The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

We had a pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. The place was clean and well-kept, and service was quick—especially when we requested extra towels. Check-out was smooth and fast, which we really appreciated. It’s about a 15-minute drive to downtown Annapolis and the historic district, so it's a convenient and quiet spot just outside the city. Would definitely stay here again!

I always love staying at Best Western Plus, well one down fall is every time someone closes their room door you hear it in your room so you'll be up early , well it's annoying so that means you are up by 7am unless you're a hard sleeper. Good thing I get up early. The decor is updated ✅ The front staff is great ✅ House keeping is great ✅ mm The breakfast is pretty good the only thing with that is they barely make enough where they may have to go back and make a few items and the gentleman and the woman that works that area act like they paid for the food they will sometimes stand there and watch what you're doing... Like geez let me breathe

Ich bin wilde gute Lage und saubere Zimmer. Nachteil war, dass das heiße Wasser manchmal funktionierte und manchmal nicht. Das Gute daran war, dass es in der Nähe vieler Geschäfte und Restaurants war. Die meisten Angestellten waren freundlich, aber die Tochter der Krippe, die manchmal an der Rezeption arbeitet, hat eine wirklich schlechte Einstellung mit schrecklichem Kundenservice.

Overall, a good hotel. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and the amenities, such as a large screen TV, fridge and microwave, are good. The breakfast is a generous spread of hot and cold items, including eggs, waffles and sausages. One caution: the bathtub is extremely slippery. My roommate slippedand fell and sustained a concussion.

Das Hotel ist ein durchschnittlich 3 Sterne eins. Front Desk Gentleman war hilfreich und einfach zu arbeiten, indem wir Mitte der Nacht checken. Das Hotelzimmer ist ok, aber es fehlt an neueren Unterkünften wie USB-Ladegeräten. Der Bad Ventilator funktioniert nicht, so dass es sehr dampft, wenn man duschen. Das schlimmste Problem ist die Bad-Drinage. Wir mussten eine Dusche in Zoll standen Wasser nehmen.

Sehr beeindruckende Einrichtung und sauber. Das Zimmer war warm und gemütlich. Ich war so komfortabel und wollte nicht auschecken. Ich würde sicherlich Freunde und Familie beziehen.

I am staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick. It is a small but very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. The price–performance ratio is quite good. The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated. It is definitely a suitable option for anyone visiting this area. However, I was honestly surprised by the way the hotel staff strictly follow internal policies instead of focusing on guest comfort and flexibility, even in situations where a more guest-oriented approach would have made the stay more pleasant.
