bestraft werden, Also musste ich die Treppen runtergehen (die sehr schwer zu finden waren!) dann gab mir eine zweite Dame eine neue Schlüsselkarte, um in mein Zimmer zurückzukommen, dann musste ich die Treppen wieder gehen und konnte endlich mein Gepäck holen und auschecken. Insgesamt war es eine ziemlich schlechte Erfahrung.

Es begann, als das Front Desk unsere Buchung nicht gefunden konnte - zweimal ! (aber ein Telefonanruf 2 Stunden vor dem Einchecken). Er musste meine Fahrerlizenz nehmen und “ irgendwo mit jemandem im Rücken zu sprechen” gehen - dann kam er zurück (nach 2 oder so
minute) und „magisch“ die Reservierung gefunden. Unnervös für meine Identifizierung zu verschwinden von meinem Blick. Keine Erklärung angeboten.
Wir waren wieder frustriert, wenn der Büroberuf versuchte, uns für etwas von der Snackbar in unserem Zimmer zu belasten - wir hatten unsere Zimmer 2 Minuten zuvor buchstäblich verlassen. Könnte uns nicht sagen, welches Produkt wir „verbraucht“ hatten (wir hatten nichts verbraucht - vor allem zu diesen Preisen!) und dann, wenn sie gefragt, wie sie möglicherweise innerhalb von 2 Minuten wissen konnten (von uns aus unserem Zimmer) dass ein Objekt verbraucht wurde - sie wurden sehr verteidigungsfähig und konnten nicht wirklich die Frage ”wie wissen Sie, was uns zu belasten” beantworten, und die Antwort war ”es ist für den Bericht am Ende des Tages - niemand sagt, dass Sie tatsächlich etwas genommen haben”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
Nachdem wir die Gebühr angefordert hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass keine Gebühr auf die Kreditkarte übertragen werden würde.
Es war so, als hätten wir etwas „ gestohlen“, als wir um weitere Klarstellungen zu der Anklage gebeten.
“Keine Entschuldigungen oder danke für den Aufenthalt bei uns.”
