Nice hotel. Big room. Nice spa, only footbath broken. The building is old and needs a renovation. If something Is broken it's not replaced. The food isn't great. The plate are cold but the food is lukewarm. Starters were nice but pita bread wasn't toasted. Salmon very small, not even fillet and not crunchy. Risotto tasted watery. Desert way too sweet. Breakfast lukewarm too. Ok for the price overall. View from restaurant is amazing though.

Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist typisch für das englische Unterhaus. Der Blick ist sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist alles in Ordnung. Besonders der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Am Morgen war die Zeit zu beschleunigen, die Damen im Restaurant halfen mir vorläufig etwas zu essen, großartig, danke

Fantastische Hotelzimmer waren großartig schön groß. Haben Sie nicht wünscht, eine bessere Lage in der Nähe von Fußgängern zum Zentrum von Stratford auf Avon in der Nähe aller Theater würden sicherlich hier wieder bleiben und haben Freunde und Familie empfohlen

Das Hotel war nur eine Nacht und war im Geschäftsverkehr, so dass ich nur nach einem sauberen Zimmer mit einem komfortablen Bett und einem anständigen Frühstück am Morgen suchte. Dieses Hotel hat sich gut auf alle drei Rechnungen geliefert. Es ist auch sehr bequem für die M40 mit einer McDonalds rechten Nebentür. Ich habe für einen sehr vernünftigen Preis gebucht und viel bevorzugt es für einige der Premier Inns, die ich kürzlich geblieben habe.

Das Hotel ist ein schönes Landhaus mit malerischen Grundstücken. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen in der 1980er Jahre vergangen, aber sauber und in guter Dekorationsordnung. Insgesamt besser als ein Travelodge zu Travelodge Preisen (Küchen, heiße Schokolade, Flaschenwasser und richtige Glass im Zimmer waren gut.

Superb Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage - in der Nähe der Bahnhof und der Schlüsselmarken. Personal war sehr freundlich (insbesondere Nadine auf der Frontdesk) und unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und ruhig. Ich hätte dieses Hotel sicherlich wieder buchen.

Great location, and beautiful grounds ~ parking was hard to find.  The room was clean and tidy, with a nice firm bed, the Weather was very warm, and even though there was a fan in the room the heat was stifling and so hot! The so called “air con” was useless!  The indoor swimming pool was a good size, but it was so incredibly hot in the building, it was hard to breathe!! (Open the doors to let some oxygen in!) The evening meal was good, as was the breakfast the following morning.  Quite expensive for a mediocre stay.  Lovely staff throughout.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Ich hatte einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer waren spotless, in den Zimmern waren Kaffeemaschine, Bademantel, Zimmerschuhe, Haartrockner. Es gab grundlegende Toiletten und Sie könnten auch für Vanity-Kits oder Rasen-Kits fragen. Das Restaurant im Zimmer ist sehr gut gepreist, aber es ist nicht den ganzen Tag, also prüfen Sie mit der Rezeption. Es gibt so viel zu tun um das Gebäude und es gibt auch eine große Parkplätze. Der Innenpool ist erhitzt und kann bis 8PM verwendet werden. Das Frühstück ist von 7-10AM und ist eine schöne Ausbreitung.
