I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Love this hotel. The service is top notch. The hotel is modern and high tech. Special call out to Andrew, the concierge, for his excellent recommendations and hospitality. Pro tip - speak to Andrew in the morning and let him provide you with where to go and what to eat. Your day will definitely be filled with activities and great vibes!

Das ist ein bisschen unzufrieden. Das andere Zimmer ist nicht Daison. Auch der Pool ist Daison. Das Zimmer ist schnell ausgetauscht. Der Geschmack der Pflege ist schlecht. Die Bar im ersten Stock ist besonders gut.

Warm home is the highlight of our trip in Vancouver! It was very clean, tidy and well organized and I can get info from the host whenever I need it, we felt like home when I stepped into the house! Me and my friend stayed in two separate rooms in the guest house and we shared bath together, for our convenience the host even arranged us to share same bath together and we were the only two guests in the house!!! Thanks for the flexibility kindness:) the kitchen is also very cozy and they have basically everything we need to have a simple breakfast at home and even we can also make something fancy too bc the set up is pretty good. Other than that, the host did our a big favor to let us storage our 3 giant suitcase in the house for almost a month bc we had a trip to another city, what a lovely stay there, I miss everything already. I highly recommend everyone to stay in the warm home! It is close to everything and easy to take bus to visit the city:) also we enjoyed privacy and quietness in a very nice neighborhood:) I didn’t take many pictures but it’s the one of my room in the loft, cozyyyyy, I love it a lot:) I will definitely choose here for my next trip to Vancouver:)

Es war unser erster Besuch in Vancouver, um unsere Kinder zu sehen, und die Taxifahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel dauerte nur 20 Minuten. Der Aufenthalt war auch sehr angenehm. Ein Hotel, das ich Freunden empfehlen würde.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, sauber und einfach zu erreichen in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bushalte. Es ist ziemlich bequem zu bleiben und der Ort ist sehr neu und bietet alle genannten Einrichtungen. Ich würde hier für das zweite Mal bleiben, wenn ich wieder Vancouver besuchen. Sicherer Platz für Frauen einzeln. Wirklich empfehlen. Ich hatte eine glückliche Zeit hier zu bleiben.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel viele Male geblieben, und es ist wirklich einer unserer Lieblingsplätze zu bleiben. Das Hotel ist immer sauber, das Personal ist konsequent freundlich und willkommen, und die Zimmer sind geräumig und komfortabel. Die Lage ist hervorragend! Es ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Bahnhof, es macht es sehr bequem, während immer noch ruhig und ruhig. Wir lieben auch ein Badezimmer im Zimmer, was es so einfach zu entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Wir haben immer einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und werden sicher wieder zurück sein!

Wir haben dieses Hotel hundert Mal durchgemacht und wir haben endlich 2 Nächte verbracht, um unser 45. Jahrestag dort zu feiern.Der Service war ausgezeichnet, viele coole Charaktere überall in der Innenstadt und Sie haben den wahren Schlüssel zu Ihrem Zimmer.Die Parkgarage war gut beleuchtet und safe.we wird wieder in diesem Sommer 👍❤️❤️❤️👍

I really enjoyed my stay at Blueberry Grove Retreat! The place was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I felt relaxed and at home during my stay. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the property. It was a lovely place to come back to and rest after a long day. I’m very happy that I chose to stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver. If I come back to Vancouver in the future, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Freunde, die dieses Fünf-Sterne-Hotel wählen, sollten ihre Kreditkarte für kartenlose Transaktionen sperren, sonst zieht das Hotel von Zeit zu Zeit willkürlich Geld ab. Haha, ich habe beim Einchecken eine Kaution von 300 bezahlt, und in der Nacht des Check-ins haben sie um 4 Uhr morgens über 480 kanadische Dollar abgezogen, ohne den Kunden zu informieren. Beim Auschecken sagte mir der Hotelmanager, dass auf der Rechnung keine Gebühr sei und ich sie bezahlen müsse. Infolgedessen erhielt ich bei meiner Ankunft am Flughafen eine Banknachricht und das Hotel zog eigenmächtig 13 kanadische Dollar ab. Ich hatte die Tür ein paar Minuten lang nicht abgeschlossen und sie haben mir Geld abgezogen. Es ist wirklich unglaublich.
