Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

It’s an impressive building so I was having some expectations. The room it was a bit dated in the newer part. Not many amenities as you can expect from this kind of hotel. The bar area is really nice looking over a fabulous garden and so the restaurant. On that note the food was areal let down. I have ordered a Thai green curry chicken. I was soo looking forward to this but when arrived it was a total disappointment. The chicken was probably a leftover from another meal, very dry. The sauce was nothing like green curry and the rice it was microwaved. The waitresses were very lovely and apologised and the removed it from my bill. They said that they have an agency chef! So it’s a real shame !!

Ich kam am nächsten Morgen zum Versammlungstag im Birmingham Business Park zu bleiben, als ich benötigte. Das B&B war am Rande des Coleshill. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, und nur um gut. Ich werde nicht dagegen sein, dort wieder zu bleiben, aber es gibt auch nichts Besonderes, um mich zurückzuziehen. Plus: James wartete auf mich, als ich ankam und zeigte mir den Schlüssel und das Zimmer. Er nahm auch meinen Bestell für den nächsten Morgen. Das Zimmer war anständig groß. Es gibt viele Lichter im Zimmer. Das Bett war ok. Es gibt Parkplatz auf der Website. Das Frühstück war bereit, als ich ins Essenszimmer ging. Minus: Auf £148 pro Nacht war das sicherlich kein gutes Geld. Die Anlage war ein wenig grundlegende, obwohl ausreichend (Tee/Kaffee/Kettle/Biscuits und Haartrockner). Es gab eine Flasche für Haar/Körperwasch und es gab eine kleine Seife im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist nur ungefähr in ausreichender Größe für eine Person. Die Wassertemperatur variierte etwas während der Show, aber funktionierend. Auch mein Zimmer war auf der 2. Etage, mit engen Treppen. Es war ok für mich, als ich sehr leicht reiste. Aber es wäre schwierig für jemanden mit großem Gepäck oder Mobilitätsbeschränkung.

2日間滞在しました。ヒースロー空港近くのレンタカー会社から車で1時間ちょっとで着きます。駐車場は1日￡5でした。コッツウォルズを巡るのにちょうど良い場所でした。 スタッフの方々は、4人程見かけましたが皆さん優しく迎えてくれました。 室内は清潔で、ちょうど良い広さです。水回りが清潔で良かったです。コンセントの場所も多く、便利だと思います。タオル、ドライヤーがついています。ハウスキーピングは、カウンターで事前にお願いするようです。お願いし忘れており、後からタオルのみ交換をお願いしましたがすぐに換えてくれました。 ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス、歯磨きセット等は事前に用意した方が良いと思います。 すぐそばにガソリンスタンドや飲食店(KFC、スターバックスコーヒー等)、スーパーがあるのでとても便利です。 丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。機会があればまた行きたいです。

Schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer war wirklich nett mit Spaziergang in Dusche und Bad, unter Bettbeleuchtung, die kam, wenn man in der Nacht zum Loo kommt, die hilfreich ist in seltsamen Orten. Frühstück inbegriffen Der Balkon war privat mit erstaunlichen Aussichten. Nehmen Sie Duck und Schwanz Nahrung und die Duck und Fisch kamen von überall schön zu Deb zu sehen.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen Lage, bequem für Rugby und das M1/M6. Die Grundstücke und das Gebäude sind schön, obwohl es Anzeichen von Vernachlässigung gibt. Wir blieben in einer Suite in den Stables, es war müde, was ich von den Fotos online wusste, aber unser Badezimmer hatte Haare im Bad und in der Schlauch geklappt. Die Dusche war nicht heiß und der Toilettenfluss war schlecht. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, viele heiße Lebensmittel waren mit niemandem ausgegangen, wir mussten um Auszubringen bitten. Das Personal war 50/50 - einige sehr angenehm, aber einige uninteressant, einer der Rezeptionisten gab uns nicht einmal die Richtungen zu unserem Zimmer ordnungsgemäß suite. Wenn etwas Geld für die Verbesserung der Zimmer und das Gebäude ausgegeben worden wäre, würde ich gerne mehr zahlen, es ist eine echte Schande, das Potenzial ist riesig!

Im Landkreis Stratford in einem schönen Holzstrahlhaus. Das Zimmer war dunkel, aber geräumig. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelzimmer und zwei Einzelzimmern. Frühstück inbegriffen. Keine Menüs, aber der Kellner sagte jede englische Frühstückskombination, die großartig war. Ich hatte zwei Eier gepuckt. Das einzige Problem war, dass es keine Kommunikation über die übliche Route gab, um das Hotel wegen der Straßenarbeiten geschlossen zu finden. Das Navigieren eines Systems auf einer unvertrauten Stadt ohne E-Mail oder Anruf, um uns zu erfahren, wie wir zum Hotel zu kommen, war extrem stressig und setzt uns 1.5 Stunden hinter dem Zeitplan zu kommen. Das hätte gesortiert werden können, wenn das Hotel mit der Buchungslinie trip.com Kontakt aufgenommen und über Straßenarbeiten erklärt hätte, so dass ich warnend gewesen wäre.

The room itself was generally fine, and the heating worked perfectly. However, we experienced a significant issue with the bathroom: the water would not drain properly, leaving the floor flooded. We had to use a wiper to push the water toward the sink and drain (images attached), which was very inconvenient. Another surprising and disappointing detail was that no towels or soap were provided. These are basic essentials in any hotel, and since we did not bring our own, we were charged extra for them. This felt completely unreasonable. Finally, the location is far from ideal. The hotel is quite a distance from the town centre, and public transport is infrequent, making it difficult to get around. Would not recommend!!!

We did not eat, so cannot comment on it. The hotel was quite unusual, yet with charm in a ramshackle, real sense. It reminded me of backpacking in Asia, but staying in a nicer kind of place while doing so. The explanation for why soap disappeared from the hotel made no real sense, but as we can use the liquids it was okay... it seems an odd penny-pinching move to deny guests a simple small round disc of... 'Guest soap' during their stay. They do exist, I stay in hotels often. It's jarring not to give people soap, and overall I suggest that it is a negative cost saving given the potential loss of repeat business that such incongruences, as they build, can result in.
