Er erfüllt nicht die Erwartungen von Belmond. 1. Das Essen ist durchschnittlich, das gleiche, was wir in einem kleinen Dorf hatten, ändern Sie einen Koch, nicht schmeckt überhaupt. 2. Auf einem Frühstücksbett Bringt immer Obst und nach 5 Minuten fragen, ob ich sie benötigen. Warum auf der Erde sollte ich in 5 Minuten Obst essen? Und warum brauchen Sie es? Qualität und Vielfalt des Frühstücks ist nicht schön alle Tage hatten wir keine frische Blütenblüten. In meinem Heimatland habe ich Blumenblüten aus Peru und es ist frisch. Wie ist es möglich? 3. Willkommen ist nicht in Belmond-Stil: kein Champagner oder gute Schokolade. 4. Ein Tag fragten wir, das Zimmer vor 12, sie taten, wir kamen und ich war sicher, dass wir allein im Zimmer sind. Als ich nackt war, sah ich einen Gartener in unserer privaten Terrasse. Er sah mich auch. Wie ist es möglich, dass er unsere Terrasse eintrat, als ich im Zimmer war????? Mit keinem Klopfen und Schlag???? 5. Alpacas Futter ist auch Müll: Alle Menschen aus dem Hotel kommen, Sie werden nie schöne Bilder wie auf Instagram. Warum nicht durch Bestellung? Wir hatten viele Erfahrungen mit Tieren in verschiedenen Ländern , das ist das schlimmste. 6. Die Dinge sind nicht gut ausgebildet, die Kommunikation ist super künstlich. Der Ort ist schön, aber das ist es. Schlimmste Belmond, zu dem wir gewesen sind. Führen Sie das Monasterio Belmond über gute Erfahrung und Top-Noch-Service.

I arrived in the hotel found that the bath tub doesn’t have stopper so asked them to provide stopper but was given a day later and there is no hand wash provided. No soap provided on my last day. Also the hotel staff asked me to pay additional $55.00 as they don’t seem to have record of my arrival to Peru and I have come illegally to Peru.. I have to argue about it and finally they found my arrival details. Breakfast is fantastic and cleanliness is good as well.. Apart from minor issues it is good..near to all amenities .

К сожалению я не довольна отелем. Первое - здесь нет отопления, ни одной батареи. На третий день пребывания я заболела из-за холода. Почитав отзывы, я поняла что можно попросить обогреватель, что я и сделала. Второе - слышимость действительно сильная. Огромные щели в дверях номера. Слышно абсолютно всё - как люди приходят и уходят, смотрят телевизор , разговаривают и тд. Я часто просыпалась среди ночи, когда люди уезжали на экскурсии и хлопали дверью . Третье - очень скудный завтрак! Буквально две булки на человека, немного масла, сыр и колбаса, джем и на маленьком блюдце подают скрембл , по напиткам чай, кофе и это весь завтрак . Также у меня возникла проблема с завтраками для экскурсий. Я просила приготовить их для меня , но никто этого не сделал. У меня было две экскурсии и получается за два завтрака я просто выбросила деньги на ветер. Четвертое - за 5 дней моего пребывания НИ РАЗУ не было уборки в номере, хотя я читала , что уборка ежедневная. На 4 день я спросила почему в моем номере не убирают и мне сказали, что я должна была отдать ключ от номера и тогда они бы убрались. Но мне конечно же о таких условиях никто не сказал :) Ну и последнее , женщина , которая готовит завтраки , как мне показалось, не взлюбила меня из-за того что я не говорю по испански. При этом я видела что она была милой с другими гостями. Я бы не советовала этот отель!

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Cleaning lady friendly and helpful. Owners who normally run the place out of town. Hotel is about 10 minute walk to town. Most of the road to plaza is paved. I ate at a very good restaurant in plaza. Almost all the restaurants offer excellent views and vegetarian options. The hotel has glorious views from the rooftop where they serve breakfast daily. There is coffee available or hot water 24x7. The area is quite except for cows mooing. Internet excellent. Hot shower excellent. Eggs made to order for breakfast. Google translate needed at hotel + in town. Wish all hotels offered filtered water. This would reduce the daily purchase of plastic bottled water. I enjoyed my stay.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

Eine wirklich angenehme Überraschung! Das Zimmer war gut aufgeteilt, sauber und geruchsfrei. Das Personal war freundlich und geduldig, und die Lage war ideal. Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Hotel besticht durch ein elegantes und ruhiges Ambiente mit moderner und stilvoller Einrichtung. Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und bot ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen!

Nach unserer Machu Picchu-Tour haben wir sofort wieder hier übernachtet. Wir wurden genauso herzlich empfangen und betreut. Besonders angenehm war, dass wir immer heißes Wasser im Zimmer hatten, da wir gerne Tee trinken und dieser unseren trockenen, juckenden Hals, der durch die Höhe verursacht wird, lindert. Das Frühstück war köstlich und das Bett sehr bequem! Absolut empfehlenswert!

If you enjoy some quiet from the bustling city center, this place was perfect. Located 15 mins walk from the city center (it doesn’t feel that far honestly), the photos of the hotel are as shown in the pictures provided. The place is really clean and cosy. Giara liaises with the guests ensuring every need is covered. She and the team have been so lovely and helpful throughout. They do prepare packed breakfast for whenever we had to leave early for our tours. Absolutely enjoyed our time at the stay

Amazing hosts, they kind, friendly and helpful! Hotel located in the beautiful place close to our geological sites, not far from a city centre. Rooms are very nice and clean. Coca leaves and coca leaves are offered to help with altitude. Hotel provides very delicious breakfast and snacks if you are leaving hotel early in the morning for excursions. If we’re back to Cusco we definitely want to book this place again! We highly recommend this beautiful hotel!
