It’s my third time for me in Ibis-Amman, the Location is excellent, the stuff were friendly and helpful. Some room maintenance maybe necessary. Cleanliness was very good. I recommend it

A warm welcome to this modern hotel. Location a bit far from attractions but many taxis outside. Our room was comfortable size with a big sliding door city view. Shower/toilet adequate and clean. The breakfast buffet was good with a big selection of foods and friendly service. We didn't use the Spa facilities. The gym is small but not well ventilated. Overall, a very enjoyable 3 night stay.

Есть своя парковка и услуга парковки авто персоналом.

Great location, but well below Hilton standards I stayed at Hilton Amman for two nights with my friend, and while the hotel has potential, the overall experience fell short of what I expect from the Hilton brand. Location: The property is in a nice, more upscale area of Amman — convenient and pleasant, with several hotels around. The check-in process was smooth even though we arrived very late (around 2 AM), which I appreciated. Room & Amenities: Unfortunately, the in-room experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, we realized there were no toothbrushes provided — something quite basic for a five-star hotel. We called to request them, and it took a long time before they arrived. When they finally did, only one toothbrush was brought, even though we clearly asked for two. It may seem minor, but after a long day of travel and checking in so late, it was inconvenient and left a poor first impression. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely weak throughout the stay — to the point that we couldn’t rely on it and had to use our mobile data instead. One of the power sockets near the TV wasn’t working, and the doors and fittings looked quite old and worn, giving the room a tired appearance that doesn’t reflect Hilton’s usual standard. Overall impression: Hilton is known for consistency, comfort, and attention to detail — qualities I unfortunately didn’t experience here. The location is a plus, but when basic amenities, Wi-Fi, and room maintenance are overlooked, it affects the entire stay. Would I stay again? Probably not. I would consider trying another Hilton brand in Amman, such as Signia or DoubleTree, or perhaps explore another hotel altogether.

Die Doppelzimmer der jungen Reisende, die im gleichen Stock mit vielen Toiletten und Schlafzimmern leben, sind sehr sauber. Die öffentliche Region ist groß, in mehrere Regionen getrennt, hat verschiedene kleine Dekorationen und sieht sehr süß und warm aus. Es sollte ursprünglich fünf Sternen loben, aber es war gestern immer noch zu Ende. Das Wasser ist auch gebraten, bevor es nicht gebadet wurde, kannst du noch mal waschen. Aber wenn das Wasser kommt, um es zu waschen, plötzlich ist es kein Wasser mehr, okay. Ich weiß nicht, dass es normal ist oder gestern Glück besonders schlecht ist.

Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr wenig Geschäfte. Das Bett war übergroß und zu weich. Es ist bequem, einen eigenen Parkplatz zu haben.
