Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung. Eine der besten Dinge darüber war die Lage. Es war sehr bequem und machte es einfach zu kommen, ob für Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen oder Orte zu essen. Alles, was ich brauchte, war nahe, und die Gegend fühlte sich lebendig und zugänglich, was die Reise viel mehr genießen konnte. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, als ich ankam, und es war klar, dass das Hotel gut für seine Einrichtungen sorgt. Das Bett war bequem, das Badezimmer war unbekannt und die gemeinsamen Bereiche wurden auch gut gepflegt. Ein sauberes und gemütliches Umfeld macht immer einen großen Unterschied, und es half mir sicherlich, sich während meines Aufenthalts bequem und entspannt zu fühlen. Das Personal war auch einer der Highlights. Jeder, mit dem ich gesprochen habe, war freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Sie waren froh, Fragen zu beantworten, Hilfe anzubieten und sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste sich willkommen fühlen. Ihre positive Einstellung hat eine warme Atmosphäre geschaffen und einen persönlichen Kontakt zu der gesamten Erfahrung hinzugefügt. Es ist immer schön, irgendwo zu bleiben, die einen guten Service wert, und das Personal hier hat wirklich dazu beigetragen, den Besuch reibungslos und angenehm zu machen. Ich habe auch die lokalen Empfehlungen der Mitarbeiter geschätzt. Sie schlugen nahe gelegene Restaurants, Cafés und Besuchsplätze vor, die mir helfen, mehr über die Umgebung zu erleben, über die üblichen touristischen Orte hinaus. Ihre Beratung war nützlich und zeigte, dass sie wirklich wollten, dass die Gäste nicht nur im Hotel, sondern auch in der Umgebung eine gute Zeit haben. Insgesamt empfehle ich dieses Hotel jedem, der einen komfortablen und bequemen Ort für einen Aufenthalt sucht. Mit seiner hervorragenden Lage, hohen Standards der Reinigung und freundlichem, hilfsbereitem Personal bietet es eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Ich würde sicherlich auch in Zukunft hier bleiben.

I feel a bit conflicted about this hotel because, considering the price, the experience did not fully meet expectations. Our room, number 32, was located directly above the reception area and was extremely noisy. We could hear noise from the reception, the breakfast room, the swimming pool, and the garden. It gave us the impression that better rooms may be reserved for returning guests, while first-time guests are given less desirable ones. The room looked clean at first glance, but it was only partially serviced: the bed was made, but we did not receive fresh towels and had to ask for them ourselves. Also, dust was all over the place and sand from the beach too. Breakfast was good, but the seating system was confusing. Seats are not assigned, yet guests are not allowed to sit at tables with numbers and can only sit at tables without numbers. It was never clearly explained and felt unnecessarily complicated. The swimming pool is very nice, but gardening work was carried out while people were sunbathing, which was quite annoying and not very relaxing. The shuttle to the beach is a nice service, and the beach itself is lovely. However, the restaurant there is extremely expensive so we recommend you eat elsewhere like we did. Overall, it is not a bad hotel, but for the price paid, I expected a better experience. It is not somewhere I would choose to return to.

Fabulous hotel at the top of Conero near Sirolo. We had a lovely room with Sea views. The alternative view on the other side of the hotel is just as good. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We dined at the restaurant twice and tasted the local wines which were excellent! The waiters were brilliant and helpful. Close by there are some walking trails which are great but be sure to have hiking shoes. The pool is large and accommodating and the bar and restaurant have fabulous views across Le Mache. The only downside is we didn't have access to an iron. We will likely return some day.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Leute an der Rezeption waren unglaublich freundlich. Es ist sehr nahe der Grotte di Frasassi, Sie können dort 5 Minuten lang durch die Straße runterfahren. Das Spa-Gebiet ist unglaublich, wertvoll 18 € es kostet. Meine einzige traurige Bemerkung ist die Qualität der Materie, die ein wenig veraltet war, eine Erneuerung würde sehr geschätzt werden, glaube ich. Ich würde noch zurückkommen und sicherstellen, dass das Frühstück und das Restaurant, Top-Qualität überprüft!

Buon Hotel 4* a 50mt dal mare. Ottima accoglienza sia check-in che -out, la ragazza in reception molto gentile, in bassa stagione più facile trovare parcheggio esterno gratuito, altrimenti chiedere posto auto interno (a pagamento). Al momento del soggiorno stavano ristrutturando le suites. Le camere sono di discrete dimensioni, il bagno un po'piccolo. Ottima la colazione. A fine maggio ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Located in a beautiful place, close to the city center and railway station. Breakfast is generous and there is all you need. Totally recommend it and will choose it again.

Obsługa wspaniała, czysto, super lokalizacja na wprost głównego dworca kolejowego w Ankonie, jedyne do czego mam zarzut to stare i nieświeże pieczywo na śniadanie, ale jestem naprawdę bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Pozdrawiam wspaniałe Panie z obsługi! Salutti !

Nice location, modern clean rooms. breakfast quite poor. 1 to service cause we discover they host party with dj and so on. if that happens when you stay forget about sleeping till late st night . hence 1 to service, an hotel where you cannot sleep is not an hotel. had dinner and was fair in quality snd price.

Really wonderful little hotel in Ancona. Super design, nice friendly welcome, wonderful food, great view over the port from the restaurant terrace, very easy to walk into town. Top notch!
