My husband and I were celebrating Valentine’s weekend. The check in process was fine. The room however was not. There was mold in the shower, and the bed was lumpy, hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t even stay the entire night. After about an hour of not being able to sleep, we got up and left and headed home.

The bed was fantastic, like sleeping on a marshmallow. The room decor I loved. It had a picture of the ocean that spanned the length of the room. I felt very welcomed when I entered because the bedspread said, ”Hello sunshine.” Cute idea. It was apparent that they are remodeling and still need a few tweaks here and there. There was no hair blow dryer and iron yet, there was a ironing board. Could use an extra garbage bucket and tissues box. The towels were soft and new but the tub needs to be replaced. It was developing a hole that they covered with tape. The utilities room had a broken down ice machine and washer/dryer. It looked to be like they were working to repair these items. The breakfast was unbalanced. They offered waffles, bread to toast, bagels, cream cheese, cereal. Could use some fruit and maybe oatmeal. Eggs would be good with a meat. Despite all, I see great potential of this hotel being one to return to.

Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate. Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units. Ugh. Slept poorly. And the only reason I was there was to sleep. Will not return. Will avoid the brand going forward.

We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites Lexington South. Everything was spotless from the moment we walked in — super clean rooms and common areas. The location was convenient and peaceful, close to everything we needed without being in the middle of chaos.
The staff was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way, and you could tell they genuinely cared. The amenities were top-notch — the kitchen in the suite was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the free breakfast was actually good (not just filler). We felt right at home, and it was perfect for our family.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Lexington.

Exceptionally clean hotel, wonderful price for the room, perfectly friendly receptionist, the pillows were ideal for my preference, and I could not have asked for a better location in regards to access to 75! The only reason I don't give this place a perfect score is because the photos on Trip.com show a hot tub, and I was informed that there was no hot tub, and I will say that the walls were quite thin and that I could hear everybody in the hallway and the people in the rooms across from me. In terms of hotels, those are not the most disappointing things, and I plan to stay here the next time I come back to Lexington!

GGastnutzerI’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very pleased. Not sure why the room with this visit was different. It was clean and staff was nice as always, but cosmetically, this room needed some work. The wall needed painting and repaired likely from water damage, and both chairs needed to be replaced due to upholstery issues. I will definitely plan to stay again, because it’s a nice, friendly, clean hotel. But if you want an updated room, be aware that most rooms are apparently ok, but there may be some that aren’t quite up to par cosmetically. Still, I’d give it 4 1/2 stars.

AAshleigh CundiffDer Service an der Rezeption war sehr nett und professionell. Allerdings war unser Zimmer nicht sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war dreckig, ebenso das Waschbecken und unsere Bettwäsche. Der Minikühlschrank wurde nie gereinigt und es gab immer noch Getränke von denen, die vor uns dort übernachtet haben. Ich war noch nie an einem Ort, an dem Sie 9 Dollar für ein Müslifrühstück bezahlen müssen. Beim Einchecken wurde uns auch gesagt, dass wir bis 12:00 Uhr auschecken müssen. Ein paar Stunden zuvor kam der Zimmerservice, klopfte an die Tür und fragte, wann wir auschecken würden. Das fand ich sehr unprofessionell. Außerdem schließt der Pool um 8 Uhr. Wenn Sie also kleine Kinder haben, sollten Sie sich das genauer ansehen. Die Lage war wirklich gut und das Parken war sehr praktisch.
