I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe der U-Bahn. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr begeistert Ich bekam an der Rezeption eine Tasse heißen Tee. Nachdem ich mich umgesehen habe, ist es das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist eine Empfehlung für meine Freunde wert.

My family and I had so much fun camping in the wilderness. The tent is huge, and equipped with everything you need to stay comfortable and warm. The highlight for me was the private hot spring. The staff are very friendly and see to your every need. My kids made lots of friends and enjoyed their time away from the city. Will definitely visit again! I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a camping getaway with your family.

第一次來汕頭玩，雖然時間短暫，但每次出遊都最注意住宿，畢竟一天的休息要在舒適的環境下進行。這家民宿真的很好，地理位置超方便，硬件設施好，服務態度很親切，夜晚還有自家的燉湯，料很足。每個房間一個小院子，天氣好的時候在外享受下咖啡很愜意。因為行程原因，特地和管家商量延遲退房，也是十分爽快的答應了，非常體貼。下次還會來住這家。

We had a bad surprise a soon as we checked in. The room we booked was at a House aside from the hotel (there are thousands of them) and the house have 3 floors, you have to take your luggage up the stairs, depending on which floor you are. The size of the room is much smaller than they say (30-40 sqd meters) cause they show a living room in the pictures, but this is a common area for all the rooms in that house. They have carpet in the rooms and as permitted to smoke, the smell is heavy and dirty and we all got sick from sleeping 3 nights there. Because of that we even left one day before our schedule, loosing the money from the last night we didn’t use. The balcony and bathroom’s doors are glass made, so you get huge light inside the all night. We asked some fabric to try to cover it, but didn’t help much. The outdoors activities are fun, and the staff is very organized and helpful. It’s worth to visit a day, not to sleep in. I’m very disappointed with our experience. One more thing that bothers us is that every morning after breakfast they gave treats asking for us to write good reviews.

Nicht schlecht, sehr gut. Das Zimmer K202, das wir dieses Mal gebucht haben, liegt zum Meer🌊 und bietet eine weite und helle Aussicht. Der erste Eindruck beim Betreten des Zimmers ist sehr komfortabel. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr vollständig, mit Minibar, Projektor und Smart-WC. Ich habe in vielen Privatunterkünften in Südaustralien übernachtet, aber die Hygiene dieser hier kann als Top 1 angesehen werden👍Es gibt keine toten Ecken im Haus, alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und es gibt auch einen großen Swimmingpool im Freien, der sehr beeindruckend ist. Eine Sache, die erwähnt werden muss, ist der Service des Butlers. Der Butler Xiao Tang ist sehr gut im Service und spricht sehr freundlich. Es ist großartig! Sehr rücksichtsvoll und gibt den Leuten das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein. Auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse kann einzeln eingegangen werden. Ich denke, das ist der größte Unterschied zwischen B&Bs und Hotels. Miyue gibt mir ein warmes und rücksichtsvolles Gefühl☀. Zweitens ist das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig mit Selbstbedienungskaffee, Obst und Snacks🍉. Der Nachmittagstee ist auch sehr reichhaltig☕. Es lohnt sich, einen Dollar auszugeben, um mehrere Dienste zu genießen. Schließlich ist die Lage des B&B immer noch gut. Sie können Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellen und es aufs Zimmer liefern lassen. Es gibt immer noch viele Orte zur Auswahl für westliche Restaurants und chinesische Restaurants in der Nähe🍴Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, die relativ konzentriert sind und sehr bequem mit dem Auto dorthin zu fahren sind. Daher ist die Wahl von Miyue bei einem Besuch in Südaustralien eine gute Wahl. Es ist eine Empfehlung wert und ich werde wiederkommen!

Spektakuläre Aussicht auf das Zimmer, privates Badezimmer, freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist direkt vor dem Strand. Sehr nettes Personal, würden sie sogar mein Frühstück zu meiner Vorliebe ändern und mir helfen, meine Gepäckstücke zu nehmen, wenn ich anmelde. Obwohl ich mich wie ein kleiner Raum fühle als ich erwartet habe, ist alles wirklich gut. Es hat sogar seine eigene Sprecher und Kino. Und die Ausstattung ist ein bisschen lustig, ich dachte, die Getränke in der Minibar ist kostenlosen Getränke im Hotelrestaurant oder Bar, zeigt es Getränke im Kühlschrank. Sorgt, ich trinke nicht Soda. Die Lage ist ein bisschen weit vom Zentrum entfernt und nicht viel Restaurant oder Café umgeben, so dass es besser ist, Lebensmittel online zu bestellen
