Wir haben in Buchung gebucht und mein Sohn und meine Tochter wurden aufgebaut, als sie gerade ihre Prüfungen abgeschlossen hatten. Wir hatten den Hund und unser Zimmer war gut, wie die Tür in großes grünes Gebiet geöffnet und Sie außerhalb sitzen konnten. Es war am Morgen besetzt, da es einen Prom auf und eine andere Funktion gab und der Service im Restaurant langsam war. Ich sprach mit dem Aufsichtsrat an der Rezeption und erläuterte die Fragen, die wir hatten und sie konnte nicht mehr hilfreich sein - wir wurden Trinken und Mittagessen als Entschuldigung anbietet, was ein großes Geste war. Wir würden sicher zurückkommen.

Stayed here while visiting family in Warwick, perfect location for us and whilst it’s not 5 star it certainly offered everything we needed, expected. Additional £5 per night parking is something introduced this year which obviously not a fan of but hey ho. Will be staying again. £20 per dog per stay charge if anyone is wanting to know the fee

This hotel is beautiful in a perfect setting, very close to Stratford-upon-Avon. The only negative points are around meal times. Breakfast supplies need better management or a dining room manager. Items were often running very low t9 depleted, and manu guests had to keep asking for the missing items. Secondly, wedding parties / guests pass through one of breakfast rooms to reach the wedding ceremony room. Guests were being ushered in to the breakfast room where hotel guests were still finishing up there breakfast. This room should be kept separate and hotel guests given space and time to enjoy their breakfast. We moved in to the bar area but that was worse, as people piled in before 11am for drinks! If the bar is going to be open then ushered wedding guests in to one area rather than disrupting guests staying at the hotel. We felt very uncomfortable and as though we were intruding on them. The other point I would like to make is about the lady who announces the wedding info should be more courteous to staff. I heard an abrupt command for an item to be moved .. this is rude and unacceptable, especially in front of guests or anyone, for that matter, let alone embarrassing for the member of staff involved. All the staff were lovely, I just think they would benefit from some training or guidance on running a well organised breakfast room. Dinner was fabulous, just a little disorganised and slow at times. Needs to be a bit more attentive The Spa and pools are wonderful. Overall, we had a most wonderful stay and our room was excellent! I would definitely go back again.. just employ some more staff,, seasonal if need be.

Das ist ein sehr spezielles kleines Holzhaushotel! Obwohl es ein kleines Holzhaus ist, sind die Einrichtungen in ihm voll (aber keine Schnee) und die Dekoration ist voller Mittelaltersstil und der ganze Park ist sehr altmodisch. Die Umwelt ist grüner und schön, um Wildtiere am Rande des Teichs zu sehen, um zu schwimmen und zu essen. Im Park gibt es Spiele für Kinder  Einrichtungen und täglich regelmäßige Unterhaltungsprogramme, die Kinder sehr gerne. Das Gesamtpreisniveau ist gut, ich habe hier einen schönen Urlaub mit meiner Familie verbracht!

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Ich hatte einen absolut schönen Aufenthalt hier. Die Zimmer waren spotless, in den Zimmern waren Kaffeemaschine, Bademantel, Zimmerschuhe, Haartrockner. Es gab grundlegende Toiletten und Sie könnten auch für Vanity-Kits oder Rasen-Kits fragen. Das Restaurant im Zimmer ist sehr gut gepreist, aber es ist nicht den ganzen Tag, also prüfen Sie mit der Rezeption. Es gibt so viel zu tun um das Gebäude und es gibt auch eine große Parkplätze. Der Innenpool ist erhitzt und kann bis 8PM verwendet werden. Das Frühstück ist von 7-10AM und ist eine schöne Ausbreitung.

Die Zimmerinfrastruktur ist vorhanden, relativ großzügig und sauber; der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keine Wäscherei mehr gibt, obwohl es sich um Badesaussagen handelt, war nicht zu erwarten, dass das Hotel keine Wäscherei mehr bietet. Wenn Sie einen sauberen Service benötigen, müssen Sie die Rezeption informieren, sonst werden sie nicht initiieren, um zu räumen, die anderen sind gut, die Rezeption-Beschäftigten sind sehr enthusiastisch, das Frühstück ist eine Standard-British Frühstücksbuffet, und es gibt auch eine Auswahl an Brot-Yoghurt-Frucht.

Large and comfortable room, the only problem was the immense heat in the room! The bathroom and shower was perfect for a small family. The opportunity to try the breakfast was missed at service started too late.

Das Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk ist typisch für das englische Unterhaus. Der Blick ist sehr begrenzt. Darüber hinaus ist alles in Ordnung. Besonders der Service im Restaurant ist großartig. Am Morgen war die Zeit zu beschleunigen, die Damen im Restaurant halfen mir vorläufig etwas zu essen, großartig, danke

We booked two rooms for a 2-night family stay —a family Suite and a Classic Room. The hotel’s amenities and location were excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby. My son was unwell during the trip and it’s really comforting that the stay was great for him to rest and recover. We had dinner in the hotel and the food was amazing! The breakfast served was also good, we like the hot dishes that we chose English breakfast, scrambled eggs and salmon 👍! Very cosy, comfortable and pleasant experience!
