Die Anweisungen für den Schlüssel und den Zugang zur Einheit waren klar und einfach. Sie lieferten genügend Informationen einschließlich, wo zu parken, was sehr bequem war. Die Einheit ist akzeptabel, aber die Teppich und Sofa wurden verwendet und Sie können Farben über sie sehen. Handtücher und grundlegende Toiletten wie Zahnbürste und Zahnpasta sind vorhanden. Es gibt auch einen Wasserdispenser, Küchengeräte, für Grundküche Bedürfnisse. Insgesamt ist die Lage gut und kommt mit einer unglaublichen Sonnenunterkunft.

Nettes Aufenthalt und die Lage sehr strategische. Allerdings gibt es Stromausfall für eine Weile während der späten Nacht, aber es gibt Notlicht im Zimmer.

Booked the hotel last minute and access was possible therefore much appreciated. The living is indeed large and spacious as photographed. However, suprising that the main bedroom was the twin room whilst the 2nd bedroom with double bed tucked into a corner with single side access. All beddings were clean and fresh. However, there is only 1 bathroom worth pointing out if this is missed out. The unit is smoke free so great for those like us who hates smell of smoke. To further add, the shower trays and bidet holder could all have been properly repaired or renewed and hope future guests can enjoy better.

Ich habe zum ersten Mal ein Hotel in Kelantan gebucht und es war wirklich toll. Das Zimmer ist hervorragend. Der Swimmingpool und das Café waren großartig. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen und natürlich auch lokale Spezialitäten wie Nasi Kerabu und Kuih Muih. Nur der Parkplatz war nicht groß genug, und wir bekamen nur ein Zimmer. Das Hotel verbindet modernen Luxus mit reichhaltigen malaiischen Kulturelementen und bietet ein einzigartiges Erlebnis. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet und eignen sich sowohl für Geschäfts- als auch für Urlaubsreisende.

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert. Das Zimmer ist geräumig mit neuen Ausstattung. Ich konnte Holzgerüche stinken, wenn ich ins Zimmer eintrat. Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Smart-TV, runden Tisch mit komfortablen Stühlen, Kessel, Mini-Kühlschrank und Kaffee- und Teezubehör ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Viele Wahlen zu wählen und am wichtigsten, alle Lebensmittel geschmackvoll! Würde in Zukunft wieder bleiben.

I had a great stay at ibis KB. The hotel has a modern, stylish, and energetic atmosphere, with a fun design that feels different from a typical hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the overall room setup was practical. I also enjoyed the hotel’s lively common areas and relaxed vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is also convenient for exploring Putrajaya and the surrounding area. Overall, its a great choice if you’re looking for a modern, comfortable hotel with a youthful and vibrant atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Had an stay, everything was comfortable from the pillow to the mattress. Only issue would be how my tap didnt have water coming out . Pretty sure they would settle the matter immediately if i told them but i was too busy to complain on anything, overall i would consider on repeating my stay at this Hotel. P/S the swimming pool water looked dirty/cloudy/yellowish. The smell of chlorine wasnt strong enough. The water wasnt clear. Should i be worried?
