Really nice location nice rooms little outdated but very comfortable service was amazing great location. The only thing that we were kind of bummed about is the pool was outside and it was closed. That was why we rented it in the first place, but overall great experience.

Furniture was a little worn. Clean though. Close to Bass Pro, Hobby Lobby & Mardel. Several fast food and restaurants close by. We did not eat the breakfast, since a convention was going on that we were not aware of. We would stay again if we are in the Independence area.

Boonville is an historic town with many homes listed on the National Register of Historic Homes. Boonville is home to Katy Trail great for biking walking and moral hunting. We have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. You will surely enjoy your stay at the Days Inn and Historic Boonville.

Das Hotel befindet sich im Bau und der Lärm war extrem laut. Die diensthabende Managerin war abfällig, bevor sie auflegte. Nur damit sie zurückruft und einen Essenspreis anbietet. Beim Auschecken wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir zurück ins ****** müssen, um unsere Essenskompensation zu erhalten. Nachdem wir den ganzen Weg zurück in die ****** gegangen waren, um unsere Karten zu holen, dann ins Restaurant zu gehen und nichts zu essen, stand auf den Karten und nichts wurde kompensiert. Meine Frau und ich haben gespart, um unseren 20. Hochzeitstag zu feiern, und wir entschieden uns, es dort zu verbringen, nur um eine sehr unbefriedigende Erfahrung zu machen. Wir konnten uns nicht einmal in unseren eigenen Zimmern reden hören. Dann vom Management so behandelt zu werden, machte dies einfach völlig inakzeptabel.

NnambismeriFreundliche und hilfsbereite Front Desk. Komfortable Zimmer auf der oberen Etage. Große komfortable gemeinsame Lounge und Spielbereich, wenn für eine Gruppe gewünscht. günstige Lage für Universitäten und Bahnhof oder Stadtausstattung mit Auto oder Spaziergang. Leider gibt es keine Parkplätze vor Ort, aber Sie können sich beraten, wo in der Stadt zu parken.

GGastnutzerFinding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the strip. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

GGastnutzerTwo of the main things I looked for when booking was a pool and free parking. The pool was indoors which was fine. Was surprised to see how small it was and was a big let down that it was so freezing we couldn’t enjoy it at all. So it was a let down that one of the main reasons I booked here we didn’t get to use the pool. This place does have newer furniture in its rooms but the floor throughout and the furniture it the lobby is just stained up and dingy. The signs on 1st floor for ice machine/vending are wrong. Asked a rude house keeper that was upset bc I guess I interrupted her cleaning. She had told me it was around the corner…. The out of order machine was on the other side of the building. I finally found me an ice machine on next floor. The people at the front desk are very nice and courteous. Really nice. But wish they had explained more on their parking so that I didn’t end up with a ticket each day I was there. So they have no free parking lots at the moment. You either have to park in their drop off zone are a section of street parking on the side. The other lots available you have to pay per day. Due to this I found a spot on the side (side street parking as they suggested) and I didn’t move my car. I kept it there the entire time and walked everywhere I needed to go. Well when I went to leave I had parking tickets racked up for several days. I went in and asked them if that was there parking as told previously and they said yes. I told them about the tickets and they said it was managed by the city and u have to back in or get a ticket. That would be nice to know when you offer that as a parking suggestion. I go out to lot to see if there was a sign. There was a sign many spots down that in the direction I was coming from wouldn’t have seen. I also looked all almost every vehicle was parked wrong way so obviously they weren’t told or didn’t see sign either. I started warning those I could. $30 a day ticket city it making a lot of money of that small parking section from out of towners etc that don’t know ST Louis parking laws …. The hotel won’t warn u of this and they know. Besides these couple things everything else was good.

I did have a mishap in that housekeeping cleaned the room but didn't make the beds. I had to leave to get to my performance venue about an hour after checking in, so I went to tell the front desk. The receptionist was very accommodating in getting someone up to my room ASAP, and they were made when I later returned. Thanks!
Also, I think one of the elevators isn't working, so you might have to wait a little longer. Had I stayed longer, I would have found the stairs.

GGastnutzerDisappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking
I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable.
To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage.
The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway.
My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance.
While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests.
I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

RReedPEine absolut tolle Lage, die direkt über die Straße vom neuen St. Louis Fußballstadion liegt, ist es zwei Blöcke zu Fuß vom Stadtmarkt Union Stationsbereich entfernt. Es ist einfach nur von I64 zugänglich.
Das Bett war komfortabel, das Badezimmer war sauber und ziemlich gut gelagert. Und die eine Seite wäre die im Zimmer Kühlschrank. Es war sehr klein und hatte keinen Kühlschrank, der je nach dem Besucher sie vielleicht oder vielleicht nicht benötigen. Ich komme von weit genug und mit Kindern, die ich benötigt habe, um Gefrierpackungen für Snacks zu frischen.
Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ok. Es war geschrotet Eier oder geschrotet Eier mit Käse plus Sauce. Einen Morgen war es eine Auswahl von Türkei, Sausage-Patten oder Schweine Sausage-Patten, während am nächsten Tag eine Auswahl von Schweine sausage-Links oder Hühner sausage-Links. Links. Plus hatten sie das Standardbrett, Englisch Muffin, Bagel, Muffin, Obst. Der Nebensitz wäre der Mangel an Waffelmacher. Ich weiß nicht, warum das einen Unterschied macht, weil ich nicht wirklich Waffeln essen. Aber mein Kind liebt Waffeln und liebt es, sie zu machen. Und anstatt einen Waffelmacher zu haben, hatten sie eine heiße Platte mit vorgefertigten gefrierten Waffeln, die sie für alle vorhitzt hatten. Oh ja in meinen Bildern sehen Sie ein Bild von meiner Kindermilch. Es war nicht abgelaufen, aber die Anzeige war auf ihm und es gab mir eine ziemlich Angst, als ich es sah.
Und je nach Plan und dem, was ich in der Nähe sein muss, wenn ich es brauche, werde ich definitiv wieder hier mit meiner Familie bleiben. Die Gegend war sicher, sauber, und ich vergaß den lustigsten Teil ... direkt über die Straße vom FBI. LOL 😂🚓🚔

GGastnutzerWe seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel.
Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited.
The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

GGastnutzerZuerst die positiven - das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück war ok. Jetzt der Rest davon. Mein Zimmer war nicht ganz die Zeit, als ich da war. Offensichtlich, auch wenn Sie Ihr Bett gemacht wollen, müssen Sie es jeden Tag beantragen. Es war auf einem der vielen Papierstücke, die sie mir gegeben haben und ich verpasste es - mein schlechtes. Jetzt reden wir über die Zimmer. Das war eines der schlimmsten Zimmer, die ich jemals hatte. Ich hatte ein Königszimmer reserviert und als ich ankam, wurde mir gesagt, ich sei auf eine Königssuite aufgerüstet. Sie setzten mich in ein Königsgeschütztes Zimmer. Es hatte ein Badezimmer, ein Bett, 2 Nachtstufen, ein Kleidungsschrank und einen Stuhl. Es gab kein Tisch und es gab kein Schreibtisch. Ich musste arbeiten, während ich da war und hatte keinen Platz, um meinen Computer zu setzen. Die Notwendigkeit ist die Mutter der Erfindung, so habe ich endlich meinen Computer auf dem Schienenbrett setzen, die ich neben dem einzigen Stuhl im Zimmer gesetzt. Über die Arbeit sprachen wir über das Internet, das ich dort war, alle Tage runter. Zusätzlich arbeitete mindestens einer der Aufzüge nicht jeden Tag. Ich habe den Pool verwendet und es war sehr unbehaglich. Es schien, als wäre es in den letzten Jahrzehnten nicht aktualisiert worden, und die meisten der Fliesen Trim fehlten. Die ”Strandhandschuhe”, die sie lieferten, waren mehr wie Handschuhe.
Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht an jemanden - immer wieder. Bleib weg - weit weg.
