We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Obwohl die meisten Leute nicht viel Englisch sprechen, kann man sagen, dass das Englisch von EREN das beste ist, das ich in der Türkei erlebt habe. Sie können die Heißluftballons vom Balkon aus sehen oder auf die Aussichtsplattform gehen und die Heißluftballons aus der Ferne sehen, wie auf dem Bild gezeigt, es ist so schön!

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich recht zufrieden, aber am besten lässt man das Gepäck vom Ladenpersonal hoch- und runtertragen. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut, mit erstklassiger Landschaft, erstklassigem Essen und durchschnittlichem Service. Es ist nicht sehr einladend, also muss man die Initiative ergreifen, um es zu finden. Das Zimmer unten, in dem ich wohnte, hatte tolles Badewasser, wie in einem privaten Bad.

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The owner, Mikai, kindly gave us a room with one of the best views and a private balcony. Even just stepping outside our room, we were greeted with breathtaking panoramic views of Cappadocia. When our hot air balloon flight was cancelled due to the weather, Mikai went above and beyond to make sure we could fly on another day. He arranged for us to go on a less crowded day, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. His recommendations for sightseeing and cultural experiences were all excellent and truly enhanced our visit. His staff, Rahmed, checked in with us every morning during breakfast and made sure we got what we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war unglaublich! Außerdem lebte eine streunende Katze auf dem Dach, was sehr entspannend war! Die Lage ist ziemlich hoch auf einem Hügel, so dass man etwas Ausdauer braucht, um zum Hotel zurückzukehren, aber es war praktisch, da es in der Nähe des Zentrums von Göreme lag.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine hervorragende Lage und ist daher ideal für Sightseeing-Touren. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, und die Dachterrasse des Restaurants bietet einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt und die Heißluftballons. Die Hotelausstattung und das Ambiente sind exzellent, und der Service ist herzlich und freundlich.

Really love this hotel. We booked for 2 nights and we love it. Their hotel is majestic, very unique and wonderful. They also provide hot balloon service and other activities, you can watch sunrise with balloon just at the hotel. Really recommend and for sure will come again. And their breakfast is superb.

Als ich ankam, war mein Zimmer leider nicht gereinigt und bereit, obwohl es nach der Eincheckung war, so musste ich ein wenig warten. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht auf die Terrasse ist erstaunlich, und die Bälle beim Sonnenaufgang zu sehen war eine so erstaunliche Erfahrung. Ein besonderer Dank an Edip vom Personal, er war sehr hilfreich und bot mir viel für die heiße Luftballonfahrt und die türkische Nacht. Insgesamt habe ich trotz der kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten beim Einchecken meinen Aufenthalt genossen und empfehle dieses Hotel für seine Lage, Aussichten und freundliches Personal.
