Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einem erstaunlichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sie haben auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle alle 30 Minuten zu ihrem eigenen Strandclub mit einem tollen Restaurant und einem sehr schönen Strand. Kommen Sie sicher zurück.

Ended up staying here for a night while on a trip with my wife for a best friends wedding but Amazing service I could not be more satisfied from start to finish even after. Bags were taken in from the beginning straight to our room after check in. Room was clean and with a gorgeous view of the city. Felt welcomed our whole stay. We went down to the pool and towels were easily accessible and great area to swim in and relax. We then decided to have dinner down by the pool which was delicious and service was great. Server was very attentive and polite. At this point I wish we had more time to stay another night. Then ended the night relaxing in bed when we still craved refreshments from dinner and room service was fast. While getting ready to leave the next morning I noticed I left my iPad in the room and when I reached out to a manager through email (Carlos Sosa Navarrete) since calling wasn’t working for me he was really helpful and was able to send a taxi to deliver my iPad to the airport. He was so responsive through email. Honestly best experience I’ve had compared to back home. Don’t have nothing negative to say besides we wish we could’ve stayed longer. I never leave reviews but this place was a must and wasn’t missing an opportunity to let others know of this amazing spot.

really liked the hotel itself but staff were a little overbearing, particularly male staff asking if I was by myself and if I had a boyfriend as a young female solo traveller… not cool. Also, at one point staff just walked into my room without knocking and then didn’t even apologize! Just asked if it was only me in the room and walked back out! That was crazy to me. Otherwise, pool was lovely, gardens very nice, and I like the beach club down the road

Am Abend des Abends traf ich einen großen Wind auf der Straße nach Mexiko City und wandte zwei große Lkw um. Ich hatte Glück, dieses Hotel im Westen zu treffen. Es war sauber und sauber. Es war sehr komfortabel. Die Schlüsselrezeption ist noch sehr schön. Enthusiastisch und elegant. Ich mag diese Art von Frau. Ich hoffe, sie mag mich auch. Nicht mit mir schlafen 😂 Es ist auch ein guter Abendessensbiff.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel! Die Zimmer und der Service sind hervorragend! Es kombiniert alles, was Sie für einen unglaublichen Aufenthalt in Puerto Escondido benötigen! Wenn wir nach P.E. gehen, müssen wir einfach dort bleiben! Sie sehen uns bald wieder mein liebes Hotel Santa Fe.

El personal es muy amable!!
Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias!!
Nosotras elegimos el desayuno incluido y estaba deliciosa la comida.
Sin duda regresaría al hotel!!
Ahí mismo encuentras tours para conocer las baías, las cascadas entre otras cosas, todo es muy accesible!!
Fue un viaje de amigas que disfrutamos mucho!!

GGastnutzerTodo estuvo bien excepto que yo reserve y pagué una habitación con cama grande y me dieron primero una habitacion con dos camas dobles, a lo que por supuesto reclamé y me dijeron que se sobrevendieron las habitaciones por eso me daban una con 2 camas dobles sin costo extra, yo les dije que era muy incomodo porque solo eramos mi esposo y yo y no dormiriamos en una cama chica pues yo reserve cama grande para nuestro dedcanzo, total que me rehubicaron a otra habitacion estandar con solo una cama normal que para nada era cama grande como yo reserve, la verdad me sentí estafada, no fué lo que yo pagué y no era mi culpa que ellos sobrevendieran las habitaciones, además que yo llegué 2 min antes de las 3 de la tarde, hora en que inicia el check in y me dijeron que ya todas estaban ocupadas, lo cual no creí, ademas, el hotel estaba medio vacío

GGastnutzerWir besuchten Oaxaca City im September 2025 und blieben eine Woche in La Catrina de Alcalá. Wir hatten ein Königszimmer hinten im Gebäude. Das Zimmer war groß mit viel Zimmer, um alle unsere Artikel zu lagern (Kleidung, Toiletten, Backpacks, Umbrüllen, etc.) und war sehr ruhig. Das Bett war komfortabel und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Das mitgelieferte Frühstück war kontinental, so bestellten wir das Menü ein paar Mal aus. Alles Essen war lecker und frisch. Ich genoß vor allem die Hühner Mol Tamale. Schließlich war die Lage perfekt! Das Hotel liegt auf einer Fußgängerstraße im Herzen der Stadt. Wir konnten überall gehen! Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv empfehlen und werden auf unsere nächste Reise nach Oaxaca City zurückkehren.

HHugh057On the whole it was a good experience. However I have been to this hotel several times but this time the food and restaurant service really disappointed me. The beach restaurant was not coping and in two separate occasions I had to wait over 1 hour to get served. They delivered the food as it came out of the kitchen and everyone had their meals at different times. On the second occasion, I waited for an hour and a half to get served very expensive lettuce with some fish. Even though the restaurant was almost empty. The staff should be honest and tell people they cannot cope for whatever reason and let customers go somewhere else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders when I raised my request of food. Perhaps this is the time to look for other hotels in the area.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Santa Cruz, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand. Es ist von Café, Restaurants und lokalen Geschäften umgeben. Das Hotelpersonal ist trotz unseres begrenzten Spanisch sehr freundlich und hilfreich - sie werden versuchen, Ihre Bedürfnisse zu befriedigen und Ihre Fragen zu beantworten. Es kostet etwa 40 - 50 pesos nach Stadtzentrum (Sie können auch zu Fuß wählen, aber wir finden es zu heiß für uns). Wir persönlich finden, dass die Gegend sehr sicher und angenehm ist - im Gegensatz zu anderen größeren Tourismusstadt, sind die Verkäufer weniger bewegend und sehr respektvoll und geben Ihnen Platz zum Shop.

GGastnutzerWe arrived for one night after a long day. We were tired and room had to be changed due to at end first floor near road.
Entertainment kept us up but did end by 11 pm
Food was not great since we don’t like ioriental.
Breakfast was ok but all good cold.
Reservation was all inclusive
Invoice said dinner Feb 10
Breakfast and lunch Feb 11.
We missed lunch due to check out at 1 pm. Should not be on ********* invoice that way
Sorry wouldn’t advise others of this place or come back

GGastnutzerSchöner kleiner Ort, es gab nichts zu brechen, aber auch nichts wirklich verblüffen mich weg. Es hat eine Art von Supermarkt Hostel vibe. Es ist sauber, schöner Service aber die Bildschirmtür zu meinem Zimmer fiel aus, aber sie fixierten es sofort. Es gab eine ganze Wasserkühler Flasche Trinkwasser, aber die Gegenleistung, es zu verwenden, war etwas seltsam. Die Aussicht aus meinem Zimmer war erstaunlich, aber der ganze Ort war nur ein wenig müde. Liebe Leute aber und es fühlte sich sehr sicher.

WIFI was spotty, breakfast was not great, but good enough to start the day off with.
They need to do some basic maintenance in bathrooms, toilet handle inside tank and shower-head had a-lot of calcium buildup that could be fixed with replacement or vinegar and baking soda.
