I recently stayed at Dali plaza and had a mixed experience. I booked a room with a city view online, but upon arrival, I was given a room without the promised view. It was disappointing to not get what I expected, especially on the first night. Fortunately, the hotel corrected the issue for the second night, and I finally got the room with the city view I had booked. While I appreciate the resolution, it would have been better if I had received the correct room from the start.

Dos de de las lámparas no funcionaban, la puerta del baño no cerraba y quisiera agregar lo más desagradable, hay un ruido intenso que empieza desde las 6:00am es un elevador en particular. Fueron solo dos noches sin embargo nada agradable para poder descansar y dormir bien . Sinceramente no volvería.

Great central hotel just a few mins walk from the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms. Lovely bar.

Das Hotel ist im allgemeinen noch in der Lage, das Essen ist sehr lecker, aber das Gemüse ist etwas alt und das Bad ist warm; die geografische Lage ist überlegen, aber der Verkehr ist sehr belastet.

Hallo, 3 Dinge zu verbessern: -Großere Flaschen Wasser im Zimmer oder 2 weitere Flaschen. - Schnellere Zimmerservice und Barservice. - Besseres Blitz in der Poolzone. Schöne Einrichtungen und das Personal ist sehr nett. Danke.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño es amplio, cuenta con amenidades y agua caliente. Me gustó el servicio de cafetería 24 hrs. que incluye la estadía, el desayuno es simple pero estaba bien. Solo como punto negativo es que elegí este hotel por estar cerca del estadio Akron pero no es accesible caminando, caminando no está accesible a nada, ni siquiera el oxxo que esta cruzando la avenida.

Overall it was a great experience, the location was gold, very walkable and close to lots of cute cafes, restaurants and Avenida Chapultepec. The bed was really comfortable and the shower pressure was great. I loved that they had a sauna and pool, but the pool was a bit dirty one of the days I was there (though the day prior to that it was clean). The staff was incredibly helpful and the food was ok, thought a bit pricey. The ac worked wonderfully. I could see myself returning!

Großes Hotel, gute Lage. Grundstücke sind gut gepflegt, Zimmer sind geräumig genug. Betten könnte ein wenig Arbeit sein (uns hatte eine bemerkenswerte Zentrum Sag) aber nur eine geringfügige Unannehmlichkeit. Dieses Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und der Marine, jeweils 10 Gehminuten.
