Hôtel bien situé, facile à trouver. Check in à l’islandaise : vous recevez le numéro de chambre et le code par mail. Chambre petite mais confortable. Restaurant très bon avec vue sur le lac. Le seul bémol : petit déjeuner jusqu’à 10h mais à 9h30 le personnel vide le buffet…dommage pour les lève tards.

We have a 1 night stay at Midgard Camp during our 9 days road trip in Iceland. It is our 2nd stop hotel of our trip. Though the room are not big, but it is comfortable, good and cosy enough for all. The family rooms comes with 1 double bed plus 1 bunk bed enough for all 4 of us. The whole place is very vibrant, friendly staff, nicely decorated and energetic yet peaceful and quiet for individual enjoyment. The whole place is very well maintained and It is very clean even the common toilet as I bathe there to avoid waiting for our private toilet to save some time. The common kitchen is for all guests and is well equipped. We cooked our hot meal as well as breakfast there. We can also enjoy the complementary coffee/tea from the hotel paid breakfast. Overall, We enjoy our stay there even though it is just 1 night. The location is easily found with the GPS, you wouldn't miss it. Highly recommended this place. Also, really appreciate the friendly staff giving us a round tour of the place explaining where are the common toilet, hot bathe tub, dryer for our swim wear should we use the hot bathe tub and sauna. This is indeed exceed our expectation actually. 10/10!

Absolutely fantastic location near the multiple active geysers. The included breakfast buffet at the Hotel Geysir is incredible with many choices and high quality food. This is a basic room but a good value considering alternatives and location.

Bei der Ankunft fanden wir, dass die Kaffeekoppen über dem Kühlschrank schmutzig waren... am Abend schüttete unsere Tür jedes Mal, wenn jemand in demselben Gebäude geschlossen war... etwas enttäuscht wegen dieser Dinge. Aber das Frühstück ist besser als erwartet.

We appreciated the one-mattress queen-size bed, something we found to be a rarity in our Iceland trip (the norm seemed to be two twin-beds slammed together, which just isn't the same thing. The staff was helpful and the facilities clean and well-maintained. The only negative was the fact that the hotel charged a separate fee to use the hot tub.

Die Hütte liegt auf einem Feld und die Schifffahrt ist nur 100 Meter entfernt. Als wir ankamen, war es fast früh am Morgen, sodass es schwierig war, den Eingang zu finden. Der Parkplatz ist etwas mehr als 10 Meter entfernt und alle Verbindungen sind Schotterstraßen. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel mit einer solchen öffentlichen Toilette gebucht habe. Die öffentliche Toilette fühlte sich sehr sauber an. Der Schlüssel wurde auf den Tisch in den öffentlichen Einrichtungen gelegt und wir fanden dort anhand der Karte unsere Hütte Nr. 10. Es gibt zwar Vorhänge in der Hütte, aber diese reichen nicht aus Das Dach ist transparent, so dass man die Sterne und das Polarlicht gut sehen kann. Es gibt genügend Heizung und einen Ventilator am Bett, aber ich brauche sie überhaupt nicht . Als ich morgens aufwachte, strahlte die Sonne und ich wurde nicht von der Sonne geweckt. Bleiben Sie während der Aurora-Saison für eine Nacht hier!

Das Hotel ist gut: 1. Zimmerraum groß (bestellen Sie zweimal einmal, wenn Sie aktualisiert werden) Gepäcktaschen können geöffnet werden 2. Neue und komfortable Zimmer renoviert 3. Parkplatz ist groß und bequem 4. Das Frühstück ist lecker, die Auswahl ist viel. 5. Es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe, kaufen Sie einfach 6. Die Mitarbeiter des Tao-Tang-Kämpfers sind sehr enthusiastisch. 7. Der Verkauf von Briefen und Erinnerungen ist billiger als außerhalb 8. Bitte helfen Sie dem Hotel, die Karten zu erledigen. 9. Die Dienstleistungen für die ultraviolette Erwachen 10. Der Gesamtwert des CP ist hoch und in Island ist es schwer zu werten.

Ein wenig kleiner Zimmer mit ziemlich beschädigter Dekoration, ohne Ort, wo sein Gepäck oder seine Schuhe/Kleidung anzubringen. Kein Zimmerservice. Komfortable Bettwäsche. Essenshall sehr nett mit 4-5 resto neben der Bar. Nettes Personal und sehr guter Kaffee.

25 min Fahrt von der nächsten Stadt, und müssen auf der Grabstraße fahren. Großer Ort, um das Nordlicht zu sehen, wie der Ort und die Umgebung so dunkel sind
