Overall the stay was great in a great location. However they don't provide toiletries, so you have to bring your own or buy from the supermarket. The room is no air conditioning in the room so if it gets hot you can only depend on opening the balcony door, and there is an old style wall heater.

We had been advised by a relative that this hotel on the beach was worth staying at. We had a deluxe room up on the hill across the main road so we were not actually on the beach. However the view of the ocean was fantastic particularly in the stormy weather. Due to the weather we had to drive down to the restaurant for breakfast. Restaurant fully booked out by tour groups for dinner but the tavern about 1.5km down the road saw us right for a meal. The complex seemed to have several different standards of rooms and I think ours was the best.

Location was decent for a small town, with a mini mart nearby and several dining options around. The staff were very nice and friendly. One of my family members wasn’t sure how to use the heated blanket, so they didn’t take it out, which made it look like the room wasn’t used. The next day, the staff actually called to check if we were okay, as they were concerned we might have caught a cold from not using the heated blanket. I thought that was a really thoughtful gesture.

Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, wie alle Zimmer im Hostel, es gibt Heizung, das Bett ist komfortabel, Unterwäsche ist sauber, es gibt Handtücher, alles ist sehr komfortabel! Die allgemeine Dusche und die Küche ist sauber! Die geräumige Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was notwendig ist, ich mag es sehr! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und freundlich. Es gibt eine Menge Parkplätze. Ich bin froh, hier wieder zu stoppen!

Das Hotel scheint neu und alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Es gab auch eine nette kleine Küche und ein Badezimmer, die wir nicht die Zeit gefunden haben, zu verwenden. Wir fahren zum Fox Glacier Walk und zum Lake Matheson Trail, die etwa eine halbe Stunde entfernt war. Es gab Supermärkte in der Nähe, wenn man in den Restaurants kochen oder essen wollte.

Room was excellent - clean and tidy and well stocked. Hotel is located slightly out of main town but still on the main road. We had a meal at the restaurant and it was very nice but there was a long wait for the food - 50 minutes from ordering.

Got in late and left early. Met by the very friendly owner and shown to my room and the features were well explained. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and the bed very comfortable. In spite of the motel being on the main road and me being in the room closest to the road I noticed little or no traffic noise.
