Das Hotelpersonal und der Manager sowie das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum waren sehr höflich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben eine Reise ermöglicht, die uns in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Einziges Manko war, dass in den Zimmern geraucht werden durfte. Obwohl es mit Ozon gereinigt wurde, blieb der Geruch dauerhaft. Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum der Stadt, die Lage ist hervorragend, die Umgebung ist schön, Einkaufen und die Ernährung ist sehr bequem. Das Personal ist ehrlich.
