Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower! No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms. They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options. Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

People might not be understanding why the hotel would limited the capacity to use their pool. Yes what I am trying to say? Before you head to the pool. You have to go to the front desk to get the access card enter the pool. Actually, I liked their idea. Not gonna crowded. So you can enjoy the time at pool. This is a first time I stayed in this hotel. Over all my friend and I are satisfied. Their service and hospitality are professional and good. Whoever is reading my comment. Hope you have a good time to stay.

It must be challenging to maintain a hotel that is so close to a peewee hockey town. The place was overrun with kids doing shenanigans, and the maintenance/cleaning staff were very overworked trying to keep up with their nonsense. Regardless the onsite staff was largely cheerful and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean enough and the bathroom was standard quality. The provided breakfast was adequate as well. Don't expect much from a Super 8. It's more the location than the ”luxurious amenities” you're paying for.

We enjoyed our stay up until the day of our checkout. We were running a bit late so I phoned reception to request a later checkout around 12. The receptionist informed me that they were not allowing any late checkouts. So we hurried around and managed to checkout on time. We then loaded our vehicle and sat down to have a coffee. While having a coffee we noticed many people checking out after 11am. Also I have not received my receipt yet. Would you please check into this for me. The picture is of sunset from our room. I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

Das Hotel ist gut hygienisch, das Zimmer ist dunkel, der Kellner ist nicht sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist selten gewählt, das Hallenwasser ist nicht ausreichend, der Nachbarlandmarkt ist sehr bequem

We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!

Das Hotel war für mich perfekt. Sie erlaubten mir, zu spät zu prüfen. Kevin, der mich bei der Rezeption begrüßte, war eine Freude und machte mich sehr willkommen. Ich blieb nur eine Nacht (in der Tat weniger als 12 Stunden wegen meiner Check-in in der Zeit) aber das Zimmer war brillant. Das Bett war so komfortabel und das Badezimmer war riesig. Ich mag wirklich, dass die Dusche eine Schiebetür hat, was bedeutet, dass Sie ohne zu werden, wenn das Wasser erhitzt. Es war auch ein großer Ort für den öffentlichen Verkehr nach Toronto.

The room presents a modern design with a pleasant ambiance, and overall, it is very clean and comfortable. As expected of a 4-star hotel standard that should be met. However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas where practicality could be improved: • Study Table Placement: The study/work desk is positioned directly beneath the wall-mounted TV. This setup is not practical, as it places the guest in a position where they are working directly in front of a screen that may be distracting. It would be more functional to have the desk in a location that supports focus and productivity without unnecessary interference. • Coffee Cup and Saucer Mismatch: The coffee cup provided has a round base, while the saucer has a square design that does not accommodate the cup securely. This mismatch not only affects usability but also detracts from the overall attention to detail expected at this level of hospitality. • Bathroom Dustbin Design: The dustbin in the bathroom does not have a foot pedal for hands-free operation. Guests are required to bend down and lift the lid manually, which is inconvenient and unhygienic. A foot-pedal bin would be a more user-friendly option. • Lack of Proper Kettle for Tea Drinkers: As tea drinkers, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine. The water has a noticeable coffee taste and smell, which affects the flavor of the tea. A small electric kettle in each room would be a simple but impactful addition to cater to all beverage preferences. Die Lage ist großartig. Ich war jedoch auf das Tauchen im Bad, aber es gab keine Badezimmer im Zimmer. Als ich das Zimmer reservierte, hat es eines der Zimmerbilder. Ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht.
