I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Newtown City, Kolkata with my mother and my son. The amenities and overall environment were excellent, very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well managed and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Das Hotel wurde gewählt, weil es eine zuverlässige Marke ist und es nicht enttäuscht. Es war sauber und wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Die Jungs an der Rezeption versuchten, schneehaft einige zusätzliche Gebühren hinzuzufügen, als ich angemeldet wurde, was frustrierend war, als ich voraus gezahlt hatte, so bin ich froh, dass ich konzentriert!

Ich blieb dort 3 Nächte. Das war sehr nett und wir fühlten uns sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Lebensmittelqualität war auch sehr gut. Insgesamt war es ein nettes Aufenthalt.

We stayed one night in Vivanta Kolkata (30th night). It was a nice and wonderful experience. Room was very comfortable, food in the restaurant was excellent. As a South Indian, I was surprised to get very good tasting curd rice in the restaurant. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant.
Front desk staff were very pleasant and they gave good guidance to my wife on where to make sari purchases.
All in all, a lovely experience that i definitely would love to repeat!

The host was extremely gracious and welcoming. The homestay itself is very beautiful and we'll maintianed plus under budget. The rooms were neat and clean. This homestay is near to kalimpong market and all other sight seeing places.

At this place it’s very good 4 star hotel.. location is excellent in new Digha. Staff is good and for children there is play park and some birds and small animals to see like zoo. Overall it’s good experience.

GGastnutzerThe property appears maintained below par may be because of less flow of funds. The entry road is very narrow and shabby looking. The reception area needs lot of revamp, also the room decor seems so so but needs careful touch up specially with lighting gadgets, replacement of torn curtains and upholstery including holed cushion and intercom, widened gap between the door and the floor to be attended immediately, loitering of couple of stray dogs in the property gives negative impact on the guests. May be the pond in the center could be more attractive if decorated well with guests being allowed to do boating in it after conforming all safety protocols. Behavior of the property staff was very amicable, down to earth and much obliged. Names of shri chanchal, shri pint u mishra & shri ujjwal deserves a special mention. Food served at lunch n dinner were homely kind of and tasted well, besides being reasonably priced. However the complimentary breakfast offered at the property lacked very much in variety and did not host buffet. In a nutshell, our stay of 3 fly members, for 3 nights w. E. F. 11. 03. 2022 (saturday) at the property was within budget and pocket friendly.

GGastnutzerMeine Verlobte und meine Eltern blieben für 2 Nächte. Der Ort war in der Schönheit, Premium in der Bau, professionell und freundlich in Service und Geschmack und Füllung mit Nahrung. Die Serviceperson Shalim, Dawa, Suvarna, Mukesh waren alle auf unsere Bedürfnisse aufmerksam und gab schnelle Service mit einem Lächeln. Wir gingen die ganzen Gärten bis die Fabrik und der Spaziergang war sicher, tief und friedlich. Mr. Choudhary aus der Ch-among Teefabrik gab uns eine detaillierte Tour der Anlage. Ich ging während der Holi 2023, so dass die Teebushe nicht gesprüht waren, so dass jeder, der Teeblätter in vollem Wachstum sehen möchte, April-Juli ist eine gute Zeit. Ich werde niemals meinen Aufenthalt dort vergessen. Danke ch-among chiabari Team!
