A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nicht mit besonderen Wohnräumen, sauber, warm, Frühstück reichhaltig, die Landschaft ist gut, die Heißluftballon 🎈 ist perfekter. Sehr gutes Erlebnis.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich recht zufrieden, aber am besten lässt man das Gepäck vom Ladenpersonal hoch- und runtertragen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, mit erstklassiger Landschaft, erstklassigem Essen und durchschnittlichem Service. Es ist nicht sehr einladend, also muss man die Initiative ergreifen, um es zu finden. Das Zimmer unten, in dem ich wohnte, hatte tolles Badewasser, wie in einem privaten Bad.

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The owner, Mikai, kindly gave us a room with one of the best views and a private balcony. Even just stepping outside our room, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia. When our hot air balloon flight was cancelled due to the weather, Mikai went above and beyond to make sure we could fly on another day. He arranged for us to go on a less crowded day, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. His recommendations for sightseeing and cultural experiences were all excellent and truly enhanced our visit. His staff, Rahmed, checked in with us every morning during breakfast and made sure we got what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war unglaublich! Außerdem lebte eine streunende Katze auf dem Dach, was sehr entspannend war! Die Lage ist ziemlich hoch auf einem Hügel, so dass man etwas Ausdauer braucht, um zum Hotel zurückzukehren, aber es war praktisch, da es in der Nähe des Zentrums von Göreme lag.

Die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist hervorragend, Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind bequem zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet, und das Personal war freundlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Am letzten Morgen gab es kein Wasser. Man versuchte zwar, das Problem zu beheben, aber ich musste frühzeitig abreisen. Das Frühstück konnte ich leider nicht probieren, da es erst um 8:30 Uhr serviert wird. Trotzdem ist das Hotel aufgrund der Lage sehr zu empfehlen.

Really love this hotel. We booked for 2 nights and we love it. Their hotel is majestic, very unique and wonderful. They also provide hot balloon service and other activities, you can watch sunrise with balloon just at the hotel. Really recommend and for sure will come again. And their breakfast is superb.

Das Zimmer liegt in einer Steinhöhle, also ist es ein schönes Erlebnis. Im Badezimmer gibt es auch ein kleines türkisches Bad (Hamam). Vom Dach des Hotels aus können Sie morgens Ballons anschauen. Sie haben auch einen Sitzbereich im türkischen Stil eingerichtet, wo wir ein paar süße Fotos machen können. Der Mann an der Rezeption ist sehr hilfsbereit und hilft uns, ein Taxi zu rufen, wenn wir weiter müssen. Sie geben uns auch Tipps zu Orten, die wir besuchen können, und ob sie zu Fuß erreichbar sind oder nicht. Und wenn Sie eine Tour durch Kappadokien möchten, können sie Ihnen auch dabei helfen, eine lokale Tour zu organisieren. Alles in allem ein sehr guter und freundlicher Service. Und vergessen Sie nicht, lokales Gözleme im Laden direkt gegenüber dem Hotel zu probieren. Die Dame kann kein Englisch, aber sie lächelt immer und ist herzlich.
