We recently stayed at The YUN Resort Shenzhen Longcheer and honestly had a really great experience. The hotel is very family friendly and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Big shout out to Hellen and all the staff who helped us with everything we needed during our stay. We were traveling with 2 babies, so having cribs provided by the hotel was a huge help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and having free laundry on site was such a big plus for families. The free breakfast was also really good and convenient before heading out for the day. Our package also included a free train ride and a photography session with 5 free photos, which made the trip feel extra special. Overall, the whole experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend for families visiting Dapeng/Shenzhen.

Kam auf einer Geschäftsreise nach Guangzhou, es war das erste Mal, dass ich in diesem Hotel übernachtet habe, und sie haben mir geholfen, das Zimmer aufzuwerten. Da wir am nächsten Morgen einen Bus nehmen mussten, konnten wir nicht frühstücken. Der Hotelbutler Xiaohui hat speziell für uns kleine Kuchen und Joghurt zubereitet, was sehr gut war. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war nicht sehr effektiv, das muss verbessert werden, aber sonst ist alles gut. Insgesamt unterstütze ich es mit einer Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung!

I booked this hotel despite knowing it’s a bit far from the city center, typically requiring a 45-minute to 1-hour cab ride or a 1.5-hour journey by metro (there are two metro stations nearby). After calculating the cost savings of staying here and using cabs versus staying downtown, I found it worth it. That said, if you’re on a tight schedule, the location might not be ideal. One of the main reasons I chose this place was its newness, spaciousness, and the inclusion of a washing machine, which is essential for longer stays. However, since the property is newly established, many nearby F&B options are still under construction, especially around the hotel area. That said, there are nearby malls like Wanda Mall where you can find food and other necessities. A café and a mini-mart are already operational, and the area might become livelier in a few months. Cleanliness: I have to put it out there that I am particular when it comes to cleanliness. While the hotel is clean overall, there seems to be a lack of consistent training for the housekeeping staff. For instance, despite the initial unclean room being promptly addressed and replaced, I noticed a pile of hair/dust in one spot from Day 4 until the end of our stay—it remained untouched. I do hope that the cleaning staff would take extra precautions and being more thorough during their rounds. Overall, the cleaning staff were friendly and apologetic when reminded, but it would have been better if the cleaning was consistently thorough without needing reminders (almost on a daily basis). Amenities: I appreciated the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom—it was a nice touch and made my stay more enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the towels. While they were new and clean, I wished they had better quality. The towel piles would shed and stick to my body and face after use, which was frustrating. I hope this is something the hotel can address in the future. Service : The service has its highs and lows, but I will still give it a 5 as the staffs are friendly and apologetic for the issue caused. For instance, when we initially received an unclean room, the staff promptly moved us to a clean one and offered complimentary breakfast (though we didn’t end up using it). The hotel’s service WeChat was efficient, and staff responded quickly to requests. However, there were a few hiccups. For example, when we requested detergent and later asked for extra water upon delivery, the staff appeared slightly taken aback and commented on why we didn’t request both at the same time. While it might have been a minor misunderstanding, the comment and attitude felt unnecessary. One major inconvenience was the WiFi, which went down twice during our stay—once for an entire day. This was especially frustrating as I was on a work trip and had to rely on roaming, which incurred additional charges. While the staff apologized and reimbursed us, stable WiFi is essential and should be a priority. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money if you don’t mind the distance. I do hope that the hotel will have a better cleaning SOP in future.

Da wir etwas zu spät dran waren und die Hütten im Wald verpasst hatten, buchten wir stattdessen eine Hütte mit Seeblick. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir sogar noch begeisterter als erwartet. Die stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung abends war einfach atemberaubend! 👍 Auch die Umgebung des Campingplatzes war wunderschön; Fotos P56 wurden in der Nähe der Rezeption aufgenommen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Butlerservice; er war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Obwohl wir erst um 10:30 Uhr aufgestanden sind, brachten sie uns trotzdem Nudeln aufs Zimmer! 👍 Unsere Fragen wurden stets prompt beantwortet, was uns viel Ärger ersparte. 👍 Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich habe schon in so vielen Strand-B&Bs übernachtet, aber der Sonnenuntergang hier ist einfach atemberaubend! Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, und die bodentiefen Fenster dienen als natürliche Leinwand. Ab 17 Uhr sinkt die Sonne langsam herab und färbt den Himmel in Orangenlimonadenfarben. Das Meer glitzert golden, als wären unzählige Goldstücke verstreut worden. Wir haben nichts getan, außer auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und die ganze „Show“ zu genießen. Der Concierge-Service war auch sehr aufmerksam; nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit war die Beleuchtung warm und gemütlich, perfekt für Fotos. Die Lage ist auch leicht zu finden, und man kann direkt vor der Tür parken. Kurz gesagt, wenn Sie einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang sehen möchten und keine Lust auf viel Aufwand haben, dann ist dies der richtige Ort – dieser Sonnenuntergang ist den Preis wert!

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! 9Ich kam um 9:30 Uhr morgens im Hotel an und der Mann an der Rezeption checkte ein. Nach dem Auschecken am nächsten Tag wurde der Flug annulliert und auf einen späteren Flug umgebucht. Der Mann verlängerte den Aufenthalt und verzögerte den Check-out bis 14:00 Uhr. Eindrucksvoll! Auch das Frühstück war lecker. Es ist nur 2,6 Kilometer vom Flughafen entfernt. Es gibt einen Abhol- und Bringservice. sehr empfehlenswert!

The location is really amazing, with the view over the bay and the beach just near. They have a swimming pool private that goes indoor and outdoor which is very convenient for leisure. The hotel itself is new and fully renovated with taste, the room are really cozy and comfortable - you can sleep so peacefully.

Das ist unser zweites Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, es ist nur perfekt für uns, die Aussicht ist so gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, die Vordertür-Rezeption und die Haushalter bieten sehr gute Service und schnell auf unsere Anfrage antwortet. Und Sie können luxuriöse kantonische Lebensmittel im oberen Stock für das Frühstück genießen. Mein Sohn liebt dieses Hotel so sehr. Sie können im nahe gelegenen Versandzentrum kaufen und verschiedene luxuriöse Lebensmittel finden. Wir empfahl es sehr allen Besuchern, zu bleiben.

Das Zimmer liegt neben der U-Bahn-Station Wanshengwei. Die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr bequem. Ich bin gekommen, um an der Ausstellung teilzunehmen. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station. Es wird keine Staus geben. Das verkürzt meine Pendelzeit erheblich. Das Zimmer ist auch Sehr sauber und ordentlich, vor allem die Sonne. Es ist sehr schön und hell und das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig. Weil ich einen leichten Schlaf habe, aber die Schalldämmung ist wirklich gut. Die Rezeptionistin hat mir geholfen, mich in ein Zimmer im 39. Stock zu bringen Etage. Die Landschaft ist auch sehr schön. Wenn ich das nächste Mal zur Ausstellung komme, werde ich sie auf jeden Fall hier buchen. Ich habe keine Fotos gemacht. Schade!
