Sehr zufrieden, Zimmer 2811 (Zimmer 11/12 haben die beste Aussicht), großes Fenster und Bad direkt mit Blick auf den Palast der Kultur und Wissenschaft, kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel. Der Pool und Fitnessraum im 43. Stock sind großartig, das Frühstücksbuffet im Erdgeschoss ist reichhaltig mit frisch gepresstem Saft. Sie senden auch ein Video über das römische Polen.

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Die Lage ist perfekt, da es ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, des Wissenschafts- und Kulturpalastes und eines großen Einkaufszentrums liegt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und der Saal ist geräumig, ideal für ein gemütliches Essen.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Oldtown und ist schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und das Personal ist sehr professionell. Das einzige, was ist, ist die Zimmer sind groß, aber schrecklich gestaltet- Sie müssen zum Sofa gehen, um das TV zu sehen und das Gesamt-Layout des Zimmers ist kein konventionelles Hotel. Das Hotel hat außerdem einen alten Boutique-Charm.

Ein Business-Hotel, ein erstklassiges Restaurant, nahe am Flughafen, gute Anbindung an das Zentrum und den Bahnhof. Standardzimmer, kleines, bequemes Bett. Bitte beachten Sie das Glasbad, d.h. zwischen Zimmer und Bad befindet sich Glas statt einer Wand😁 leckeres Frühstück. Ein Hotel, das eine Rückkehr wert ist👍👍👍👍

Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Barceló Warsaw. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell, machte die Eincheckung und den gesamten Aufenthalt reibungslos und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was für einen entspannenden Besuch erforderlich war. Die Lage ist bequem, mit leichtem Zugang zum öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und nahe gelegenen Attraktionen. Insgesamt ist es eine große Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Warschau, und ich würde glücklich zurückkehren.

Das Zimmer war hell und sauber, mit bequemer Bettwäsche, einem Schreibtisch, einer Lampe und einem Wasserkocher. Kostenloses Trinkwasser stand auf jeder Etage zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer hatte Heizkörper. Das Hotel war günstig gelegen, die Altstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und preiswert. Einziger Nachteil: Es gab keinen Fitnessraum.

Die Lage ist prefekt Wenn Sie mit Flixbus n in der westlichen Station reisen. Wir haben ein kleines, aber ruhiges Zimmer, so weit ziemlich gut, können Sie um den Haartrockner in der Rezeption bitten. Ein wenig entfernt, um das Stadtzentrum zu gehen, müssen Sie den Taxi oder Bus zu fangen

This hotel’s reception personnel requires intense training on customer service - their body language, men’s grooming and dress code, polite phrasal verbs in both Polish and English require enormous improvement! Zero-smile attitude is surprising! Small and polite complaint given to Ms Weronika was received with irritation, tension and disgust during the check-in. Hotel did not responded to my inquiry week earlier. Then my kind request on air-con room display - repeated twice - was never responded by reception. Nevertheless - Ukraininan/Bielarussian cleaning people are charming and super kind! The room air conditioning is killer! No matter my setups, the temperature drops down to +16C in the night and I was sleeping all 3 nights with my head covered with sheets. When you are away during the day - expect you are coming to fridge-like room also! Crazy, crazy! Room design is contemporary, simple, brand-new and sound-proof windows - amazing! The hotel general interior design is  comfy and relaxing. Really good. The most confusing factor at this hotel for many guests (as I observed) is the hotel taxi bay - hidden behind the hotel - with zero signage - so 90% of taxi drivers await on main streets (the hotel has corner position) - causing total irritation and confuse among tourists/guests. The hotel has bad luck that 2 street crossing received unpronounceable names: Żwirki i Wigury and Komitetu Obrony Robotników. The hotel MUST improve its navigation system as personnel skills!
